Ues, my father was a bad role model. It has an impact but it didn't stop me trying to lead a normal life. Many people have struggled in their life with no parent to speak of and have been very successful - Oprah is an example. I'm no Oprah, I agree.

However, my hatred of men doesn't really affect you does it? What does it do to you? Nothing. So stop taking it personally. If my words and thoughts don't apply to you then when you read them they shouldn't affect you at all. You haven't seen my advice to men on here? Some good advice to men who have been cheated by their girlfriends, solid advice that has been well met.

I'm not a bad person, I've been damaged by men who did me wrong. So I refuse to date because I refuse to be hurt again. Yes, I hate men. So what? How is that hurting you? It makes no difference to your life so why care so much?

Jewelry isn't the thing. It is expensive and if she wears it you will see a sign she wants to date you even if she doesn't actually want you. Lots of thjngs can be read into the actions she will make with a piece of jewelry.

Buy a book, a voucher for itunes, something that she can enjoy for herself alone that you will not see her use. That way you can know you have tried to make her happy and anything else happeninh after that is not dependent on your gift.

Something I've learned about men is that they say what they feel when they have no reason to lie. Like, they wont say they love you unless they want something (like sex or money) or actually feel something (unlikely).
