Since the SC has estisablished the illegality of the continued stay in office of Buni in a dual capacity any ward congress under the Buni Led Caretaker commitee is a nullity.

How they keep deceiving him into these illegal extension is what I don't know. They have the old man by his balls. He doesn't seem to understand anything. They just toss him like a coin any time they want.
. That is the problem we have now on the country .Those surrounding the president are not helping the matter ! They deceice and colour their selfish view before the president and have forgotten that they own today but some people are coming tomorrow. All of them will soon become ordinary citizens soon.

Malami is the major problem of APC. He has the ears of the ignorant buhari and he's misleading the old man in connivance with some self centered and excessively ambitious governors into ratifying their several illegalities. Alot of members have been crying on this since last year but the ignorant dictator chose to threaten them with his office from not going to court on the issue. They'll deceive him again into ratifying another illegality. They've continued to deceive the ignoramus into extending their illegal caretaker committee. They should continue into oblivion.
. If a convention is difficult for them any other person can be used as the acting chairman instead of Buni.It is absurd that the tenure of Caretaker Committee is extended always. This is illegality ... I share your view too

senatordave1:
A High Court sitting in Owerri on Wednesday dismissed a suit filed before it seeking to nullify the Owerri Convention of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) which led to the emergence of Chief Jude Okeke as National Chairman of the party.

The petitioner had also prayed the court to nullify all the actions carried out by Jude Okeke as national chairman of APGA, including the conduct of the primary election for Anambra State and nomination of Hon. Chuma Umeoji as the candidate.

The plaintiff, one Chief Chiki Dike, a loyalist to the Oye Njoku led faction, had sought for orders to invalidate the national convention of APGA held on 31st May, 2019 and the subsequent emergence of Chief Jude Okeke as the acting National Chairman, the

In his ruling, Justice B.C Iheka dismissed the claims and granted the prayers for consequential orders sought by Chief Okeke affirming the validity of the Owerri convention of APGA, his subsequent appointment by the NEC as the Acting National Chairman and the primary election of APGA held on 1st July, 2021 as well as the nomination of HON. Chuma Umeoji as APGA candidate for the election.

He ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) which was joined as 1st Defendant in the suit to recognise Chuma Umeoji as authentic candidate of APGA.

The order read, “that the 1st Defendant (INEC) is hereby ordered to accord the 3rd Defendant the due recognition and forthwith continue to accept, recognize or publish the name of Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji, being the candidate nominated at the primary election conducted by the 3rd Defendant on 1st July, 2021, as the candidate of APGA for the Anambra State governorship election scheduled to hold on 6th November, 2021 or at any other date and to mandatorily include the said Hon. Chukwuma Umeoji, as the governorship candidate of APGA in all the electoral process for the Anambra State governorship election.”

APC replaced Oshiomoile with Buni when there was a crisis in the party.A convention should have been organized six months after to constitutute a new NWC .It is disturbing to note that APC did not do so because the convention would create more cracks in the party. This is not acceptable in a Democratic party. The party should learn how to do the right thing without impunity. The position and submission of the SC on the matter are clear and absolute on it .The psrty should do the right thing now by going for a convention for the constitution of NWC.The earlier the better

What is a Signature?
A proof of identity or authentication, without which that document becomes invalid.

Two questions I will ask you;

1. If the National Chairman doesn't sign that form, will INEC accept the document?

2. Why is it that when you go to a bank to do some transaction, you are told to sign or thumbprint on the document?
If you don't sign on the document, what will the cashier tell you?
. The issue is Buni signed when he was still the governor. He signed as the acting chairman .The question who should sign? The constitution recignises a person who is the chairman to do do not a person who is a governor and serving as the chairman. Yet if Buni signed as a governor and as the acting chairman it does not affect the result of the election.....He signed not adt the governor but as the acting chairman My poidtion from the begining is that signature cannot be used to overturn the results of an election when serious issues raised were dismissed. There is a difference between btween banking sector and electoral matter. What applies to the former doesnot apply to the latter.Jegede only went to a journey of no return supported by the TB AC and SC judgements.

The matter would have been Statute-barred.

Whenever an aspirant win the primary of his party... INEC gives that candidate a form, alongside form CF001 which MUST be counter-signed by the National Chairman of that Party.

Buni violated S. 183 of the 1999 Constitution and Article 17(IV) of the APC Constitution.

Are you saying the Court should look away from an obvious violation of the Constitution?
I agree that is a violation but can it be so strong that it will affect the result of the governorship election? That is the thrust of the judgement ....Even in the case of violation of electiram process the court will require proving it beyond AREASOANABLE DOUBT how much less a signature matter!

Non compliance with electoral provisions violence alteration of results and other cogent appeals? Why not using somebody in APC to raise issues on APC primary like that of Zamfara? There are ways of bringing isssues up on ekection matters . As for signature it will remain flimsy incompetent and an academic exercise forever.

Incompetent appeal?

Then a 4-3 verdict?

You don't understand this case @ all.
. You don't go for an appeal that will generate different opinions but the one that will be absolute and capable of giving what you desire .Tribunal struck it on the ground of incompetence .Same at the AC and SC. That it is 4:3 at the SC shows the weakness of the case case to achieve his aim.Why not 4 1 4 2 or 4 0 in his favour? Opinions on the judgement may vary but I still believe he had no ground for any appeal but flimsy reason that CAN NEVER have effect on the results of the election ..Signature matter from somebody who is not in APC ? You will use it to overturn the results of the election? JEGECDE should have known matter when delibrating on the strengths and weaknesses of the case

Using signature matter to win electoral appeal as an outsider in the party where there are hundreds of serious appeals on election matters. He is supposed to have known better as a SAN in the country. He himself only knows his objective
in his incompetent appeal. Congratulations to the winner.

Give me the scriptural reference where God said you shouldn’t be transfused with blood.
. Gen 9 vrs 4, Act 15 vrs 20 ,29 Poor health facility is contributing to the maternal death in African unlike in the developed countries.Aditionallly many pregnant women because of poverty are tardy in seeking proper medical care until it is late to do so A proper antenatal care will forestall any childbirth complication during pregnancy. Many people have died from the extremist’s view of Jehovah witness that their members should not receive blood transfusion because of the twisted Bible verse that children of God should not drink the blood of animals like the occultists do.

How does drinking animal blood and receiving blood transfusion to save one’s life be interpreted as the same?

Jehovah witness should stop this extremism and allow people live.

Blood loss is the number killer of women during childbirth in this part of the world, and to reduce or stop death from blood loss is by blood transfusion which the teachings of JW stand against and this has been leading many into early grave.
. I disagree with your opinion about witnesses on blood transfusion .JWs respect lives and have respect for sactity of life as required from the scripture Everybody whether JW or not will decide on what to believe and how to exercise his belief and the form of treatment desired .I have found out that JWS don't scripturally accept blood transfusion but accept various non blood treatments Many of these have been accepted by medical doctors all over the world as the best forms of treatment.Adsitionally lack of blood transfusion is not a major kiiler in medicine but complication in ones treatment. Modern medicine has even see a lot dangers in blood transfusion and prefers alternative to blood transfusion If JWs do not accept blood transfusion on a scriptural ground it does not make them extremists. In my opinion their belief must be respected as long as they are not forcing anybody to do so.
