http://www.djetlawyer.com/treason-treasonable-felony/ http://www.advocatekhoj.com/library/lawareas/bail/bailable.php?Title=Bail&STitle=Bailable/%20non%20%96%20bailable%20offences Thanks Archaa: |
Saying " 'NO' i no longer want to cohabit you or I no longer want to be among you...I'm tired of being under one roof with you" isnt treason, saying you will start a war to divide Nigeria is treason, get it bro. Robbing someone with a gun is armed robbery, robbing him with a machete is also armed robbery! You have been corrected because you are wrong. He has committed offenses that can be termed treason and the last I checked these offenses are not bailable and thats probably why he is still incarcerated. Archaa: |
Akwukor...saying on several fora that you will unleash mayhem in Nigeria is treason, saying when you are done with Nigeria, Somalia will be a paradise is treason, soliciting for funds to buy guns and other ammunition for the purpose of starting violence culminating in a war is treason, undermining the territorial integrity of the country and branding it a zoo with intent to demean and ridicule it is treason, calling Nigerians names (monkeys) is treason and undermining the authority of an elected president is beyond treason...its plain foolishness. He may get leniency but dont dare say he didnt commit offences relating to treason. Archaa: |
You failed too because I was'nt even counting. I dont care if its legal or not...it is irresponsible and thats what matters. Boyooosa: |
No its not a crime. Just buy one, light it up, insert it into your kids mouth, and his brother and sister and their cousins...then do that at your local church or mosque of place of worship...well why dont you give your wife or girlfriend too? Its cool yeah ![]() alonzoiv: |
IF them roast this one Mugamuga now, them go say them do bad! What is the world turning into. |
Write a mail to HR, suggest a sort of appraisal to track the input of all employees with measurable KPIs, the beautiful thing about this is that you may realize that the short time he spends on his desk is much more productive than the long hours you spend on yours...there is a fine line between working hard and hardly working, just like there is a fine line between 'busy' and business. If you are right, his appraisals may point to a gap and the appropriate authorities will take action. In the meantime, stop bugging him. |
Just see your mumu? "Ahoy SeaNkita" Biko getat of here. jordyspices: |

Great move. These politicians can kill a secretary for coming late to their private office premises, yet they want to treat public office like public toilet where you enter at your own will. Nonsense |
Yes, Obama is a politician, just like Donald Trump, they both became American Presidents, one made his wife superior, the other made women look inferior, we all know who the BETTER man is, no politics, just objectivity. comrChris: |
Read that scripture passage again, word for word, do not imply anything, do not translate anything...youd see some parts that go thus: Eph. 5: 28-30. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. 29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: 30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. That was what I referred you to. If you love your wife as your body, I wonder why you will walk around feeling superior, larger, bigger, greater, higher (these are the synonyms of superior). And yes, a good man is not known by how he treats his wife alone, he is known by how he treats the female folk, it filters through to how he treats his daughters too, cos you sound like one who will think the son is superior to the daughter. Finally, if you feel your babe, mother, sister and aunts are inferior, ignore this comment, if you feel they should be treated as equal to you, keep commenting. My point has been made Mr. Macho comrChris: |
Another ignoramus spotted. For what its worth, my woman is distinguished in her career and one of the brightest prospects on her job. She leaves are 'toiling' garment in her office and still washes my clothes and does her share of house chores. That is not 'using' her and she has never for once made me out as anti feminist. And to answer you directly, I wont survive a month with the house chores...Baby sitting, cooking, doing her job and still waking up to pray for her family. Even if I could do, Id still not be able to lose blood every month, go through hormonal changes and then have to be pregnant and still go to work. The point is not to be the sisi, the point is to respect the woman for what she is capable of doing. I do my role perfectly well, she does hers which is much more than she is expected to do. Mr. Macho, you either get the point or keep being Mr. Macho, if it works for you, enjoy, but I am very very sure, your Bae stands up to you more often than not. My approach has worked fine for me thus far. iPopAlomo: |
In the scripture you talk about, the demand on women is to submit themselves unto their husbands as to the Lord...reading further down that scripture passage, the bible says the man must love his wife as Christ loves his church...implication is that the man must love the wife to the extent of dying for her because that is the extent of Christ's love for his church. So as a man, in addition to toiling, you must love your wife to even dying for her...remember, the scripture did not place this exact demand on the woman (Eph. 5 22-33), as earlier mentioned, whether the woman toils or not, you are responsible for her, you must love her to the death-according to the scriptures and because God is a master creator, he has wired the normal woman to become loyal and a appreciative of this. When you get a woman who equally toils as much as you do, the least of your worries should be 'feminism', 'equality' or unending demand for 'loyalty'. Barack Obama (who is one of the greatest men of recent history) is quoted as saying he does'nt even consider his wife equal, he considers her superior and my world, do you doubt Michelle's submissiveness and loyalty With a display of a woman's 'superiority' you earn a godlike figure in her eyes, whereas when you make her sub par, bro, she will keep striving to outgun you because she has superior convincing power. And that my friend is where the world has coined 'feminism' from. comrChris: |
