safarigirl: @ fork adict. Keagan and Lee are Cape coloreds, according to SACAN's, das how they speak, no Arab lineage. I wasn't a fan of Zainab, glad DKB slapped her and she got disqualified cos she had that slap coming,Nice one @ Safari girl. And thanks for the info on keegan's weird mode of speaking. But i find it strange you dont like Zainab. Anyways, we'll get back to that in a mo. ******THIS IS FORK ADDICT'S PROFILING OF THE HOUSEMATES IN BB STARGAME (5) -THE CONCLUSION-****** GOLDIE: First of, let me say that I have never been a fan of Goldies' and neither have I ever regarded her an exceptional singer. I have always seen her as a lady gaga wanna be and as a matter of principle, in life, I don't settle for imitations. I go for original versions. Besides, she aint even got the voice, her dance moves in her choreohgraph appear to be forced. Little wonder that despite her being on Kennis music record label, her popularity is minimal unlike when Tuface was on the same record label. Setting aside my disinterest in her and her music career, when I learnt that she will be one of naija's reps at this year's edition of Big Brother, I was circumspect. The reason being on the one hand that naija had won the show three times in a row and I asked myself if she really had what it takes to bring home the moola and on the other hand, I felt that perhaps the pseudo lady gaga in her will get into the house, unleash her craziness on africa, get africa voting for her, and eventually win the show thus making naija win the show a record fourth time in a row. How wrong I was! I suspected that Goldie would be a disappointment from her first diary session when she started crying for no apparent reason. I was like, is this a 9 year old or a 26 year old naija chic. She reminded me of my early days in nursery school when I used to cry whenever I was taken to school and my parents had to leave me there. Right thereafter her diary session, I had the notion that she would be a disappointment but I never imagined how huge a disappointment she would be as events of subsequent weeks in the house later revealed. I believe any sane individual before playing any game should first know the rules and objectives of the game and play the game accordingly.I doubt much if Goldie knows why the fork she is in the Big brother house in the first instance. The aim of the show is to try your possible best as a housemate to entertain africa, build a huge and active fan base that will keep voting you to the prize money. It is either Goldie is ignorant of this or she's got warped definition of the word entertainment. How could she or anyone for that matter believe that by spending 23 hours in a day out of the possible 24 in the kitchen cooking and washing dishes ever qualify as entertainment? If that was my interest, there is a host of reality shows (e.g hell's kitchen, license to grill etc) dedicated for this purpose and on such shows, the contestants are professionals. Not amateur cheffs like Goldie. Assuming she could even be called a cheff. I would learn much more and feel more satisfied watching such shows than watching Goldie cook and clean dishes. This is her fork up number one. I was surprised when IK asked her why she was always spending the bulk of her time in the kitchen and she responded that she loved cooking and catering for people and I burst into laughter. I found her response funny because like I earlier said, any sane individual plays a game according to the objectives. Whatever you love or you don’t love doing is irrelevant when the game is in play. It's like in a soccer game, or a game of tennis, a player says that he loves masturbating so he abandons the game and starts masturbating. My point is this girl is either so dim to have abandonded the objective of providing africa with quality entertainment and rather pick up cooking as a means of entertaining africa. So Goldie dear, no one gives a fork about what you love or do not love doing. Just shut the fork up and up your game. Next is her ignorance of some facts about the country she represents. There was a time she, Barbz and a few other housemates were talking about countries abbreviations and she (Goldie) said that naija's abbreviation was NG! barbz had to correct her that its NIG and not NG. A country's rep at an international event, being ignorant of such basic fact about the country she represents? Then perhaps, her biggest crime in the house… her involvement with that creep called Prezzo. There are many perspectives to this single issue. First is how could any naija chic possibly be so naïve? And Goldie is about 26? My 18 year old cousin handles guys in a far more mature manner than Goldie. Can we call her attitude with Prezzo desperation? Naivity? Stoooopidity? Or a combination of all? I guess it is a