reflx: Well I have read all the news in the papers and other media and its shocking !!!and while I condemn the act..the news was blown out of proportion ...I work in the police clinic port harcourt and I treated james ameh and all he had were serious bruises, chest pain and a bite to his hand...no spinal cord injury or paralysis...he is still on admission because of the awareness of the incident ...meanwhile the six other guys are already in police net and set for trial next week after investigations...please the press should be truthful...I read with disbelief all I saw in the dailies...he had his bath and ate by himself...he is ok and those guys are set to be punished...fullstop!Thanks a bunch men for the update. Don't mind all those mushroom press men and newspapers that can not go the extra mile to verify accounts before going to press. With that said, I still put the blame on GEJ, the corrupt C-in-C that can not curb corruption in his police force. Mtscheeeew! |

@9zeros and thegoodjoehunt If those underground rappers are as good as you proclaim, why have they not been able to break into the mainstream? Cos for me, i believe if you are good, them youll have a major break. Eminem did that. 50 did. Snoop did also. I got tired of waiting for papoose to blow and he just didnt |
Beaf: Why do you guys take turns to sound more daft than the other? Its puzzling! All you have done on this thread is to insult us anti-Jona posters. As long as you have not mentioned my name, we are cool. But guy, the least you could have done as a good PR guy is to list Jona's achievements in the past 2 years hes been Presido and not to keep posting trash. Post after post by you on NL just makes me feel like throwing up on your damned face! Now listen up asssssshole. List Jona's achievements for the past 2 years he has been presido for us or forever SHUT THE FORK UP! |
Beaf: ^Dem still never chop this BEEF? i think say BEEF na for chop na? |
@ 9zeros & thegoodjoehunt. With due respect to you both. I am so loving your convo. @ thegoodjoehunt. Jigga never was and can never be the dopest rapper. If i take to rap today, I'll be dopper than he in a few years. Jigga? |
thegoodjoehunt: Pap is one of Hip Hop's finest. Alphabetical Slaughter is one of Hip Hop's greatest tracks And his diss on Fat Joe was legendary. Great name.God bless you. I expected 9zeros to mention that track Alphabetical slaughter when mentioning Pap's best tracks. Now i am convinced you are informed about hip hop. |
LeoMax: 1. HE HAS TAKEN POLICEMEN OFF THE ROADS1. Major roads, yes. But they are always on my street at night on a daily basis. 2. He did not expose the cabal. Nigerians did. The exposure was due to the uproar by nigerians during the subsidy period. Now that the cabal have been exposed, id he not saying that he is not going to prosecute them? I doubt if you reside in naija. 3. At what cost? Thousands of innocent lives? Destruction of property worth millions of naira? Naija's status downgrade as a terrorist state by western nations? PL-E-ASE 4. Says who? Let us wait until 2015. 5. Again says who? 6. OK. And how many mega watts have been generated? But speaking objectively, i might consider this as a plus. 7. LMAO! By our new status as a terrorist state? 8. You call this an achievement? Please read this point again. Was it not ordinary Turai that frustrated his assss when he was supposed to be sworn in as acting presido during Yaradua's ill health saga? His becoming the presido is as a result of 2 things. One, Obasanjo. Two, Publis sympathy, tribalism and sentiment. 9. I patiently await |
D diff b/w u n me is while u listen 2 rap, i eat rap(soul-food) n live it. Underground doesnt go 4 only under-dog rappers it also covers popular rappers with hood-cred albums. D fact dat u chose stillmatic ova illmatic defines how u see rap cuz u're chosin funky beats ova lyrics. Illmatic?!!! Reason- in rap, ur first remains ur best. Matter of fact, i only dig rap b/w d golden years: '88 - 99' n a few b4 '03. Most of doze ur rappers jst recycle flows from d from rap's chronic classics, so i only dig their realness. To rily undastan rap, u need to medidate chronic albums such as: paid in full, doe or die, ready to die, 36 chambers, reasonable doubt, strictly 4 my niggas, daddys home, lifestyle of da poor, infamous, 4,5,6, wu-tang 4 ever e.t.c. Jst take a trip 2 d golden years of rap b4 it died. D golden years is d back bone of rap. So dont call names like drake, j.cole, muna, game e.t.c these dudes are spittin chocolate dat was gotten from cocoa (golden rap). Drake is fake n got no hood cred. I grew up in a hood where hip-hop was a culture to us. I'm not jst listenin to rap, i LIVE/LIVED it: from crimes/hardtimes to crime-money. While u meditate on ur bible/koran, i medidate on soul-rap. F*ck chino/ya boy n all of 'em, dey are average in ma eyes. chino/muna lyrics, ar u kiddin me? doze are average garbage. Wat more can i say? I guess we hv diffrent roots.
