Dont bug yourself with that, the hospitals has a platform different from yours, this ls where they upload medical results. Your passport number is your ID which would later sync with your profile when ITA comes. Don’t be bothered at all, a lot have done this successfully.

You are absolutely correct, a valid job offer doesn't authorize you to work in canada, only work permit does. i hope @Prettiepearlz gets clarified about this.

It means to avoid showing proof of funds, you must be authorized to work in Canada AND (not OR) have a valid job...

If you do not have a valid Canadian work permit (which makes you authorized to work in Canada); even if you have a job offer; you'll still need to show POF.

The refund takes some time to come, i can’t remember how long but more than 2 weeks. Just follow up by email or call them. Thats the logical thing to do in this scenario as opposed to posting here asking for advice.

No they don’t have to but they do. I know the website very well and I have shared it here in my earlier posts. I’m speaking in reference to a particular case. Ottawa couldn’t verify the employer via online presence and the file was transferred to Accra who then did the CAC online checks. Usually when there’s confusion or any checks relating your locale, they transfer you to your local VO. I think it’s based on the assumption that a local VO can easily understand the case. Or just file redistribution.

they dont even have to send it to Accra, they can search the name themselves on CAC website, the date of registration, reg. number and address will be displayed. its that simple. the link is not opening from here would have attached it. google "how to search a company's existence from cac" you will surely get it.

Bro, these days they even search online presence of companies and also the PA, if neither have online presence, they note it in the gcms notes for review. If your company has no online presence, they send it to Accra who will do an online check with CAC. Everything will be documented in gcms. CIC considers online as an official source now o

His visa denials is not a problem for you guys EE app. Also you can use him as a source of fund. If you meet the minimum requirements of POF, there would be no problem. TRV applications are quite different from EE. Do all that is needed in EE and you get your visa but it’s not the same with TRV (talking from my experience with TRV).
