Due to traffic and distance to my office, I decided to move from my previous location at Ikorudu to Orile Iganmu so that I will be closer to my office which is located around constain, While searching I saw an agent number and decide to call (09097079102), What really attracted me since I was kind of desperate was the note I saw which was ‘pay and pack’.


I was taken to the house which I found okay for my standard, little building renovation is needed (fixing the door mainly) it’s a semi new house. I spoke to the supposed developer or caretaker of the house named Akinola he explained how the house was given to him to manage, I was curious (I had some doubts in me though). The next day, I went to the street nearby to ask from shop owners around the house to make inquiries about the house, they gave me a go ahead that the owner is genuine; all this was on the 11th of June.


On the 13th of June I went to the house and still saw the same people with all of this I was rest assured that am paying the right people, I made a transfer of 180,000.00 to diamond bank account number 0054904265 ATANDA TAJUDIN YUSUF and I was giving a receipt and agreement, (I was again assured because the guy is a Muslim and claimed to be fasting, which gave me assurance that it was genuine). I was told to come and collect the key by 25th of June as the room would have been fully renovated. I decide to check on the place to see how the work is going on Tuesday 20th of June, I met people inside the house fighting and smoking marijuana, they said the room belongs to them with the same receipt I have with me.


I later got to know that the man Mr Atanda collected close to 9 million from other people for same room(there was like 6 rooms in the upper apartment), I was stunned to say the least, we were up to 22 with same receipt, we concluded to report the matter to police station but some of us disagree that we should called the Ijo people (Landlord Association), We called them and they brought some police man which later sent everybody out of the house and lock the whole house including the church that was downstairs in the house, after that we were told to go the police station to make statements, when we got to the station(Orile Iganmu or so), the police started their usual rhetoric. They said they cannot arrest him. I just left the police station with anger and disappointment.


Another thing that baffled was that a church was below the apartment. I wonder whether a church who claimed to be serving God doesn’t know about the fraud on this apartment. They acted dumb all through. I know the building would be opened very soon. I know the police have been bribed by their actions and activities. I saw pregnant women and families that were already prepared to move but were defrauded of their money

I am sad and depressed to say the least, I used my last card to get this apartment, now am stuck. We were up to 30 people that were defrauded

Many families were defrauded. Some paid time 4 of what I paid. I don’t have faith in Nigerian police.

People should also learn from this when looking for apartment in Lagos. There are fraudsters all over using name of religion and ethnicity.

Please if anyone knows how I can reclaim my money. I will so much appreciate it.

A lot of women also lie about being physically abused especially when they are scorned. My point is what has "internal" injuries to her arm got to do with miscarriage? Is that the only complaint she has?

Women speak out when they suffer domestic violence but she waited to speak out BECAUSE he got married and that to me is suspect. She could've spoken out before if the abuse and miscarriage were so bad, why do it when she found out about his marriage?

Can't you see that's it's reasons like this that hindered him from making it to top 5 richest Nigerians (I think he's not even in top 10 presently)? There are so many people that are richer than him but only live in duplex not even up to the size of one of his halls.

If he had foresight and penchant to be among the greats or even the greatest, he'd have been least wasteful and maybe he'd have been richer than the likes of Dangote, Otedola, etc.

House, I know how helpful you guys have been. The last time I came hear was about my wife and I having argument for not saying thank ma to her mum.

Last night something happened. I'm staying in one bed room flat. Since her mum came for omugo/visit. I left the bedroom for them and start staying in the parlor. At night, I do expect her to join me in the parlor because our baby is two months and...

Last week, I have to beg her to join me in the parlor which she did. Three ocassions, I tried making love to her, she said... MY MUM IS AROUND AND WE SHOULD RESPECT HER PRESENCE. Seriously I got offended and did it without her offer. Up till now she don't like joining me in the parlor.

If I should do away runs now they will start complaining.

Pals you guys should pls advice me urgently because if this continues, I might do the otherwise.

I might agree with his point. As a Northerner and Hausa by tribe I will like to share Northern's view on Leadership Of Nigeria Based on my Understanding. More than average of total population of Northerners are scare of any Southerner to Becomes president, Because of too much hate and Descrimination from the Southerners which is means there will be more Consequences whenever Southerner climbs number one seat. For Example, During Jonathan everyone knows Jonathan did not fought well on Boko Haram and its even politically Empowered by Him. If you to Judge fairly you know South hates North very much for Example, its hardly to find Northerner that owns House or land in south but if you come to The North you will be Suprised to find thousands of Southerners that own lands, Houses, and some of them are even in the Government. We treat them like our own people we do Business with them we employ them we give them Right to own Businesses we sometimes prefer to do Business with them than our own people and all we need from them is only to respect our Religion and Tribe Because these two things come first before everything.
Thank God we dont talk too much we only do action and we dont care about what Southern media are saying.
We might be a Prloblem to Nigeria as South and the only Solution is to let every Region go it own way

The gate man.... That is his hustle, he gives the ambassadors number to people who he thinks have been rejected but are financially glowing.

He sees the pastor and thinks.... See big fish.... He starts to smile at pastor who at this point is open to anything that can help.

He gives pastor a paper with the number as usual with the hope that when pastor is done good or bad he will get something for his effort...

Pastor gets his visa which is not a 5 min ordeal... By the time he is done, gate man done change shift.

Pastor asks the gate man he sees about one gate man that surely has no name tag so he can't really describe..

So let me get this straight.

President Buhari did his part,by forwarding a nominee from the East,in the spirit of unity,equity and fairness to the Senate for confirmation as an Ambassador.

And the Nominee got to the Senate,and was just asked to do his own "Little" part by reciting our National Anthem and he refused? I am really trying to understand the logic behind his refusal,so maybe someone more intelligent can explain better.

And so we are again grateful to the internet.

If not for the internet,we would not have known the Imo Nominee screened himself out from becoming an Ambassador.

Before the town criers suffering from PH.D(pull him down)syndrome,will now start shouting that BUHARI hates the EAST.
