HAPPY NEW YEAR MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS! ![]() |
english, lebanese, chinese, indians all of them are filling lagos yet it is the Igbo one that is doing you - the former state capital will always be like that it is no longer just a Yoruba town, most wont even consider it that. Go to london and see how many races are there - it is the same in most capitals and because lagos was former capital it MUST be so. Some people carry on like having Igbos around you is the problem with Nigeria - why? Have Igbos not suffered themselves? We are all suffering together man so lighten up! |
@Heyman - good luck with that! @ rest - BUAHAHA LOL. Tomorrow they will say women are in abundance, please oh a good woman is hard to find so you guys should try harder! ah hahah this thread is great! LadyDee where are u now? Biko now!!!!! |
faketan:Sorry oh I am taken, I don't know how you read me so wrongly beam your searchlights on the beautiful LadyDee, so far no one has obviously stepped up enough that is why she may be silent. lol. adding fuel to the fire. tee hee hee! |
great joke! ![]() |
heyma:lol. I'm not discouraging her oh! But please if you are for real don't joke with her oh! I dey support my naija sisters and i no want make my igbo brothers carry bad name either! |
debosky:lol. buhaha. this thread is my source of entertainment tonight! |
wait oh! I know you want a nija born igbo guy but does this guy have to be living in uk or are you able to do the long distance thing? |
@uche2nna - funny enough I did not read their responses before posting they posted whilst i did and I ignored the warning and read their beef afterwards. Well these guys really do make me laugh - let the best man win. @LadyDee - unless they allow you to spread your love you can only have one of them so, SHINE UR EYE OH! lol. ROFLMAO. Chineke! |
lol. @Lady Dee - Igbo guys are great sha! You are pretty though, even from a woman's perspective, there are not many Igbos in UK compared to Yoruba, I think there are more Igbos in USA unfortunately for you, but there are some there. If you don't mind going to clubs in London (I don tire oh) Go to Establishment in Finchley of Moonlighting in Central - Nigerians practically own those clubs. Failing that you never know how things pan out for themselves, I don't think you need to advertise you are searching HIGH and LOW online though because unfortunately you're be bound to attract more low than high. However if you are capable of filtering them then who am I to talk! I feel your issue my sista, more power to ya! Good luck! |
I have an English name as a first name but was always wished I had a Naija first name instead of middle names. So please be proud of yours okay? Anyway if you were Christian you would add a middle name that was biblical when you are confirmed - but i am not going to assume your faith. One name I love alot is Gabriel I would like to name one of my future sons this but every Gabriel ihave met has been wayward and I am not sure if something is linked to the name. Anyway that is a Jewish name. Why don't you think of someone who inspires you to use as a name i.e. Martin Luther King Nelson Mandela Malcom X Bill Gates (that is William) Donald Trump George Bush (whoops sorry, lol) Michael Jordan (why not?) Morris Chestnut, Tyson Gibson, Tyrese, (sorry forgot this was about you) If you are Christian however, biblical names are always a good option. Malachi is a cool name, Jason, Adam too! Good luck! |
Quite funny most men I am sure want a working woman, yet SOME of these men will still argue the woman should do all the housework and looking after kids and them instead of them sharing the responsibilities and rights. Anyway I am happy atleast they value a woman who works, some years ago that in itself would have been an abomination. Slowly we are progressing, it can't move fast enough though! Next stop FEMALE PRESIDENT FOR NAIJA! |
I wish all Nairalanders a merry Christmas, I wish my family a merry Christmas and Jay though we're worlds apart you will always have my heart, merry Christmas my love! |
N1000 ?? For weave!OMG! I am coming back home now now now! Here you spend the equivalent of N25,000 (£100) for hair and weave together only if you are lucky I know people who spend close to that even on relaxing alone Chineke! N2000 will only by you a home relaxer kit here!! |

sorry, deleted post - car sold ages ago |
The car being sold is the Mazda Millenia as i have always stated. Mazda Millenia S is a different car in the range as is Mada Millenia Millenium edition. Thos who see the car in person will know what it is - exactly what I said it is. You have exposed yourself by not knowing the difference between the different mazda millenia ranges. In any case this is not a debating forum this is an advertisement for a car. I will no longer respond to any personal attacks directed at me by people who don't even know me on this forum as I have a job and a life. I don't see why i should be at the receiveing end of all these insults simply because I am doing someone a favour. |
@Sojioguns - that is the nature of advertising, to you maybe it is not luxurious but not everyone thinks like you, to me this car is luxurious (hand on heart). I did not mean to insult anyone's intelligence, afterall if someone views the car they will decide for themselves how great it is. I guess internationally it is classed as 'near luxury' but luxury cars include Aston Martin, Bentley etc. I don't really think it is easy to get a car for that price. I can't please everyone, but please don't accuse me of insulting anyone as I respect everone on this forum even those who seem to disrespect me and themselves. If you find the Millenia S for even as little as double this price for sale in Lagos, please let me know. By the way I'm not a dude. |
sorry, deleted post - car sold ages ago |
@Sultaan - thank you my brother! I can't disclose how much he bought the car as it is not my right to and anyway seller often don't disclose prices they purchased it for. But he even bought it for more than this guy did and like you said add shipping and clearing you can't get less than 1.2 million naira in your calculation alone oh not adding the fact the the price of purchase was more. His car is manual though just wanted to add that part but the specs according to Shakira are exactly the same minus a sunroof but ours has factory fitted AC which Austine preferred to sunroof, I think something to do with mosquitos and dust entering the car! Thanks though, I appreciate it. |
lol. Well I think it is supposed to be easier to leanr to drive an auto than a manual so if its speed of learning you want then I dont think you have anything to worry about. I chose to learn manual to have a choice over any car rather than limit myself, but it is harder and takes longer to learn. |
lol. I am not sure if this is the right section or general, but I don't think it matters. Good luck with your lessons, who is teaching you anyway? |
@Siena - Thanks, for that, I have no idea what I did wrong. I don't even set the price or own the car! Atleast someone understands. ![]() |
@Dejgan - fantastic. Did you see them on this page or was it only when you got my email? |
