optionese:Wow! I didn't see this coming...especially with the zeal and enthusiasm you've displayed in answering people's questions. I'm short of words and can only pray that God will strengthen you and grant you peace on every side, Amen! We're here for you when you're ready. |
Beckyhopeful:Congratulations Beckyhopeful... keep hope alive. |
ladyAy:Hi - You definitely need a UK PCC. Google NPCC - Acro Criminal Records Office...all the information you need is there. Easy Peasy. |
crazyinlove:Hi - to be on the safe side why not stick to these examples from their website: Proofs of address can be anything official that has reached you at your current address and bears your name. We accept copies of documents from ‘official bodies’ e.g. bank statements, letters from a GP, letters from a school or college, utility bills, phone bills etc. Ideally they should be for different months and one of the documents MUST be dated within the last six months. The only concern I have with driver's licence is that it will not be dated within the last six months. |
suziee83:Hi - follow the instructions on your NOI letter. In summary, the process begins by visiting the Ontario Immigrant Nominee program website (google it)...there is an application guide called "Ontario's Express Entrt Human Capital Priorities Stream"...download it and read. All you need to know is there...it's a step by step guide. After this, return with your tailored questions... All the best! |
deeore:I've been following your "story"...strong, determined and focused! Congratulations in advance and please be double careful when uploading your docs - check, check and check again before submitting. ![]() |
bbaby84:Oops! so sorry to hear that. But all the same, happy belated birthday! Lines will definitely fall for you in pleasant places - just keep keeping on.... |
ltee:No one can say for sure but from Babachi's timeline it was 7 days (8 June - 15 June). you are almost at the finish line... |
DIPXOID:Don't "give" anyone $1500CAD for poor ielts o...this $1500 referred to here is the application fee for Ontario PNP...hian! |
sammyacbxyz:40manlappy sent this some weeks back - #Copied Stages in Canadian PR journey 1st the profile 2nd is ITA 3rd is AOR 4th medicals 5th background 6th ppr 7th COPR 8th landing 9th pr card ======================= These are 3 different stages that majority of the PR applicants in EE will see against Background check in My CIC. IP1 -------- IP1 will be shown when we pass the medical. Some people get this update on the same day along with their medical and some of them couple of days after. CIC agents will do R10, criminality checks during this stage. Once they feel everything is good then they will change it to NA. These things will happen at CIO Office (Centralized Intake Office) NA --------- This stage, our file will be transferred to CPC (Case processing Center) where agents will do eligibility assessments. If they feel everything is okay, then they will provide their recommendation to Visa Officer and same time they will initiate Security Checks. IP2 -------- This status will be seen in my CIC account once Visa Officer starts reviewing or after reviewing all agents recommendations. On the same day PPR request will be triggered if the applicant paid RPRF upfront. These things will be done at CPC office. It is not necessary that every applicant will undergo this process. But majority of the cases, I have noticed the same status |
happymumtobe:@happymumtobe - I'm not a guru, but I will try to answer this. I believe this is a situation change (even though it is a temporary one). You will have to notify IRCC of this change by filling the CSE form (the link is available on your AoR letter). Note that your AoR letter states that you should specifically let them know if your mailing address changes. I'll suggest you do this asap after landing in USA this weekend because looking at your timeline + status change, I think you are very close to COPR...and I don't think it will be wise sending the CSE when they have already requested for your passport. I just read on another forum that you MAY be able to ask IRCC for an extension for your passport submission. Please hold on for others to chip in before you decide on what to do. Wishing you a safe delivery |
mzjennypher:That's fine...ride on. Since it's just you then the answer should be 1... |
studyexec:Hi - I think the example is for a different scenario. Perhaps the applicant had worked for two different companies (under the same NOC) and was going to claim points for both...& then mistakenly uploaded one reference instead of two. You are right - one letter will suffice for your own circumstance. |
Bimpsy99:Oh okay - it is one then. |
ayxmania:Awwww...apologies it came across that way. I just wanted to encourage people to self-research before asking. ![]() |
mzjennypher:Hi - are you using the CRS tool on the CIC website? If so, I don't see anywhere that asks for number of family members if you ticked "single" for your marital status. Anyways, family doesn't refer to the number of brothers or sisters you've got, but to spouse + children. I believe that's what that question means. |
