This is a more realistic projection even though I don’t think Kwakwanso will win Kano. APC should win Nasarawa and Kaduna and may likely flip Benue.

Edo state is also in play for APC since Obaseki will now have to work fully for Atiku and his faction’s candidates. PDP and LP will share the votes of traditional PDP voters in the state and that gives a lot of advantage to APC. Overall, Tinubu is the next president of Nigeria.

I am being truthful today. I left kaduna to vote for Atiku/obi in Nasarawa during the 2019 general election. We came out in mass to vote for Atiku/obi but in Nasarawa state APC flawed other parties, gallantly !. When the votes started trooping in from Nasarawa town where the Nasarawa poly is base, from keffi, from akwanga, from laminga, from Nasarawa Toto and the others where it is predominately Fulani and Nasarawa ebira.. The votes turned its tides and APC won.

Peter is just deceiving himself, it takes more to win an election. And PDP and APC are far ahead.

AND APC WILL WIN THIS ELECTION BY A LANDSLIDE, NOT JUST WITH SMALL MARGIN

I had a cousin those days who got admission on an awaiting Waec result due to her inability to get a credit in Maths, those days one could be admitted with such result on the condition that he or she ensures he or she rewrites the Waec/GCE and presents a perfect result before graduation or upon collection of University degree..
My elder brother's friend rewrote Waec with my set when I was in SS3, he was already a 300level student in a Federal University during that time, he rewrote the exams, made the necessary credits and took it to his school to replace the initial one he submitted in his school file..
I know so many people apart from my cousin and my elder brother's friend that did the same thing those days.
In all the above scenarios, the subsequent Waec results definitely carried subsequent dates from either the date of graduation or admission, this is the same scenario with Peter Obi's GCE result..

The earlier you realise that Nigeria is a sovereign country, with its independent right to make its Laws, after putting together religious and moral considerations, the better it will be for you.
As a Lawyer, the first thing I try to do whenever I go to a different jurisdiction is to understand their Legal System, as I definitely won't be relying on whatever I've been practicing in Nigeria. Same thing a Lawyer from the U.S or U.K will be expected to do in Nigeria, else he or she will be rendered useless.


That being said, when it comes to the Nigeria Legal System, there is absolutely NOTHING like RAPE in Marriage.
Take it or leave it, this is Nigeria and not the Western world..

complete upon penetration. "Unlawful carnal knowledge" means carnal connection which takes place otherwise
than between husband and wife".

So taking the definition of Section 6, any sexual intercourse between a husband and wife does not qualify as 'Unlawful carnal knowledge' and hence lacks the important element that defines rape.
