Please, OP, many people here have advised you well already. Don't risk your sister and her baby's lives. Even the scan you were advised to go for is not conclusive. The true test would be when she goes into labour and if she does not have adequate emergency services ready, the complications can be very serious. Taking her to UCH or bringing her to a government hospital in Lagos would be your best bet as there are special considerations given to pregnant women and newborns at these places. Please don't be ashamed to collect any help you can get right now. The Lord is her strength.
