Jobs/Vacancies › Re: What's The Longest Time You Have Ever Been Jobless? by Excel70: 4:47am On Aug 04, 2021 |
Opexzy: I have never been unemployed before.. Started working before my final year project defence. I worked in Lagos and served in Abeokuta simultaneously. Left the job after two years... I got employed by a Nigerian company operated from the UK remotely. Started another job here again later on, remotely... I will be starting another remote job by September, this one is based in San Francisco, CA USA. Making it three jobs simultaneously... With loads of contract jobs with some companies here in Nigeria.
God has been Good to me when it comes to jobs and contracts. I don't stress myself, I can say I have more than 95% success rate, when it comes to interview.
My only problem is that, it's taking over my life and I am beginning to get tired of all of them.
I won't lie I am not enjoying my life anymore... But again, poverty is not palatable even in its simplest form.
All I am looking for now, is too land a job with any of the fortune 500 and I hope God will do that soonest... I will just drop all of these ones... Start-ups jobs are too overwhelming. A programmer |

MirthOsas: Hey Diary
I created you to keep track of my progress as I venture into learning software/web development and eventually become an established developer.
Today I downloaded a course: The Ultimate Full Stack Web Developer Bootcamp by Kalob Taulien. Going through the contents, Kalob advised that one of the best editors is VS Code, so I downloaded it too.
So far, I have learned how to customize the VS Code editor; create an html file; add the html, head, title, body, bold, italic and underline opening and closing tags. I also learned how to link different pages both internal and external.
Tired already, see ya tomorrow my dearest diary.
P.S: Special thanks to the ogas at the top, the likes of @tensazangetsu20. Going through your thread on the languages newbies should learn was a huge source of motivation. I'm grateful boss. Hi , I will love to linkup with you. I am also a newbie in the tech world |

LadunaI: Walaikum Salam bro. #1. If you have gone thru my previous posts here you should have seen where I shared my experience based of the blessings of salawat. And to just cut it shorts during my assiduous years when my sole prayer was salawat. I had the blessings of encounter with holy Prophet (saw) nothing less than five times. And one of this stood out that I am enraptured till now about the incidence.
For the edification of us all, let me recount the dream. I saw myself entering a masjid where I saw holy prophet(saw) sitting down. Then I heard someone reciting an ayah "Innallaha wali malaikatul yusoluna Alla nabiyy......" till the end of the ayah which I joined the fellow to say to the end. After reaching the end I started chanting solat ibrahimiyah - Allahuma solo Alla Muhammad Wali Muhammad Kama sollaita Alla Ibrahimoh..... Before I even finish I have completely lot consciousness of that environment (this is near experience I had of what I do understand about fanau) then I saw myself in another platform maqam that I can't even describe. I was completely filled with"awe". #2. Not really necessary especially when just reciting it. Since most time I recite it towards the end of my Tahajuud- I mean after salama, so I mostly on ablution. So even my ablution was fitiated I didn't do any other one till I finished. I spent roughly 1-11/2 hour on it or less atimes. Jazakhumullahi khauran |

You're welcome back sheikh Empiree to your darling thread. Salam alaykum, I have a few questions to ask? 1)I notice you do a lot of salawats and encourage others do it. Can you share a few experience and blessing you have encountered from doing it 2)Must you ablution before performing solawats on the Prophet? |
