The first scan was done at 8weeks + 2days and it shows Dichorionic Diamniotic twins (DCDA) and subsequent scans have been showing the same result.

Note: From three different hospitals

The confusion happened yesterday as the result came out (from the same hospital using for antenatal which is the one that did almost 98% of the previous scans) to be Monochorionic Monoamniotic (MCMA)

My question is, can DCDA suddenly change to MCMA or ALL THE PREVIOUS SCANS aren't done correctly?
