Rozross:Okay. Thanks |
Rozross:Okay Rose. Thanks. Will do |
atimadesign:Okay. I will chat you up |
Lesgupnigeria:Also, which agro-insurance company will you recommend? What is the minimum acres they insure? Do they insure against drought? Farm destruction by herdsmen? |
Lesgupnigeria:Thanks for your reply bro. I have series of questions that I will like you to answer. I am a practicing farmer albeit by proxy. I rely most on the report and information of my farm manager most times. I did 30 acres of groundnut last year and it was a disaster. Long story. Lowered it to 10 acres this year and so far so good, I am not impressed with the report am getting. I use tractor for my ploughing and harrowing but hire workers for planting, spraying, weeding and harvesting. Questions- Is it more advisable to have my own yearly paid farm workers with a manager? Or tractor just like I do with the regular stress of trying to hire, transport and feed workers for my farm activities? 2. Let’s start with a 10 acres farm. How many farm boys will be ideal to manage it with a farm manager included. What is the average cost of farming maize and the average expected yield per acre? 3. How many bundles of cassava stem would be needed to plant 1 acre of farm and expected yield? Cost of one cabster of cassava ? How many cabster will I see in an acre? Sorry for my questions. I want to gauge the expected revenue and income to know if it is worth my time, energy and investment because I am also looking at other investments too. Thanks |
Lesgupnigeria:What is the premium on farm insurance? |
SolarEdge:I am interested but how do I confirm it is still durable. Like the 88% you claim. I have a 200ah that is weak and will like to change. If yours is okay then it won’t be a bad idea after all. |
Fonyeri:An you work in Ogun state? I may have a job for you next month |
Fonyeri:Instead of the travatino, I prefer the pure white background |
From the look of things, I think you know your onions. I have a plot in ogun state but it is acquisition. 1. How can I totally register it away from government. 2. What is the rough estimate of a 3-bedroom flat (4 of it in one building) Just a rough estimate. Like a price range. |
mostob:Yes. There are many players with positioning skills like Van Nistelrooy and filipo inzaghi. |
lessonotes:You are totally right. I agree with you that no child deserves to be raised without both parents but it is very common to see Nigerian women abroad as single mothers and they are okay with it since they are earning and believe they don’t need a man in their lives anymore. You will here things like, since am making my money, what do I need a a man for? At this point they don’t know the kids need the love of both parent to grow. Even in nigeria, single mothers, many working class high earning women are not married but with kids. It is so common. They will start giving excuses men are bossy, controlling, they can’t respect a man they are earning more than etc none is considering the kids but when men start nursing the idea of staying single then people start fidgeting and start thrown love around that the kids need the love and care of both parent. Anyway |
This is no problem. Modern problems require modern solutions. There are many options in the dating market now and one of which is just to get a babymama to give you a baby while you agree to take the baby from her and raise. A good example is me. I will gladly take 2 kids and either give to my parents to raise or my aunt. Believe me, a 50k per month to them will make them be more than willing to take and raise this kids. Just for feeding them. School fees and clothing and medical bills is on me. My aunty will take it gladly. Extra (0k per month ![]() Another option is to just hire a full house nanny for 35k per month for looking over them while I go to work. Believe me, it is far cheaper to raise kids like this than a woman as wife being with you. That bill can go more than 100k and won’t still be enough. Nobody should call me out abeg because we have far more single mothers, career women in nigeria and UK/US/Canada etc and heaven didn’t fall. When a man wants to live his life without a wife being part of it then he’ll will want to fall. |
lessonotes:If we don’t switch roles, then what are the benefits of the said marriage to men? I mean, if an average man can have my woman just for few nairas, recharge card or data, indomie to name a few, then why should I take such a woman into my life and take all her burden till death? Look, nature will always find it’s balance. Women can’t eat their cake and have it. If a man is to pick all the responsibilities and liabilities in marriage, is he getting a virgin lady as compensation? Ooohhh or you think what is there being a virgin? That it is nothing? What are the incentives to convince the modern man to marry a sexually liberated modern women if she is not going to contribute financially in the marriage? I need your answer |

Acidosis:Abeg ask them ooooo They will be shouting master plan, master plan, he raised tax revenue generated up and down. That man was a monumental failure. He looted that state dey for the 8 years he did as governor. He did NOTHING. |
ThierryJay: ![]() Chaii Una too get bad mouth for this forum. |
coded01:That Haaland is more or less a box 18/tap-in player. Mpabe is far more deadly than him likewise lewy. If you look at the type of goals mpabe and lewy scores even outside box 18, you will know these are dangerous 9s. |
Ebubu:Yes bro |
God1000:What do surprise me is even my own people...the Yorubas. It seems no matter what, they will still squeeze out their last breath to do party. My in-laws want to do wedding for their last daughter by end of the year. Papa is retired with no pension, mama too is retired but with a meagre pension and they are insisting the party must be elaborate. They have to do it to taste...the have earn-marked 2m for the party. Who does that? atleast 50% of that 2m would be loan borrowed from cooperative she is doing. Who does that? can't people just cut down and do according to their strenght? who are we trying to impress? What kind of taste is this when your finiancial strenght can't live up to your taste? I just tire abeg. If i talk, they will say i am stingy, i am doing like ijebu people. I am frugal blah blah blah maybe na because i be man sha. I know say kobo no dey come from anywhere aside my salary, so my head correct. Nobody wey i go fit Bleep support me with thousands of naira but i guess women have that leverage. |
pocohantas: .....@ bolded for milk.Pocohantas, the wey you dey take waka go back so, hmmmmmm.... from refilled milk, i pray make e no reach 3-crown or nuno milk or worst congo-measured open non-branded local milks. This reminds me of someone that came to do IT in my former company. IT guys were paid 200k per month then plus some unofficial/under-the-table money we do see, so total take home for IT guys then was minimum 700k. Instead of guy to save and upgrade, he like many of his colleagues went straight to go buy nice cars, rented apartments in PH or abuja @ 350k and above per year etc and started clubbing, banging ladies up and down (typical nigerian youth mentality) Fast-forward to 2017, tragedy struck the industry. Many lay-offs, cost-cutting measures from companies. Many IT guys laid-off, others salary cut down to 50k per month with meagre under-the-table money coming in. Na so my guy fall into depression. Always thinking and worried. Gfs ran away. defaulted on house rent payment and had to relocate from Ph to Uyo for a lesser apartment. After a year couldn't cope, moved again to Ikot-Epkene. I told him at this rate bro, you may likely end up in Oron or Ibaka abi how do we explain Ph to Uyo to Ikot Ekpene? |
Martinez39s:Aiit |
Martinez39s:Okay bro. Have sent you a pm. Check your mail box. |