OK. SO what u say about ma home boy PAPOOSE |
thegoodjoehunt: What makes u think i don't feel the underground. Let me give u some names over the top. Chino XL, Fredie Foxx, Illmaculate, Ya Boy, Hot Dollar, Pitch Black, Juice from Arizona he used to be on Black Wall Street, Self Scientific, Cyssero ( formerly Rockstar when he was on Black WallStreet), Gillie Da Kid.I expected you to mention PAPOOSE |
Wait wait wait. Make all of una wait first. Una sabi who Muna be? She be MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL FOR THE WHOLE OF NAIJA 2007. Na she una dey talk to like dat? Girl wey be say i fit credit her account with one million naira for all night forking *** had an instant erection at the thought and at the possibility**** Na MUNA the GREAT una dey talk to like dat ? |
tayoccu: Dude the fact that d'banj made it first doesn't mean he created the style.Wetin you dey yarn guy? Dbanj copied Durella. Fela copied Bala Miller. Na wa for you o! |
^^^^^ No mind am. The OP dey always carry dis manual waka. Anytime he jam chic, he go quickly read am before he go scope the chic. |
tayoccu: Dude I know more about Nigerian music than u will ever know.Indeed. Your 'knowledge' of the naija music scene is contagious. I ask you, who broke out first Dbanj or Durella? |
If i give this stooopid illiterate woman one dirty backhand slap ehn? She go deaf one time. I no sabi who give her audacity to comment on national affairs. Like mumu husband like mumu wife. |
Eeeeya. I pity Kayswitch. He's the only casualty of this whole dbanj/Don jazzy saga. Ibo lo ma gboriwo nisiyin? |
tayoccu: Dude do u listen to music or do u just skim through it? d'banj stole durella's style (and tweaked it a lil)that's why they fell outWho the fork is Durella FYI, he is just a dbanj wannabe. are you even in touch with the naija music scene at all ? |
It is now so obvious that sitting behind computers and screaming our lungs off on Nairaland will not help or change anything in this sick and disgusting country of ours. Corruption is being condoned and even celebrated by our rulers. NIGERIANS PLEASE HOW CAN WE MAKE THOSE BASTAR.DS IN ABUJA LISTEN TO US? SURELY WE CAN NOT CONTINUE THIS WAY FOREVER. WE NEED TO ACT. THE MORE I THINK ABOUT NAIJA WITH JONA AS OUR PRESIDENT WITH PSYCHOPATIC PSYCHOPHANTS LIKE BEEF, ABATI ETC, CORRUPTION, HOW RICH NAIJA IS AND HER CITIZENS WALLOWING IN POVERTY, THE MORE I REALLY WANT AN URGENT REVOLUTION. BLOODY OR OTHERWISE. |
With this development, it is obvious that Retardeen Jona needs a forking brain transplant ASAP! Are we even sure he has a brain in his forking skull? |
Wisdytech: GOD PLS CUM TO DE AID OF NIGERIA!LMAO. What the fork is this supposed to mean? |
What the fork have all of you been suggesting all day? All talk but little substance. Mtscheeeew! First of, how about starving them of funds. GEJ has admitted time and again that BH sponsors are known and are highly placed in his regime. How about growing enough balls, have them arrested, squeeze their forking balls and make them scream.... You starve them of funds and i assure you there will be a reduction in the frequency and intensity of their attacks by at least 80%. The remaining 20% we should be able to deal with. |
greateros: Look behind the innocent facade and childlike smiles and you will see a scary monster. . .Abeg tell them o. And for some bas.tards to alwyas come on here calling the Noble General Buhari as the sponsor of Boko haram is so pathetic. I don't know what to say about the authenticity of this claim of Okah's. But if true, if true, GOD WILL SO PUNISH ALL JONA AND HIS FAMILY MEMBERS AND HIS HARDCORE SUPPORTERS WHO CAN NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG IN WHATEVER HE DOES OR REFUSES TO DO (AND WHO COME ON HERE TRYING TO FINGER OUR BRAINS) TO THEIR FORTIETH GENERATIONS! |
