Gentlesoul2021: Below Nokia mobile phones served me well for years. Back in the days when browsing didn't require a lot of data, and the QWERTY keypad made life simpler. Those were the good old days.
E63, Sending n receiving mails via phone was like a breakthrough then
Evercurious: 😂 naaa him pikin and naa him train am. So rest your troubled soul after all it's getting pretty obvious that that Liam isn't Mohbad's son. Of otherwise, then tell your Wunmi to go prove that. Okay? Aside that, allow the man eat the fruit of his late son's labour and his too.. 😂
Nonsense. Get some education Once a man got married, his first family is the nuclear family and everything in that man's possession goes to his immediate family except there is a WILL that says otherwise.
2. Wumi is LEGALLY married to mohbad, hence the DNA result won't change who should be in custody of mohbad's property. Only a written WILL can bring any extended family into the picture.
yinkabeauty: How can he open his eyes and some evil idiots will kill his son and begin to plot to take his property, and so if he objects , they say he is fighting over property , i don't know why these critics can't use their brain and think deeply.
When did mohbad's wife turn to evil idiots? You are not different from him
budaatum: Qualified labourers at what exactly? Do you seriously think graduates who pay others to write their dissertation are qualified to labour.
Okay, I agree that might be just a few, And agree that we do not have enough jobs. Or more accurately, we do not create enough work. We are so bad at creating work it in fact, that we send our crude oil abroad to be worked on by foreigners who sell their worked on product back to us at high prices. And we plant cocoa but buy expensive Swiss chocolate too. Bet if you look around you now there'd be lots of 'made abroad' (your phone, car, taps in your kitchen, teeshirts), and the made in Nigeria would be the more basic stuff. Damn! Many communities don't even bother doing the work of ensuring their surroundings are clean.
Work is value adding, but we don't seem too interested in adding much value, and would rather let foreigners add the value of their work and sell to us for profit.
Nigeria needs to abandon its 'manna from abroad' ideology, and adopt principals of the Swadeshi movement. And our education system needs revamping to promote such self reliance and job creation.
How many graduates paid their way out?. What's the big deal in dissertation where you have supervisor to guide you and many research tools.
Do they also paid there way out during project/dissertation defense?
It seems you ve not be going for job test n interview where at least 100 graduates will make it to the last stage for job openings for 20 people.
Do you think they can continue to pass job tests if they didn't earn their results. It seems the Country's population is a joke to you.
Evercurious: And is always telling the truth bursting the bubbles of those that ve sinister motives 😂. I just love him.. FIGHT TO FINISH.. NAA HIM TRAIN HIM PIKIN. SO LET HIM BE
People that talks a lot says rubbish e.g Kemi olunloyo
The man is a useless father, he has no business with mohbad's properties with or without a WILL. He should be ashamed of himself
Goodday90: I went to visit a friend today and he told me that their transformer have been bad for some time and PHCN have come and carried it away and that they said they need to contribute some money to get another transformer,7 million I think No money no transformer So this got me thinking, whose responsibility is it to repair/replace these things?
Even if it's electrical pole, na una go still buy am
budaatum: That's because this lecturer sells certificates without the accompanying learning that empowers students to use their brains and minds.
Moral of the story is, ensure you buy learning, and not just the certificate.
You miss the point
The qualified labourers are more than the available jobs. In the 60s, companies n FG visited universities to employ intending graduates. Some got employment even before they graduate
Then, it used to be a matter of choice, even graduates with 3rd class.
RETURNOFENDSARS: I'm a lawyer, called in 2016. I'm married with a kid and I'm in my early 30s. My wife is not working, so I have been the one shouldering the responsibility, despite that, God has given me my own house. Three bedrooms flat in front and three bedrooms flat at the back, all with full pop, water heater, full tiles, in fact all the modern facilities. In all honesty I made between 600k-1.5m per month.
Just of recent, the zeal to Japa to Canada has been on my mind through school route. I currently have like 7m in my account and I know I could raise it till 15m before the end of the year. The cost of schooling keep giving me issue. How will someone travel abroad and spend over 15m when I could used the money to buy hostel from people who desperately needs money or invest in real estate.
Another concern of mine is that the future of legal profession is reducing because of the amount clients are paying particularly in the area of agreement and other things.
Definitely, I won't be selling the house if I decide to relocate, the rent from the two flats will go to my mom and the least could only be 500k per year. I won't have issues sending money at home.
Please, I really need advice from lawyers that are there, how do you cope migrating. Is it advisable I leave, if yes, what are the first things I might encounter, if am relocating it will be with my family. I just don't want to regret relocating. The exchange rate is just too much
You better stay. Japa is for people without structure or not earning anything reasonable while in Nigeria.
