Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Nonchalant Wicked Attitude Of Most Employer. by femi4: 10:24am On Jan 08, 2024 |
EmperorTolson: Thinking Out Loud Initially, I don't want to talk about this because I don't want some people to think the message is directed to them. But on second thought, I think the message is actually for them. I'm talking about those oppressors called employers who oppress their employees by refusing to pay their wages/salaries on time. The questions are: Would you as an employer allow your employees to perform their duties any time they wish? I mean would you allow them to resume work by 9 am instead of 7 am and close by 1 pm instead of 4 pm? Why then would you not pay their wages/salaries on time? Let me guess, the sales are low or you needed to source for their wages/salaries elsewhere. With(out) due respect, you sound like an oppressor. You have probably forgotten that some of these employees are poor and needy which is why they are working in your organization else they'd have their own companies.
Even, though it was written in Deuteronomy 24:14-15King James Version (KJV) that 14 Thou shalt not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates: 15 At his day, thou shalt give him his hire, neither shall the sun go down upon it; for he is poor, and setteth his heart upon it: lest he cry against thee unto the Lord, and it be sin unto thee.
Also in Sunan Ibn Majah 2443 that Give the worker his wages before his sweat dries.” "To give it to him before his sweat dries is a metaphor for the obligation to pay him as soon as the job is done, even if he does not sweat, or if he sweated and it has dried.” what this simply means is to hasten to give him his dues as soon as the work is done.
By reading those verses, you should understand by now that the most basic thing of paying your employees on time is not just commanded by Law, but also by God. Yes, as employees if they receive their wages late, they might be stressed or even in trouble for not being able to pay their bills on time.
My Advice is that business owners should always find ways to generate the salaries of their employees on time, because after all they've worked for it. And I'm hoping that if by any chance the so-called devoted Christian/Muslim employers would come across this article, they'd also have the conscience to comply with it otherwise their laborers may cry to the Lord against them, and they will be guilty of sin. And if for any reason there is a delay, communication is key. It's important to inform your employees and to make every effort to rectify the situation promptly. Let's all strive to treat our employees with the respect and fairness they deserve.
The act of delaying wages/salaries without remorse is becoming an art for most employers and it is an act of evil. Act accordingly because their heart is set on their wages/salaries. Thanks. Only in Nigeria, in a saner environment, they got paid as and when due |

KiNg0G: Hi, Happy New Year. I know some of you think I am dead but I am not. I just am not getting the accolades I deserve from you all so I thought maybe I should take a chill pill.
But anyways...... Here we go
The top 5 ghanian musician Nigerians have supported in recent years
SARKODIE
This musician has been there for a long time he specifically dethroned mi when we talking about rap concern and have made several features with top Nigeria musicians. he came into the universal spotlight during the time of ice prince aboki inside and also during the hotness of run town. No one in Nigeria can say they don't know SARKODIE because we helped blew him internationally worldwide. What else does ghanians want from Nigerians?
SHATTA WALE
The pioneer of ghanians music right now can admit Nigeria has played a huge role in his life but the hate is still there. He once was the one who brought the notion of banning foreign music in Ghana but no one took him serious then. But right now he realised Nigeria wasn't really the problem but the Ghana entertainment industry.
His recent hit single ON GOD is still being played all over Nigeria by DJs and all and it seems Nigerians has forgiven him.
KING PROMISE
Right from day he has been a popular musician in the Nigeria music industry and not everyone knows he is a ghanian. Wizkid single handedly brought him into the mainstream few years ago and since then he has been on top as a A list. His recent hit terminator is been aired all over sound City, on radio stations and still they say Nigerians are not trying.
OLIVE THE BOY
Loving you girl nor get holiday, I do am everyday, girl I need no one like I need you.. oh no... Ahh
Who blew this song if not Nigeria tiktokers? This song went mainstream because Nigerians accepted it with all their heart and I tell you not everyone knows he is a ghanian upcoming artist and yet they say Nigeria don't support foreigners. Don't ghanians see all this?
BLACK SHERRIF
Well much can't be said about blacko, Nigerians made him who he is today not Just burna boy. The whole Nigeria accepted him. I accepted him and yet he did what he did.

Health › Re: Menstrual Cramps Disturbing Me Badly. Please What Can I Use For It? by femi4: 11:45am On Jan 07, 2024 |
Jewessgratitud3: I suffer severe menstrual cramps and it's really taking a tow on me. Like I no longer look forward to having my menses because of the pain and discomfort that comes with it.
The only thing that stops the cramps is felvin but it makes the flow three times heavier than normal to the point that I'll start feeling dizzy. The last one scared me cos after taking felvin, on the second day I was changing diaper every 5 mins. (Yes I use diaper cos pad no longer holds my flow. ) At a point I stood up and it's as if the whole blood in my system gushed out and I nearly passed out. So I said I wasn't going to use felvin again.
Now, I didn't use felvin this time and the flow is normal but I've been crying from pain since yesterday. It's like labor pain and im tempted to take felvin but when I remember what happened the last time, I'll ditch the idea.
Please what can I use to stop the pain that will not increase the flow? Please help with remedies that work. You need to start having sex regularly.....without regular servicing and oil change, friction is inevitable |
