If Schneiderlin had turned out well in the DM role, a midfield of Him and a playmaker wouldn't be that bad.. That was exactly how our midfield looked at the start of the season with Schneiderlin and Bastian in the midfield..

The only thing I blamed Van gaal is bringing in a crock in Bastian to be deployed as our playmaker when that role is the most important role in a team but at least he addressed the issue except he brought in the wrong players..

Mourinho hasn't addressed that issue either and the team looked worse under him.. Individual brilliance or not!
