Balkan: Let me be honest with you, l am married for ten years now. The atitude your guy is giving you is exertly what l give my wife
In my own case, it started well but there so many things she does that l dislike which l told her that it irritates me but she always nags why l tell her that.
1. She is always unclad in the room. I mean always. She never covers herself. 2, When ever she inters the toilet to poo she never shuts the door of the toilet in our room. 3 She always fart in front of me 4 She always ask for things she knows we cant afford. 5 She does not give me any spacial attention eg. No saperation of things l use from the things everbody use in the house like plates and cups
Now, this is really serious!
So many littles things that matter to guys she does not observe them and when l bring them up, she will tell me that l hate her.
The truth is that l dont get errection again when l see her. So to make love to her is difficult because l dont get erection. But when l see ladies she is much more finer than, my dick stands
We hardley sit to talk because she irritates me. But l am just praying for God to help me. I am not ready to marry another woman. But the love is dead. She does not respect me bc l cant perform but l cant take vigra for her because l am BP patient.
She is in her 30s and l am in my 40s
But she is just a pretty lady with good sense of dressing. A dream of every man but worths nothing to me
LordAdam16: There are lots of indication that the economy wouldn't have plunged into recession if GEJ retained power.
1. There would have been no NDA crisis, singlehandedly caused by the stupidity of Buhari. 2. The country would not have run on autopilot for 6 months, when Buhari was selecting his angels. 3. It wouldn't have taken NOI 20 months to compile an economic plan.
Those are the major three and there's more.
The naira nosedived in 2008/2009 during the Global Recession+Oil Slump. We didn't enter a recession. The prices of foodstuff was tied to the naira nosediving and marketers hoarding gasoline because they were unsure of payments since subsidy was a contentious issue leading up to the election.
Sanusi in the tail-end of his tenure CBN governor was a rabble-rouser, doomsday predictor, and political saboteur. First off, no $20b was missing. He reviewed it downwards to $5b or $2b, he was even unsure of the exact amount. Even then, it's been 2+ years since he left, why has Buhari and Magu not found the phantom "missing $5b"? Or did it just disappear out of the world's financial system?
You'd think smart people can at least do independent research or reason critically.
For every $1, this government has added to the reserves, $1.2+ has been borrowed. Yet, no projects are being commissioned. Less than 20% of the 2017 budget has been implemented and we're in December (same story for the 2016 budget).
Later in 2019, he'd use a high reserve balance to do campaign while 11m people have been unemployed under his stead in the last 24 months. And I expect lots of you to shower him with praise.
You were one of those who danced against subsidy removal in 2012. Then went back to your vomits to support its removal in 2016. Barely a year later, subsidy has ballooned to N40 per liter, and you're itching to quote stats blindly as an arm-chair quasi-economist about a government that is better than the current one in virtually all indices.
I'm sure in February next year when Nigeria will officially be declared as the country with the most people under poverty (overtaking India with a population five times larger than ours), you'd also find a way to prove it'd have still being the case if GEJ was the president.
I think you should be thrilled by this administration. It is exactly what you wanted. Since you seem to have excuses for every failure.
Nonsense! And to think you're a mod.
Buhari would probably win in 2019 not because he performed well, but because there are a lot of people with egos the size of Jupiter who continue to rationalize their mistake in 2015. You are one of these people. And let's not forget the ones in whose eyes Buhari can do no wrong.

A very brilliant analysis, and equally brilliant projections! Product of an "educated" and resourceful mind. Bravo!!!
erico2k2: Does abroad where given centers by their bank to do this,if anyone has not done his then they have themselves to blame.they had ample amount of time to do this. The bank have good communication network to effect this request.
