You're reading too much into it . . . when Jay-Z wants to cause controversy, he does it easily.
I'm on my third six . . . that's because the conspiracy theorists say he's used 666 in a song before.
Now he's replying their comment, denying it and then using it to pun.
'I said I'm amazing' . . . they say he declared for the Freemasons in one of his songs, he cleared it up, and then did a lil wordplay.

When Jay-Z wants to get you talking, he says things like . . . 'Jesus can't save you life start when the church ends' or 'I'm in Mason . . . Martgiella'

In the space of three months, he's done an interview and a track to deny any connections, he's ignored it for 11 albums, that was him causing contorversy, this is him tired of the controversy.

You know why it's easier to use Christianity? Many possible reasons.

1. He grew up in a Christian home, so maybe the only religion he really knows.
2. Metaphors from Christianity are easy to convey to everyone . . .e.g 'part the red sea', 'Turn the other cheek', 'hung on the cross', 'raise from the dead'
3. The same reason atheists bash Christianity more than any other religion. . . I don't know why, ask the atheists.
4. Arabs will shoot you if you diss em, besides they've got money.

Most of the time when rappers use six, it's usually about six zeros . . . this probably means Blueprint 3 has sold 3mill worldwide.

Sometimes it could refer to cars . . . but on a good day, it's album sales or bank figures.
Boasting about Range or M-6 is old . . . notice how he said, 'I'm on my third six' . . . meaning he's probably not even hit that figure.

I hate the fact that he's even talking about it. . . I do enjoy when he blasphemes, it's as cocky as the word goes.
