Tohsynetita1: For driving. Like they can rent the truck, so they give the owner like 2m or thereabouts per trip. The driver gets money from the owner of goods. But the person in kano said driver charges per percent. like 10 percent of the goods profit, or like 500k per trip. Okay i understand now. Thanks. |

My problem with Nigerians are our spirit of adaptation , I can promise you dat if fuel sells for 5k per litre people would still buy after complaining heavily , cause thats all we do ,complain bitterly but everyone would at d end of the day find ways to adapt.
For how long are we going to continue this way for christ sake? Almost all the youth are into one fraudulent activity or the other these days and the most decent looking ladies have a very troublesome amount of body count these days as well.
How I wish we can all in our frustrations pay Tinubu a visit at Aso rock , atleast make we protest heavily reach him side cus im fed up honestly.
I'm a bachelor but im still managing like a student , bills upon bills and worst you dont even get to enjoy for these services you pay for at all.
You cant even find an understanding girlfriend anymore in this country. Omo make I stop here before I go craze , Nigeria matter fit make man craze. The Worst period ever. Kpele. Yet someone just secretly transferred 560M to her friend so they can share. If many poor nigerians knows what the west and elites of this nation have done to your previous and future generations. You will never stop crying till the world ends. When sane people says Nigeria is supposed to be competing with Dubai in terms of economy and infrastructures. You think they don't know what they are saying lol. |

I know some foreigners are cruel, especially the Indians, Chinese, Pakistani and Lebanese, but in most cases, the Nigerians who are opportunned to work closely with them are the ones who brings most of the policies that doesn't favour their fellow countrymen.. You are very deep rooted in black peoples matter. The way most black nigerians derives unlimited joy lowkey in seeing others suffer no be here. To top it all, perhaps they hate that person. samuelson06: As long as you keep putting pressure on yourself, you'll go nowhere. Many things are wrong with you and someone like me may not even consider you for a job. You are so much in a haste.
In one hand you are talking about getting a job; in the other you want to get married by 35. If the realities in this country can't make you calm down and clean up your life to a very good extent before getting married, I don't know what will. So, if you find a job that pays let's say 200k now, the first thing you'll do will be to get married right?
What's wrong in getting married between 38-40 or even at 41? Do you know that the quality of life you give to your family matters more than the family itself? Do you usually reflect how your life would've been if you went to a good and big school where you make friends with children of the rich? Why do you want to end up average and even make your children stay below average?
Plan on giving your family a very good life. Don't rush into marriage. Take your time and develop yourself. Since you know frontend, go for backend. Develop your own project to show that you really know. And such project should contain or show all the key things about being a fullstack developer. Companies prefer all-in-one programmers.
Put your head down and build your life. Take marriage off your table for now. God bless you for this post. |

mistacoco2: Hello guys,
For some days now I have been on a serious dilemma whether to resign from my federal government job that pays me above N200k for my current position and migrate to the UK or stay in naija and set up a business to augment my salary. I will be 34 years next year, I feel traveling to the uk for studies next year September will delay my chances of getting married, as I have planned not exceeding 34 years without getting married.
I belong to the school of thought that believes can make it in Nigeria despite all odds. However, considering the economic realities of the country, I have recently contemplating of japa and maybe get a Nigerian lady for marriage after my studies.
Please I earnestly need matured advice from you guys to know how to start the coming year. Make sure you do everything to stay back in Nigeria, marry two wives and have at least twelve children. Since you have a well good paid job. What else are you looking for? A bird in hand is worth millions in the forest. |

richiemcgold: You shouldn't have called it ritual because a lot of people will mistaken it for juju or fetish practice. I will rather say there are some spiritual works you can do as a Christian that does not actually go against the will of GOD and the result you get is more effective than just a prayer.
We are still saying the same thing. You see, a prayer is more effective when it is not just a prayer. ...only a spirit-man will understand this though.
Let me give some instances from the Bible: When the people of Israel were in Egypt, they cried (prayed) to God and He answered their prayer. But it was not just prayer that splited the red sea, it wasn't just prayer that sent plagues into the homes of their enemies, a lot of spiritual works (rituals) were involved. There are so many other instances like that. The Gullibles won't understand. |

- It's mentally draining - No structure - You practically begging for things to be done or approved - You are under pressure because of ineptitude of your boss and colleagues - You get home and you still working, - No thank you, bonus, 13month or even an oil - And most annoying, you have an inexperience HR who practically does nothing yet have an two assistant. Infact you completed all the menace. I have no Single thing to add to it. |

My dad is late and my mum is aged, I see no reason going to rent an apartment when the one I am living can easily be mine. I just need to refurbished it and I am good with my wives and kids.
I know some negative people will come to catch me witch saying I am for the death of my parents and so my kids Will wished for me too when I am aged.
That's where you are wrong no one is praying for anyone's death. It's contentment. I am planning on taking my relationship life serious and bring an offspring next year. Just a mini introduction my fiancee family that should do till we are ready to tie the knot.
Happy new year in advance. Stay calm, plan your life very well and if possible, Don't give birth in that house and also Move out to your own house when you are Made. |

As a self employed realtor alone, I earn more in month by just showing people apartments 😬 Lol you are focusing on the salary. When you should be focusing on the extreme extortion they are always involved in which will dwarf the salary. Most Nigerian civil servants don't touch or spend their Salaries. If you have never been detained in a police cell. You should be thankful because the experience is gory. The prison will be very much worse off as you can see from Op's experience.
I have been to Cells like Four Times on raidings and wrong accusations. Prison is where i pray i will never visit in my entire life by the most high grace.
These experiences are what inspired and motivated me to become a SA. |