combination of all. Let me take the first description which is desperation. Oh my God! The night Prezzo referred to what they both had as good friendship and the ensuing meltdown made me sick with disgust. There and then, the feeling of disinterest I had for her till now changed to contempt immediately. I even asked myself if they both had engaged in acts that could qualify them both as being more than just friends if the reader catches my drift. I have never seen them both spend time under the sheets, I have never seen them kiss passionately, I have never seen them make love like I did Jessica and Luke, yet she nearly died when Prezzo described them as good friends. She went on hunger strike for almost 24 hrs if not more and I heard her tell some housemate that she wished a doc could inject her and make her sleep for an additional 12 hrs! Making it almost 2 straight days she would have gone without food! Jeez! For who's sake? The disgusting Prezzo. I might have reasoned with her if the guy in question was a hottie of some sort maybe like Lee, Alex and keita. I just might have shared her feelings but for a guy like Prezzo? The mean, cruel, chief gossip? Goldie is trying to making this post a lengthy one which I am averse to. But I insist on spilling my feelings out until I feel relieved. The disgust and rage I feel each time I see her on my screen is almost making me lose it. So I guess the way out of this situation is to adjourn this write up. I'll be back. |
safarigirl: KYLE: This dude is the joke of the year in BBA. Nothing eye-catching bout him, but he thinks he's God's gift to women, only Seydou could outshine him in that area. Always tryna act cool and calm, claims to be a musician back in UG, but he can't even hit a convincing note, why all his attempts to sing to the other HMs has ended dismally. Chris particularly picked on him a lot concerning his musical (or lack of) genuis. A total waste of space in the house, he and his partner come close to being the most boring pair, secönded only by the Malawian pair (WATI & NAFE). JANETTE: The other Ugandan, petite in size, scrawny to the extreme. A certified GOSSIP! Two-faced instigator of most of the altercations that take place DV, she solely divided the house into two camps, one comprising Talia, Tamara and Seydou, and then the other Eve, Mildred, Keitta and Esperanca. Save for her influence in this and others, she's another waste of space. ALEX: One half of the Kenyan twins, now this dude and his bro haven't been prominent in the activities in DV, the only thing they could pass for are their looks, save for the brief relationship he had with Liberia's Yadel which lasted until her exit 2 weeks ago and the kiss he shared with Junia on the first night, he could be called 'the other' twin. MALONZA: The other half of the pair, just like his bro, he's not the star of the show, just another extra, hasn't had any relationship worthy of mention, but just blends in with the crowd. If it came down to evictions, the pair can only match up to the Malawian and Ugandan pair.Nice one @ Safarigirl. b]******THIS IS FORK ADDICT'S PROFILING OF THE HOUSEMATES IN BB STARGAME (4)****** JUNIA: I will not call her a flirt exactly, I'd rather say that she is very free with guys.matter of fact, my chic nicknamed her AROKO YO. But there seems to be something with namibians and the opposite sex that i don't quite get. Lets go down in history. Meryl of BB all stars, Eddy, Erastus and Rene of BB the revolution, all of them with the exception of Bernadina of BB he amplified are very free almost flirty with the opposite sex. (seriously thinking about visiting Namibia on holiday). She got flirty with Lee too soon for my liking after Ola's exit. I love hearing her talk with that shrill voice of hers. Like many other housemates, she lives like her life depends on alchohol. Nothing for her in the game sha. JESSICA: My chic. A very sweet girl in my opinion. Her voice, face, figure, and particularly her assss gives me joy to hear and watch. But i must confess that her true entertainment worth is close to nil with the exception of her forking Luke right before my eyes. I guess she possesses some supernatural powers cos she flies so low under the radar. She goes about the house without being detected by Biggies,s cameras. And i wonder how anyone can possibly achieve such a feat. It's failry better now that the house is less crowded so one sees her more frequently. But when the house was still crowded like say in the first 2 weeks, i would sit in front of my tv for hours at a stretch waiting to catch a glimpse of this girl's asss and at least hear her speak but for where? She was tooo low profile for my liking. If she had been nominated about that time, she would have been long gone. LEE:Cant get far. Rather too quiet for a