ayxmania:So, every FSWP application submitted will be reviewed to determine if it meets the requirements of a complete application according to Section 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation. If it does not meet the requirement of this section, they will reject the application as incomplete and refund any fees paid. From the CIC website - Your application package is complete when you have: •answered all of the questions on the application form, and •submitted all the necessary documents along with your application. If you forget to send a document, your application may be returned to you, the processing of your application may be delayed, or your application may be refused. Ehm - lets try to Google some of these basic questions before asking |
arinola2:You are very correct with all the information you've stated about PNP/ITA etc.... So, even though you have been invited for nomination by a province, it does not automatically guarantee you the 600 points. You still have to meet the requirements of that province to be eligible for the points. Ontario for example, have an Application Guide on their portal that states clearly all you need to submit to be eligible...I believe other provinces will have same too. Some of the supporting docs you have to submit include (but not limited to) - copy of NOI, passport, passport photograph, birth cert, degree certs, WES evaluation, language test results, settlement funds, work related docs etc... After submission, they then process your application and if you are found eligible, they award the 600 points via your CIC account...then you get ITA (when next there is a draw) and the process continues from there.... Hope this clarifies things...? |
EBENEZERABAYOMI:Hi - See information from the CIC website These funds could be in the form of: •cash, •documents that show property or capital payable to you (such as stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills, etc.), or •documents that guarantee payment of a set amount of money, which are payable to you (such as bankers’ drafts, cheques, travellers’ cheques or money orders). And from Canada Visa forum - This is totally acceptable by CIC and they appreciate that you may not have actually sold the property at the point you are required to supply this information and make allowances for this. You should then get your property valued by three independent companies. These can be real estate agents, property valuation companies, etc. Make sure you get the valuation on letter headed paper and signed. If you send both the mortgage details and the valuations then CIC can see how much equity you have available. So, even though you MAY be able to use land papers + evaluation + LOE, it may be dicey.....so, let it be a final course of action, used only when all else has failed. My two cents |
12go:Its $12,300 CAD actually.... |
Moatte:IP1 - Background Check in Progress 1 N/A - Background Check Not Application. I read somewhere that the sequence is IP1-NA-IP2-Completed...then PPR will be really really close. |
D1the1:Bros its better you take a chill pill here and make sure you get the right address before hurriedly sending your most important document to a wrong address. That would be disastrous. Hopefully a learned Nairalander will answer this for you - I have no clue, just advise. |
perks:Choi - see as you use vexation smash the IELTS! Congratulations - great result indeed ![]() |
Babachi:woohoo Congratulations brov! Good news loading left, right, centre....May the journey ahead be lined with favour all the way Amen! White Christmas it is for you...gaskia |
40manlappy:Congratulations brov! This is indeed great news....PPR loading thingz! No further update from my end (medicals passed 2nd June...) |
MummyJaygirls:choi - faith in action! Nothing do you my sister ![]() |
merrymum:Merrilicious mum! Congratulations....great news indeed! |
40manlappy:I know and the way people are afraid of this FSWP ehn, they cant even read btw the lines....they think too deep about every every. Choi - this process aint for the faint hearted... |
crazyinlove:I think elfmann was just pulling your legs (and you fell for it ). Evaluation report being prepared for delivery is what it says it is... they have evaluated it and are now preparing it for delivery. Anyways, see general WES status timeline below - Waiting for Required Documents Documents Received - Review in Progress Evaluation in Progress Evaluation Report Being Prepared for Delivery Completed It is well. |
40manlappy:@40manlappy - I see you ..let's keep hope alive! |
folamingo:Congrats brov! We are together...nothing dey happen... |
Zilifish:I'll advise you avoid using this if you can even though CIC states that documents that show property is acceptable. Canadavisa forum also confirms that: This is totally acceptable by CIC and they appreciate that you may not have actually sold the property at the point you are required to supply this information. You should get your property valued by three independent companies. These can be real estate agents, property valuation companies, etc. Make sure you get the valuation on letter headed paper and signed. If you send the valuations then CIC can see how much equity you have available. Again I say, let this be your last resort - a final course of action, used only when all else has failed. Snrs - I stand to be corrected ![]() |
keep hope alive.
you are almost at the finish line...