Stop being silly! Stop commenting on matter you are not well informed about. BVN registration was only possible outside Nigeria in less than 15 countries. See the link below: http://www.onlinedailys.com/bvn-registration-centres-abroad/ There are more thand 150 countries in the world. Nigerians do not live only in and/or do business with less than 15 countries. With less than 10% coverage countrywise for diasporan based Nigerians, you are saying diaspora based Nigerians should have themselves to blame? Is less than 10% a pass mark? As a guide try to ascertain the number of countries Nigeria maintain diplomatic relations with. Why are you supporting an ill-conceived policy? I hope you realize yearly remmittances from Nigerians in the diaspora is in excess of 20 billion USD. Have you considered in the impact of 50% or 75% of such critical foriegn currency in-flow on the nations economy due to loss of confidence in the nation's banking system, economic and fisical policies?
What the government does not seem to realize is that many nigerians in diaspora have not been able to obtain BVN for their accounts because arrangements were not put in place.
For instance, there is no arrangement to acquire BVN for Nigerians based anywhere in mainland Europe, and not everyone of those come back to Nigeria yearly.
If the government is looking for money, let them look for the ones they kept. If they are "fighting" corruption let them look for folks that have dealings and linked to/with the government. Talking of forfeiture will definitely have serious implications.
Useful Idiots!!!! It's not enough to shout and tweet. Anyone that partook in foisting these "plagues" on us owe us a national duty to undo what they did.
For a better appreciation of the term "useful idiots" you might wish to see the links below and or do a simple google search.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Useful_idiot "In political jargon, a useful idiot (also useful fool[1]) is a person perceived as a propagandist for a cause the goals of which they are not fully aware, and who is used cynically by the leaders of the cause.[1] According to the Oxford Dictionary of Euphemisms, the phrase stems from useful fool to refer to "a dupe of the Communists" and was used by Vladimir Lenin to refer to those his country had successfully manipulated.[1]............" bluetrails7: Sola taking her sister's side, well done you hear?
Well, study has always been my enclave, where i find the greatest buddy i can trust , the pace in my innermost soul, sufficeto point out that males and females are the victims of the relationships of relationships before our generation that has casted a shadow on the new generation tilting it in its development. People fear before they start, they bail before they reason, they fall before they stand. Common reasoning is becoming somewhat expensive and extinct.
Males and females after tedious reaserch, like Adam and Eve, i've come to believe are victims of external factors, or things beyond both genders, our love languages is plagued with violence, mistrust, doubts, fears, paranoia, skepticism, lack of love, lack of trust, lack of desire, yet the heart desires to be loved, we build all these sophisticated armories in our minds like it's a battle against human kind. When we can take down these defenses and figure things out by ourselves, we strain ourselves, drain ourselves all for what? We don't want to be cheated.
Like the foundation determines he quality of the building that rests upon it, i reiterate the cause of the problem is faulty perceptions and defective views of life, most times brought about my the media, and the experiences of others we must have adopted thinking they were harmless but had developed roots, shoots and buds deep down in our own souls. Which is why we can't wait to hear about people from their mouth, but paint a picture about them from all these tedious machineries we built in our minds.
Ladies, clear your minds, ladies have much more work to do than men...Men do, but ladies more...No beefs please
Now I understand the rationale for the emerging business of "intimate" dolls. Abeg, who has the address of those guys? I want to invest. The future of that business is very bright with "judgements" like this.
seguntijan: Unfortunately, Nigeria Education is not a true test of how smart or dull you are. If you had asked about crammers I would have used Nigeria Education to judge. The reason why some best student in Nigeria class don't do well after school is that the school system has killed their 1. Creativity Skills 2. Decision Making Skills 3. Analytical skills. All subjects/courses thought should be structured in this way but so unfortunately we don't have it yet. that's why most firm goes abroad finding graduates that has those 3 skills, even as an entrepreneur you need those skills to survive. that's why Bill Gates could come up with Microsoft (creativity skill), analyse the feasibility and viability(Analytical skill), then drop out since he is convinced on his idea(Decision making Skill), same applies to Mark, Steve and all great men. Even firms recruit base on that because they need to keep improving that's why most investment banks will keep watching out for MBA certificate from abroad.
