Ogbaru shoutld be good for your venture as it is neighbored by Onitsha and access to River Niger. Personally traverse any of their communities to search for genuine owners who are willing to lease out their land. I visited many of their communities such as Akili-Ogidi, Akili-Ozizor, Ohita, Odekpe, Ochuche Umuodu, Ossomala, Umunankwo, Ogwu Ikpele and must confess that Ogbaru is a food basket. Their sweet potatoes are exceptional.

At least 1 Hectre of farm land is urgently needed for outright purchase in either Anambra, Enugu or Ebonyi States. This could be government land or family land but it has to be available for outright purchase.

Once u plant, be very careful how u use herbicides oo. If u have not done it b4, try it on 1/2 plot or less and wait for a long time to see the effect. For atrazine herbicide, if u apply it at the proper rate it won't affect corn or cassava. U can also use paraquat to control weeds that grow between the rows. U need to get a curative fungicide, plug off infected leaves & emerging fruits that are infected. Yellowing of leaves can as well be attributed to deficiency of Nitrogen. From my little experience so far, agric.. is lucrative but if u don't have the marketing and production experience, it can be v risky. so take your time and save, do Market survey to find which section to key into, start small and learn or partner with a trusted farmer that has solid experience. That's one way to go about it.

Pythons get their food by ambushing prey. If u find yourself close to one, you won't know when it strokes u. They are slow to move but super fast in striking. Its not the dogs fault because these snakes have been known to kill lions, lionesses, tiger and even elephants. Among all the animals in this world, I never stop wondering why God created this monster snake. I would rather face down a lion than a big snake of this type.

These are the prices of different varieties of vegetable seeds:
Green pepper 2gm 700 10gm 300. Hot pepper 1gm 800 10gm 6000. Cucumber 2gm 350, 50gm 7000 and 100gm 14000. Tomatoes 1gm 800, 5gm 4000. Watermelon is the same price with cucumber

In as much the defattening will increase protein density, it should not be forgotten that the oil is also important. So why remove something will need to buy when you want to compound your feed. Also adding hot water will result in reduced oil level and hot water will dissolve the oil, thus reducing the oil level especially knowing fully well maggot has high moisture content.

Sterilizing is extremely important to avoid disease transmission.
