Well, we will get out of this someday. I’m a lady, and I tell you how I pity my fellow ladies, some are very lazy and would wait for a man before they can eat, some would follow there mother’s footstep, thinking that man is to provide everything for them. It's simple common sense to know better to stay away from a guy who is jobless but driving expensive cars and living lavish. The annoying part is some of these guys cannot even express themselves in simple English language, some cannot operate a laptop yet they claim yahoo boys. The police is not doing the work of the judiciary.
The police are doing their own work. They investigate cases and decide which ones go to the courts/judiciary.
They haven't seen a reason to take this case to court, so they're not because they claim their investigations didn't reveal a crime was committed.
The family can still sue the school for negligence and claim damages though (perhaps for not taking him to hospital immediately after his alleged injuries, etc) but that's more like a civil suit.
It's a very difficult case, but social media isn't a court of law or law enforcement.
But where are the other students who claimed on socisl media that they saw what happened? Are they all fake people on social media, pretending to be students?

All those social media claims, are they not bloggers?

Under normal circumstances, hotel rooms are supposed to be fully checked by staff before a guest is allowed to check out or leave the premises.

Better still, a proper record of those entering rooms should be kept with room guests fully accounted for before complete check out. I can't understand this security laxity.

This is just one incidence too many!

I am even shocked and disappointed that big and popular hotels don't even do this simple due diligence.

You cannot be checking guests room every time he is going out or in, he might lodging for a week and decides to leave the second day, how would you now knw wen to check, meanwhile, many of these guest houses are not standard hotels, just to check in and have one night, many have very few workers that cannot effectively monitor guests.
