. What is the relevance of BVAS content on any electoral case? It is just a waste of time as only hard copies of results signed at the poling unit and results declared using them are tenable and reliable in every election petition!

What Makes A True Christian?

A true Christian simply put, is anyone who follows the teachings of Christ.

This is according to Webster, Cambridge, Oxford, Collins dictionaries and also Wikipedia.

So as you can clearly see, the definition of a true Christian according to the "worldly" dictionaries tallies with that Jesus gave of a true disciple.

. Any electoral case that is based on BVAS transmission of results and BVAS record of voters is just a waste of time.
SC judgement on the case I referred to makes such a case an academic exercise.
What happend to OBI, LP vrs BAT ,APC 2022?
I predicted at that time that OBI was just making history as a Challenger of the BAT electoral victory. Did he win the case? No!

The SC judgement on Oyetola and. Adeleke 2022 has set aside confirmation of acrredited voters and final results through BVM
Emphasis is placed on Voters register at the expense of the BVAS machine record. In other words BVM accreditation is just supplementary and cannot be relied on since the machines can be faulty during the electoral process.

In my opinion LP may be wasting money and time if they go to court for another interpretation of the sections you pointed out !

The Labour-Party had earlier in August 2022 approached the Federal High Court in Abuja in order for the court to give interpretations to the following Sections and Sub-Sections of the Electoral-Act-2022; with regards to the Electronic Transmission of Results.

3. Section: 60-((4)&(5)).
4. Section: 62-((1)&(2)).

The court ruled that the INEC is free to determine the mode of transmission of the results, since the Electoral-Act-2022 clearly gave them the authority to choose any mode or method of transmission they so wished.

Thus,, if the INEC decides to still be using MANUAL COLLATION, nobody should shout about it.

. In my opinion the SC judgement on Oyetola vrs Adeleke 2022 has rendered electronic tramission irrelevant and impotent to change the results announced by the INEC.
The SC held that there could be electronic flaws in the process. So INEC is free to declare results using the manual method.