BEEF and his satanic cohorts have gone haywire! Na which kind stunt be dis abeg? 81% my nyansh |
kinguwem: I'm presently in Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo. There are a lot of casualties. I saw about 20 patients. About 5 were taken to the theatre for operations. Presently, there is no fatality in the hospital, though some patients are in a critical condition. We are doing everything possible to stabilize the patients.Instead make you face your operation, you still dey post for NL |
Haylizzy: HEY GOD Abeg remember us dat are still serving in dis taraba here i know i ve few months to go plz protect us from wat we dnt no BH (plz frnds let d govt stop posting igbos in dis north to serv it is danderous)bomb blast in jalingo were corpers use to go and almost every day for foods stuff, relaxin and all dat.God who ve been protecting me sinc last year plz do not sleep nor slumber.i will advic my brethren dat are yet to serve plz u are posted to d north is better u reject d offer because u will not ve rest of mind on each mminut of d day even wen u are sleeping u will keep watching ur back against BH.Eeeeeya. I really feel for you that is if you did not vote for Jonathan in the last election. But if you did abeg dey enjoy your fresh air dey go. You are a part of the problem we are facing presently |
Boyloaf: if dem like, make dem slaughter everybody for north. its not my biz. wetin concern citizens of southern nigeria and northern nigeria? they r solely on their own. shekina! How can anyone be so selfish and myopic? That you are not resident in or have anything to with the north does not mean that thousands of southerners are not there. Apart from corruption, the me, me, me syhndrome is naija's biggest problem. |
For the fact that it is now established beyond any doubt that boko haram is behind those twin bombings(since they have claimed responsibility), then we should demand for full protection from the president and other people we put at helm of affairs. The president must be proactive, and if by any chance he can't protect nigerians(as available indices shown), he should immediately step down and hand over to a more capable hands. We can't continue to allow some miscreants waste life of innocent nigerians without any reason. Somebody must take responsibility.
Mumu you just know say na Boko strike this day abi? Isnt this the gospel we had been shouting from the word go? And you attacked my likes? |
kenis: Who we should hold responsible are Boko Haram and their sponsors. Do u hv any other questn?CLOWN. So if you (Nigerians) had a bodyguard (Jona i.diot) who is absolutely responsible for your safety and security. You pay him and you are responsible for his upkeep to perform well in this role. And some people comes the first, second, third...... eightieth time and shoot at you each time. The shot was not enough to cause your death but each time you escape with bruises and minor wounds. Will you not sack him and engage a more competent bodyguard? But you suggest you will hold your attackers and their sponsors responsible? LMAO |
GOD!!
LMFAO! Are you kidding? |
TO ALL PRO GEJ GUYS ON NL: PLEASE SINCE YOU GUYS SAY WE SHOULDN'T HOLD JONATHAN RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR SAFETY AND SECURITY AS NIGERIANS RESIDENT IN NAIJA. WHO DO WE HOLD RESPONSIBLE PLEASE? I NEED YOU GUYS TO ANSWER ME |