You have so much going for you here already...don't go there and be a second class citizen and be doing menial jobs
NikoDeBonAmi: So as a young bachelor that just moved into a new apartment, a next door neighbor who happens to be a single female brought this bowl of afang soup as a show of warm welcome.
Would you accept it?
yes
Same way women collect money from guys with no strings attached
KiNg0G: We all know how difficult it is to blow in the Nigerian entertainment music industry with a lot of competitions here and there some takes grace while other lucks but majority promo (money) with the Right source and connects.
I am here to give you the 5 countdown Nigeria musician that money just couldn't blow.
5) Dj cuppy
honestly speaking you and I know if she was a male we would have list her with the A LIST musicians we have in the Nigeria entertainment industry with likes of speed Darlington, Vic o SHATTA bundle and Co but since she's a billionaire daughter everyone minding business and vibing to jollof abi oil rice. Let's leave it at that. From Dj to musician with her father being one of the richest men in Africa but the money just couldn't do it. Blow up! I have been to lots of clubs and bar never have I hear her dj mix or songs. Like what does she really do?
4) SKIBI
if you are in the music fanatics like me, you would realize they are what we call underground artists they have been in the game for a long time but still the fame is just not there. Then they are studio artist that only blow within the studios..
SKIBI falls in that category, he even had to fake his own death because the pain was there. he has been signed by e money records for long time, OBAGO!!! so the money is there I still wonder why hasn't he been able to make it big in the game like his bro kcee even THOUGH he has had some couple of good songs last year and before that making waves on sound City. (I said good songs not hit songs.) Difference dey bros.
Hit songs are on DJ MIX, PARTIES, BIRTHDAYS, STREAMS NOT SOUND SOUNDCITY VIDEOS.
3) WHITE MONEY/ EFE MONEY
ALL the big brother naija celebrities money falls in this category so sad to say. it's not easy to win 20million, 50million respectively, and you came out to say you want to pursue a music career and you still couldn't blow up. Some of this local musicians only need 2million startup capital and their songs is all over the Nigeria social media and all. So I wonder what are they doing wrong? Is not like the money isn't there to promote them or buy them more fame smile. This guy's really disappointed me if you want to do music do music or if it is restaurant you want to open go ahead maybe that would have been a profitable venture. Stop confusing us with different tracks released on TikTok and Facebook get one of Alist musician to do collaboration the money is there. It's easy and simple smile.
2) MR EAZI
The ghanian boy literally did this to himself I must say. We all know what he did and Nigerians are one serious set of individuals once they cancel you. You are done. I saw Mr EAZI podcast on TikTok one day narrating that he really didn't say ghanian music was better I felt pity for him like this is a rich boy married to a billionaire daughter. He even sold his own company but still any songs he drops 0 streams. I guess they are some certain things to this we don't just know yet.
1) B RED
Girl I go hustle make you for dey alright Give you everything that you need to avoid fight If we fight, girl we go pray for night (Baby) When things rough I go still dey by your side That’s why I call you Uju Girl I love you like, times two If I leave you now, taboo I go buy Helicopter, for you Yee baby, uju
Till today I still haven't heard any Nigerian love songs that touched me like this track. But you see this music is unpredictable. How can someone be an Adeleke and still struggle to make name in the country. Bred has been in the game so long, one musician that money just couldn't blow up only if it was easy. So I laugh when they say it's money that blew davido his cousin's they so wrong.
What blew HIM CONSTITUENCY !
NOTE: This article is in no way trying to downgrade anyone or make them less it's just a mere observation as a lesson that MONEY IS LITERALLY NOT EVERYTHING
Oboto700: Iam one of those rooting for the sack of poseiro before this tournament.. yes.but going by yesterday's game, honestly speaking our players have to be blamed. We created 7 good Chances and scored just 1. Is our coach expected to come in and score those goals? Please let's allow that Man to breath.
He should stop using wingers that can't cross the ball in chukweze. Ola aina, a full back did better than him on the wing
Cmanforall: You are more useless with your view. Did you even read my posting? What point do you have?
If you have a huge population, there should be at least one sport, within your region, you'd dominate. In this situation, within the African continent. Those countries with big populations dominate in areas their populations have passion from childhood days.
I won't waste my time educating and enlightening your ignorance and primitivenesss
Don't mention me again. You can die in your ignorance if you want
Nonsense, the more you respond, the more you are sounding so silly.
Jamaica is less than Lagos state in population but they are doing so great in athletics
