Traditional titles are over a kingdom / land, so when the stool holder of such kingdom/land is told by settlers that his land is no mans land, you have desecrated his stool, and throwing insult on his forebearers. Many artisans abandon their productive work due to poor power supply and become motorcycle riders. Stable power supply reduces cost of business, and encourages more SMEs and multinationals, luckily cheap labour abound. There is a reason American companies prefer moving factories in to china instead of staying in America, they want to tinker and reduce cost of doing business which cheap labour in china boosters.

If a business spends 1 billion on energy and makes 1 trillion profit, it wont close shop easily except the environment forces it to

see the example of naievity, I talked about. if d cost of doing business is high, how well can the factory stay competitive? in no time, whatever being produced in house will be replaced via demand by import substitutes, the coy does not stay afloat, and it sacks its workers.

They are not dumb, impeachment notice was served on both the governor and deputy governor, if it sees the light of the day, the speaker becomes acting governor. Adamawa PDP did similar thing with the house of assembly.

Fayose's thug can do and undo. A couple of them were arrested today with acid, guns, e.t.c, thank your stars you were not sprayed with acid. It would have been a reset of your destiny.

The Obas outburst was a pent up emotion, that goes way beyond the election issue, i wrote it earlier yesterday, that i had expected a response from him way earlier than now, cox, everytime someone says Lagos is no mans land, it is a SLAP on his face, a spat on his traditional stool.

For those who call it mere taunting, they have refused to learn from history, mere taunting was one of the major reasons for the progroms against ibos in the north in 1966. If you are Ibos outside your homeland, Live and let live, remember, Respect is better when it is mutual.

The pent up emotions of people being pushed to the wall and reaching the "enough is enough phase is really close". Live and let live. Yorubas are typically liberal, but must never be underestimated, more and more SW lagosians are seeing through the mind of an average Ibo lagosian. Why an average yorubaman sees a ibo man occupying political position within lag as no biggie, the conventional ibo man sees it as a domination or conquest.

The Oba was pushed to the wall with the "no mans land" comment, it is a desecration of his stool, and i feel his reaction is even belated.

I am a student of a state university I am in my third year now.
My first and second year grade were very low not that I don't study but I always seem to forget what I studied during exams.
When my first year result was out it was far below my expectations because I really took my time studying so as to make good grade but it was not so
I prayed about this.
Again in my second year same thing happened I don't know if its the way I study
I even get mocked by my friends whu don't even study as much as I do. I actually get depressed and sometime think of committing SUICIDE.
Sometimes I will leave my place of residence for the library for almost 6-8 hrs just for good grade but it will turnout the opposite.
I am in my third year and with exams fast approaching I will not like what has happened in the past happen again
Please I will like u to suggest ways IN WHICH I can read as well as retain as well as recall during exam

1. Reduce your reading time from 6-8 hours to 2-3 hrs active reading daily, do not miss out anyday.

2. Develop a reading plan for your courses , and allocate time according to weight/course units. e.g chm 101 5-7am(mondays) chm 102 (6-7am tuesdays) e.t.c

3. after reading a topic , develop questions on your own, and get a reading note where you answer it

4. Get lots and lots and lots of dept exam past questions for your courses and ensure you solve questions relating to topics you have read in your reading note.

5. Ask questions /academic help from the brilliant chaps you have identified in your class.

I was left in tears when I read Presidents Goodluck's congratulatory message to Gen. Buhari. I was not crying because i felt like crying, i was not crying cause i supported him and he lost, but I cried cause his words arrested my emotions. He wished his opponent a good administration ahead, he congratulated him and accepted defeat. I could remember by this time in 2011, Buhari never accepted that he lost, he promised Jonathan that he will make his administration ungovernable for him and he later fulfilled his promise. His supporters took to the streets and slaughtered innocent Nigerians but he never stopped the killings. But today, he has won that same man that defeated him in 2011 but got a congratulatory message instead of threats. He has wished him success and not promising him an ungovernable tenure. Few weeks to the election, the people we call our leaders were busy sending threats to another and leaving the poor masses gripped with fear. Some people left the country with fear of the aftermath of the election. But today you have restored peace by accepting defeat peacefully. Oh! Jonathan, you have shown us that you are a good man. You have shown African leaders the true definition of democracy. You wished not to influence the elections with your powers, you wished not to cancel the election when you can do it and nothing will happen. Posterity will never forget you where ever you go. I am still your fan for life. You are a good and gentleman but surrounded by ingrates and fools that care for their pockets alone. Only God knows what our nation would be now if u didn't loose the Election... Thank you for having more value in the life's of Nigerians than the presidential seat...Oh Jona! Pre election, there are at least 6 opposition states, where GEJ governments made serious and despotic attempts to crush the sitting government and take over. Adamawa, nassarawa, rivers, edo, ekiti, osun. It succeeded with two, and almost crush the others.

Election period, it was tales of result sheet filling in Rivers, Akwa ibom, Delta and Crossrivers,.........., but unfortunately for him those magic numbers were not enough to do his billing
