The answer is a capital YES, dated one for ages and we had problems, but it was never about infidelity (easily the most faithful lady I have ever known) or even her closeness to male customers (who they will normally see at their weakest state and thus can easily take advantage of). So I was at a restaurant having my usual breakfast.

So it happened that I dropped out from school since 2017 and I haven't been at home. I came back in May though and since then I've been at home being unproductive and stagnant.

Fast forward to Saturday, my mother, who has never given me money even to buy toiletries suddenly gives me money to buy a new shirt and cut my hair all so that I would follow her to harvest on Sunday.

It was my plan to use the money for some other thing and go AWOL on Sunday but because of my elder brother I decided not to.

So the Sunday comes at last and we go to the church. Time for the harvest reaches and she donates ₦20,000. This is someone that my brother has been begging to pay money for me to go to ICT school and get some skills since May.

Is it right to donate to your church when all is not well at home?

Note: Most people were donating ₦10,000. Someone even gave ₦3,000.

And this attitude of her is pushing me deep into gambling because I can't realise money to do the least of things.

Right now, I'm waiting for her to send me to fill the gas cylinder so that I can use the change on top to bet on UCL and UEL so that I can register for NIN.

We had an intern who was fabulous at his work, and even though we did not care about what he did outside of work, his hangover affected his performance. His e-mails had several grammatical errors and he made basic mistakes, regularly. Don’t be that person. A hangover affects your productivity. Sure, you can give yourself a free pass once or twice, but that’s where it ends.

5-Saying ‘That’s not my job’ far too many times. Sure, it is annoying when you’re thrust with some work that is very different from what you normally do it even outside your area of expertise. Try to learn new things. Approach the right people, ask for help and get the job sure.

6-Browsing the net mindlessly, and checking out your social media and dating profiles at work.

7-Cursing is another no-no. More than half of employers in a survey said vulgar language is an indication that an employee is not ready for a promotion. i mean easy with the Fword at work.

8- NOT MINDING YOUR BUSINESS, This has been a major challenge for most Nigerians after migrating because "office gist" has been a norm for several years and almost seem normal. Your Colleague's marital status or sexuality is not your business.

....take for practical example of my life experience.