Feminism who invented that word? From ab initio, the woman has always been wired to have superior convincing powers than a man and a man superior muscles...with the introduction of sin in the world, man's punishment was to toil for his food, while a woman was to labour to bear children in pain. These punishments are fair on both sexes as far as I know and has seen man toil for food and family provision and women, labour...all responsible men fulfill this 'wiring' and therefore 'leave' their wives to their labour 'punishment'. But where the woman is involved in the toiling as much as the man, it then takes a wise man to understand the superiority of the woman in that context. There is no key or rule book to determine what makes a woman superior but common sense. If you place a woman properly 'superior' you win her over. She eventually becomes a 'slave' to the love you offer. Men have traits peculiar to men, and women traits peculiar to women, none can entirely assume the others and that is the foundation. As for me, I believe my bae is superior, she is smarter than me, she is better looking, she earns as much as I do and a better christian. But in acting this way around her, I have her glued to me for life. I cant begin to tell how loyal and respectful she is to me. Its in the mind men! |
Oya did you also correct for inflation just kidding. But my brother, ab initio I think you got it wrong and painted a picture of being the source of her livelihood in marriage. I understand the 'helper' part of a wife, I currently pay my babe monthly, cos she is a student and am not quite good at the details of hair do, upkeep, recharge cards etc. But from day 1, I made her understand, the 'salary' will stop the moment we marry. This is because she must find innovative ways of contributing her quota to the upkeep of the house. What she has done is inexcusable, she profited from your child's sickness at the expense of her husband and so you mustnt let it slide. Now, wake her up early in the morning, pray with her and let your prayers focus on bonding and marital cooperation. Then have a meeting with her. Firmly let her understand that what she has done is wrong in its entirety. Tell her you will let it slide because you believe she did it out of want, but that it must never repeat itself again. Ask her if she will consider putting you on a salary when she starts earning too and gauge her opinion. And going forward start co-contributing to a second income source. I mean she earns from you, so she must begin to make sacrifices too to ensure you both start a small side business, a fish pond, poultry or anything around agric wont cost a fortune, she must be compelled to contribute from her 17.2% percent windfall so she can understand the constraint of a working and generous man. Henceforth do away with the yearly increment. Any extra cash needed must come from outside hustle and not your very small salary, cos soonest her 17.2% will outgrow your salary. I grew up knowing that the most important element in a marriage/family is not the children or the wife or husband, it is the source or the sources of income because when that source seizes, the family suffers. She must begin to see you or your income source as the most important element till she assumes such importance too. I pray you find marital bliss eventually man. skypeme: |
Bros the .2 on the 17 is the very curious aspect Lmaooo. This is what women get for leaving us and marrying bookies. Decimal salary lobatan! HARDDON: |
You don knack head for wall now? if no, knack am, if yes, knack am again. Obote. FuckBuhari: |
Get a master's degree in policy and strategic studies, some schools have such MScs,think of certificate courses in African History and Politics...and make reading you next name. Get Martin Merediths' The State of Africa: A History of Fifty Years of Independence. Read autobiographies and biographies of all african leaders past and present...study Marxist and Leninist based economies and make friends around political circles. I just started a friend out on career in politics and the guy is getting popular. He started an NGO, he bought forms for exams for students in his community and has been a avid commentator in their community based social media groups. The guy reads like mad and has a sound mind. Education mustnt be in the class room. |
Wooowwww...we stayed in while in the North, New Bussa, and our neighbors were from Ago Are. Very very nice neighbors. They were generous and goodhearted. Just recently, one of the children reached out after over 28 years!!! and he didnt even lose the same realness they were known for. And as compliment, my old ma still has the old native big aluminium pots these neighbors made from Ago Are, with the name of the town engraved on it. Nothing much here, but the name gave me bumps. steric58: |
argghhhhhh Again you err. Chao is spanish for bye. I spent 18 years there! Use google, be factual and uhmmm Chao. JustinSlayer69: |
Your opinions not facts bro. Be factual and do not follow 'other comments' the whole nairaland could be wrong. Chao Amigo. JustinSlayer69: |
You implying bro. In her first story she said she was 27...so she wouldnt quote an age she hasnt completed by your own smart logic. In her second story she says her sister will be 28 this year, so she is technically 27 years and some months. If it was her, your thoughts here-forth indicate she didn't add any year from 2015 to 2017 which is scientifically impossible. And yes, sisters tell a lot to sisters (not implying). I tell my brothers most of my life. And PS...she is already using a new ID to hide her old moniker, why fake the sister thingy again. It was nice meeting you sir! JustinSlayer69: |
'This' is for singular nouns, while 'these' is for plural nouns. So it should be "we are all corrupt in this country" or "these countries have corrupt people" if it is the latter you implied, you are still wrong, because, I am in this country and I am not corrupt. Cheerios amigo. kelvinhilton: |