We need to do something different, our style of education was useful in the INDUSTRIAL AGE (1960-1995), but we're now in INFORMATION AGE. that's why there's that wide range of unemployment in the country. I have a dream of becoming the Minister of Education.... SO HELP ME GOD.
Excellent Analysis! I wish that your desire to head the education ministry comes to be.
Hello Dude, I think you are bothered about the wrong things!
I do not know why I detest this statement: "......Recently she just told me she wants to egress from her parent's home cos at her age she's qualified to be independent and living alone is so vital as she will restrategize herself and build up her potentials......."
I suggest you rather ask questions like these: What qualifies her to be independent? and be living alone? Because she has a boyfriend? How much has she saved towards her "independence project"?. This to me reeks of an entitlement mentality! To me being independent does not mean an adult having another adult sponsor their lifestyle choices. Except she has counted the costs and saved accordingly, I think she is trying to shift from dependent to "super dependent" mode. Be guided!
Pavore9: So if l send down $100 na almost N50k! Nigerians at home should seek out what should be earning them foreign currencies.
Sir, It is not as you presume! From my findings, If you send $100 to Nigeria at the moment through Western Union for instance the recipient is getting around 31,000 NGN to 37,500 NGN (that is around $1 to 310 rate). If you subtract the cost of the transfer the actual pay out can be around 28,000 to 35,000 NGN (around $1 to 280 to 350 NGN effective rate). Hence your friend, brother, sister, uncle etc. in the diaspora is unlikely to send you any funds this season as one looses money by sending funds through these government approved channels to Nigeria. In this scenario, the circa. $20 USD yearly inbound Forex to Nigeria is threatened adding to an already bad Forex position. Little wonder the FOREX rates are skewed against the Naira at this period when the reverse should have been the case with FOREX from "diasporans" visiting the homeland. Concerning the rates, you do not have to take my word for it. Check by yourself on the links below: http://onlinefx.westernunion.com/Currency-calculator https://www.moneygram.com/wps/portal/moneygramonline/home/estimator?LC=en-GB
"Initial gra gra" I think. The options are really limited with a Naira that is "digging for oil", and a populace with increasingly reducing disposable income.
Sentiments aside, I see higher energy prices and/or scarcity in the near and medium term as cost of importation increases due to a fast dwindling Naira. For the government, this is like having to choose between a rock and a hard place!
@ OP This is a serious subject matter. You should have added the video link or are you more interested on clicks to your blog/site? Below is the video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z33B7Cdukiw
crazymommy: As expected....about 3 days ago a guy on a thread said he wants to sell his 10000$ Which he said he bought at the rate of 302 but that he wants to wait till it gets to 400naira per dollar,I adviced him that he should better sell it at that moment when it was around 350 because anything can happen on Monday which is today because I believe that the market might possibly fall in between the official price and the last parallel market price and that should be around 250-290.guess what??the guy said I am deceiving myself...that he is very intelligent and he believes that the dollar price will even open higher on Monday which is today....I hope the overconfident ignorant fellow his reading this...the annoying thing about some people on nairaland is that they feel they know it ALL and they are not ready to hear the opinion of any other person especially if it is coming from a woman....smh...
Hello @ crazymommy, Stop abusing the fellow and feeling too confident about your "predictions". The "quote" today is around 253 NGN per dollar and you are stomping your feet. Let us see the number of transactions consumated at that price, the bid and offer positions, for a couple of days to get an indication of the direction. Personally, I think Naira will in the medium term appreciate over the parallel market rates if oil prices continue to hold above 50 USD per barrel and as confidence builds in the new system with good institutional oversight. The question is about supply, where is the dollar supply going to come from if the government is not supplying to the market. In the next few weeks I expect the bids will be much higher than offers which will see the USD price going significantly north of 253 NGN towards current parallel market rates before going south as stability returns. If well managed I predict that this volatility period will last 3 to 6 months. If they government did this earlier it most probably will not have been this bad. Remember the volume of forex needed by only airlines after several months of restrictions. In a nutshell, if I have a dollar position, I am mostly likely to hold on to it for at least a little while.
