hmmm thanks for your response, fortunately i would rather say, had my NYSC in this same NOC. its well

pejuhazel:
Don't worry, as long as there is life there will be a way out. You could use some other experience you have, maybe your NYSC.

Once again God bless you for creating this, please my NOC is 2113 - geoscientists, do you think I have a chance in this program? I have all d requirement except the job offer.

Hanna007:

1. no age limit
2. yes, After you get a job offer from a designated employer, you need to get a settlement plan. A settlement plan will help you and your family adjust to your new home in Atlantic Canada. It will provide you with useful resources and contacts to help you feel welcome in your new community. These plans are free, Once you have your settlement plan, give a copy to your employer and keep a copy for yourself. If you’re not in Canada, bring the plan with you when you move to Canada.
Get your Certificate of Endorsement
After you have your settlement plan, the province must endorse your job offer. Your employer will handle this process. Don’t submit your permanent residence application until you confirm with the employer that your offer has been endorsed.
If the province endorses your job offer, you’ll get a Certificate of Endorsement in the mail. Include your endorsement certificate with your permanent residence application along with other document needed for your PR application to ircc via paper route, like eca, pof, passports, ielts, medical, pcc etc including this endorsement certificate.

thanks for creating this platform, please any geoscientists in the house? please lets relate
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by Eraytee: 3:43pm On Jun 30, 2019
thanks for this post God bless you, I couldn't find my NOC (2113- Geoscientists) in the employers list in the link. this is so painful for peeps in my shoes. we are so limited to options as regard to this PR thing, we dont even have PNP or whatever options available to other NOCs. only EE (FSW) is available for us. it will end in praise for us all.

pejuhazel:
For anyone having issues getting a high CRS after trying all you can, maybe because of your age or ielts especially in this era of 460's and 470's, you should consider the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
The IELTS requirement is low (CLB 4 or higher) as well as the POF required. The catch is you have to get a job for you to be eligible but this isn't impossible as each province has participating employers.

As far as am concerned, there is no issue with WES, it all depends on individual uni, UI gave me zero wahala, ECA was done in 6weeks (plus transcript sending to WES), that of my spouse was just 4weeks (private school). aside the expense of sending O'level to WES, for me they are fast, Naija Universities are just the problem people face when it comes to verification.

COPR:

Amen. It will change. You've waited it out. People should now consider dumping ICES for WES unless if the person graduated from a school like LAUTECH and the likes.

with the info supplied below, if you both max out ielts and evaluate certificates. your CRS is 429. I calculated this with the assumption of no job offer and sibling in Canada and with your present age 38yrs. By April after your birthday, you'll have 424

muyiroro:
[sub][/sub]Gud day my E-family,

Here are my details as the PA assuming we both max test of English

2. 6 years plus as Computer Network Technician NOC and 3years as Storekeeper / Logistics officer
3. 39 by April
4. Family of 5
5. Spouse 35 years by July, ND hoder, over 5years working experience

if you are not a lawyer, IQAS is not advisable to use.

I'll try to keep calm, if not I'll just pay ICES and get assessment over and done with

you are not alone that's the trend for IQAS, you will have to take a good chill pill for them and focus on other aspect of your application process. dont worry they have received it. just hope for the best.

kingkhalil:
IQAS is freaking me out. I sent my application to them via FEDex 3 weeks ago while my University (University of Ibadan) sent my transcript upper week and it got delivered on Valentine's day. Yet, they won't acknowledge receipt of my application

I paid around 11k-12k for the whole process with courier fee inclusive. it was a straightforward process. WES now requires WAEC as part of the doc to complete evaluation of any degree gotten from Nigeria. I dont know the present cost for transcript application in UI because my ECA have been completed over a year ago. visit UI pg school website for the cost. courier is usually around 7-8k student discount.

AdetonaDami:

How much did it cost you for the whole process
I am only evaluating my MSc?? Am I including WAEC too biko?? undecided
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 6 by Eraytee: 4:51pm On Feb 12, 2019
for me UI have no issues with verification, i evaluated my Msc with WES and it took just 6weeks for the whole process. this was before WAEC palava with WES.

AdetonaDami:

About the ECA..Please which body is good for a UI graduate MSc

I guess cos of strike the school has not compiled the result yet

But can i go to UI and ask them to send to NACES for ECA or I will be the one to do it??

thanks a lot @joo2018, which of the other bodies do you think would be more favorable? WES or IQAS in the case of vet medicine. We need that professional evaluation to claim more points on education. thanks.

joo2018:
Hi.

Only Medicine and Pharmacy have designated evaluating bodies.

Medicine (NOC 3111 or 3112) - MCC
Pharmacy (NOC 3131) - PEBC

For the rest of us, it is one of WES, ICES, CES, ICAS and IQAS.

See here.

create your profile when you get your ECA, IELTS and ECA are d major doc that must be ready at hand when creating your profile so i think your profile was ineligible because of the above reason. mind you creating that profile before you get the ECA might give your application problem after eAOR. some VOs might raise the issues as regards this. just be patient and get the ECA before diving into the pool smiley

johnnybravo1990:
I tried to enter the pool without ECA (expecting my ECA this month). After submitting the Express Entry profile, I got a notification/email that I am not eligible.

1. Is the absence of ECA the reason? Note: I was allowed to progress with the online application and submit my profile, even when I filled that I didn't have ECA (mind you, I filled what my education level was equivalent to, which is masters).

2. Should I be worried that my profile has been rejected? I tried to even delete the profile, but I couldn't.