I am so disappointed with Bakare on this! His justification does not cut it at all. It is just disgraceful. "How are the mighty fallen ............" An apology for taking a bad position in the past would have been more honourable. I understand that one characteristic of human beings is that we are not immune from making some errors (in judgement and/or action). However, admitting to our errors makes us truely noble, and shows we acknowledge our humanity and consequent fallibility without diminishing greatness.
“Integrity is telling myself the truth. And honesty is telling the truth to other people.” ― Spencer Johnson Obviously integrity and honesty is becoming increasing scarce to find in this clime.
Personally, I was in support of removal of subsidy in 2012, I support it now, and will most probably support it tomorrow irrespective of who is in power. My position was/is informed by the lack of transparency in the quantity of fuel imported, the fact that it sells above the official price in most locations, it is a big avenue for corrupt practices which the government lacks and continues to lack the capacity to check (many top dogs are beneficiaries) and hence a waste of resources, continued subsidy and government price regulation while fueling corruption discourages establishment of local refineries with the attendant future benefits (FDI, job creation, fuel sufficiency and security), etc.
ireneony: I'm more concerned about her tore underwear
Nigerians sha....this can never happen in the western world.
Why are we so backward, with the way we handle issues
@ topic: The lady in the picture is wrong, but it is obvious this is most probably due to poverty and hunger. The stolen article seems to me to be a baby formula. On the basis of what she stole I would pay on her behalf and let her keep the item after a stern warning.
@ireneony Please stop this self denigration and emancipate yourself from mental slavery. There are thieves and shoplifters every where. Shoplifting happens more often than you can imagine in the "western world". In fact in some parts of your much adored west some crooked minds consider it a hobby and from the things being stolen you can deduce it is not due to "basic poverty". That is the reason they deploy surveillance cameras and spend money on electronic tagging of goods. Otherwise I presume that some shops can be "stolen out of existence". Just check the links below and you will be educated: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/britain-becomes-shoplifting-capital-europe-1694591 http://www./video/xsptgc_secrets-of-the-shoplifters_shortfilms
NB: I hope I did not come on too harsh. If I did please forgive. It's just that it kind of pisses me off when folks with limited world view or information begin to kick their own asses so hard while "worshipping" others.
Pavarottii: What is this one saying? People just open. Thread and start spitting thrash, am sure the OP does not do business in dollars, hence his ignorance about the shameless forex policy by Buhari. Does he know the process to get dollar in d bank at official rate of just a common citizen.
Does he know that the increase in dollar, is the cause of inflation skyrocketing. Check the price of camera, washing machine, generator, television, fridge, sound system, fan, oven, toaster etc. Last year and now, and see whether it is the same thing. Is not because of the increase in dollar? Or do we produce all this in Nigeria.
My friend no make me vex. U just showed a huge sign of ignorance of ur country happenings.
Good riddance.
To curse the OP just dey hungry me now! I implore the moderator(s) to move such threads past the jokes section to the junk section. If there is no existing junk section in the forum, I suggest that it be created to accommodate threads like this.
dtruth3: tune in to channels tv now. The program has started again. APC deputy national publicity sec is on stage.
Thanks for your response. I will appreciate the name of the programme or keywords that will help make an effective web search. Some folks are not inside the country at the moment.
A close relation was complaining bitterly about this a couple of days ago for accounts resident in Firstbank and Ecobank. My advice to the person was: move your funds and close the accounts, and report the Banks to CBN. Over the years, I have developed the policy of swiftly discontinuing my patronage of entities that do not add value to my "interests" and/or are dubious. I think this matter requires a twitter hashtag and a social media campaign. Customers should not be stolen from by banks, after they have danced makossa with their capital. I wonder what CBN is doing. Banking in Nigeria is fast becoming opaque. Folks bring their money to the banks for safe keeping and then banks develop strategies to rob them of their funds. With this trend, why should the "unbanked" consider ever dealing with our banks.
persius555: You just spoke my thought. The banks charge official rate when you recieve money from abroad and charge you double when you make payments. Some ignorants say the banks source money from abroad and parallel markets, i laugh fulani... Some days ago, there was a headline that nigerians repatriated $21 billions in 2015. This is the same forex that the banks sell to the locals at almost twice official rate. They do not source their forex abroad or black market. The twosources are CBN and foreign repatriations. Take a look at the volume dollars that all western unions transact on a daily basis and you will realise how much profit the banks are making effortlessly.
You just captured the "fraudulent" scenario The banks are able to make close to 50 percent of inbound foreign currency transactions from diaspora while the individual or entity sending the funds loses about 50 percent of value. Since it is becoming a loss making venture sending money through the banks to Nigeria, it is obvious that diaspora transfers through banks will be drying up. It will be interesting to see the figures for half year and full year 2016.
cuteboy2: 76 farmers in Ebonyi were arrested by soldiers an detained for over 2 weeks because they protested the raping of their women and killing of farmers by herdsmen. They paid stiff bail to secure their freedom.
The charges were that they posses weapons. None of the herds men has even been questioned, talk less of being arrested. Meanwhile, the cattle herdsmen are walking free with their AK47s.
Prominent elites from SE, SS and SW are keeping a deafening silence on this herdsmen menace.
Nigeria we hail thee!!!
This is becoming very disturbing. Worst still there seem to be apathy to this aggression from the government and the NGOs. Maybe it will be interesting to boycott consuming there products and turning to other sources if protein like fish etc. I
Pidggin: He didn't cross check the budget before submitting it to the NA twice, now that it has been passed he wants to form 'Cross checker' Abeg sign dat ting jor, who no know PMB
These NASS guys eh! They just dodged the "bullet". Back to sender things. I personally think that the budget as presented to the senate is humongous and unimplementable without serious moderation. Perhaps since the Oga at the top did not want to spend a few more months to get it in proper shape (in the light of obvious and understandable political pressures), and the senate having no desire to take the blame for further delay "stamped" it will minimal moderation, and sent back to Aso rock. The Oga at the top "seeing as the thing come be" is now reported to not be in a hurry to assent. Interesting! Before now the spin appeared to be that things will quickly begin to happen once legislative approval is obtained for the budget (aka spending).
lailo: Dnt forget that CBN governor was put there by PDP/GEJ.
and please remember that this anomaly was not reported to have happened in CBN under the so called "very corrupt" PDP/GEJ administration. I guess the PDP members had and still have children they could have "fixed in". Stop trying to defend the indefensible. Stop defending mediocrity and nepotism. Speak truth to power, that is your duty as a citizen. That this occurred under the dispensation of "change" and "anti-corruption" is baffling. That it is not reversed and the actors punished instead of these lame attempts at containment and diversionary tactics is very repugnant.
Nbote: Una funny no b small. If dey have to prosecute him for claims relating to misappropriation of funds why not go to court with all the evidences like dey are doing now instead of fabricating malicious and really fictitious tales and allegations. D govt and EFCC's trend of keeping the media awash with baseless and fictitious allegations which dey end up denying or can't provide evidences to is becoming really embarrassing and stale. Dey generate all sorts of allegations and reports of with "anonymous sources" and wen dey get to court d charges and allegations start changing. Let the EFCC com out with d media claims jus like the defence lawyer has challenged dem. Dis whole charade is becoming really laughable yet some of U still think dis indicted people are being shielded from justice somehow.. smh
I will want anyone that took what he/she is not entitled to be compelled to return such. However, I detest these media trials and headlines that distract the populace. Sometimes I wonder, If these kinds of news are not well orchestrated to placate and distract the masses. I think the "accused" person(s) should start suing media houses for slander etc. That way they media houses will be compelled to verify their sources, and we the populace will get informed and not fed propaganda.