show like this. Like jessica, he's getting a bit louder now that the house is less crowded. Only strong point is his looks. Nothing more. I dont expect to see him in Upville. KEEGAN: In the first few weeks into the show, i thot i needed to hire an interpreter to enable me hear what this guy was saying. I think(i may be wrong tho) that he has some middle eastern background. He speaks english the way arabs do. But if i'm wrong, then i feel he needs some speech therapy urgently. Entertainment wise, he's got it. Initiated some fake rebellion, bullied his housemates those weeks he was head of house, made commets that had me laughing like crazy a few times etc. i expect to see him in Upville. TALIA:Like i mentioned in one of my previous posts, Multichoice really took their time in selecting the housemates this season. Emphasis was on beauty. This is another pretty chic. Exciting at first, then got involved with Seydou and her rating dropped massively all that while. With Seydou out of the house, she got her groove back. i can't tell categorically whether or not she'll make it to Upville, but even if she doesn't, i'll miss her. TAMARA: The crazy one. Not a popular contestant amongst her housemates cos of her confrontational demeanor and according to her she hasn't even shown us how crazy she really is and I'm like what ha fork! If you con show us your true craze nko? Wetin for happen? I love her tho. i cant tell precisely why. I guess she is a strong contender for Upville. ZAINAB: Unarguably the craziest housemate in the building this season. So sad to see her leave. She had the highest entertainment value in the house. She made me laugh hard times without number. Sophisticated chic she also is. I actually nominated her as the winner of this season's edition of BIG BROTHER. I guess her lack of self restraint messed her up and it did big time. She needed not to have physically counter attacked DKB. He would have been evicted nonetheless. I guess now that she's out of the house she'll realise what an opportunity to make a lifetime fortune she had wasted knowing the kind of follower-ship she commanded while in the house. I really do miss her. PREZZO. aka Mr President. Like everyone else, he's got his good and bad sides. Starting with his downsides, this is some mean murraforker. Case in point, the confrontation he had with Barbz a few weeks ago. Which right thinking guy would say those horrible things to a fellow human? For whatever reason? Next,is his gossiping prowess. I mean which time engaged guy has the time to spend gossiping about people behind their backs? He not only gossips but initiates the gossip sessions. he assumes he's the best comedian alive just because Goldie laughs at his dry dry jokes. Simply a disgusting guy. His marital status is even in doubt. I really can't tell if he is married or divorced. But in his presentation i think in the second week, he mentioned something about his wife. Now the message i get is he is seperated from his wife. so i really am confused here. To his upsides, he's very eloquent. he explains his point clearly with ease. I also find his respectful gestures amusing. Yes sir, Yes boss etc. He hasnt got a sound viewer base tho.He should be out in due course if he's nominated for eviction. His fellow compatriots generally prefer his fellow countrymenin downville to him. |
@ safarigirl, nice one. b]******THIS IS FORK ADDICT'S PROFILING OF THE HOUSEMATES IN BB STARGAME (3)****** SEYDOU: About the vainest murraforker i have ever laid eyes on. He can spend the whole day admiring himself in the mirror. Always sticks his tongue out to moisturise his lips. Who does that as a guy? This is the height of vanity. In addition, he is lazy, spoilt and downright arrogant. A little humility and concern about his team mate's plight would have kept him in the game till now. It was his arrogance and apathy and aloofness that got to Esperensa who then opted for a voluntary exit and the rest is history. ESPERENCA: Some people speculate that this chic was actually jealous of Talia and Seydou's romance and that this was what prompted her decision to opt for a voluntary exit but i beg to differ. On the one hand that their voluntary exit will not stop Seydou from hooking up with Talia once the show is over and on the other, she might have had a change of heart if Seydou had promised to join her in their assigned chores, psyched her morale up on a regular basis. This is not to completely exonerate her. she has her faults also. I feel she is just immature and downright selfish and maybe vindictive who knows? Although i dont but her reasons for leaving which she gave in the diary room. A very dislikeable girl she is. Almost disgusting. Thus far, i have derived zero entertainment value from watching her this past three weeks or therabout. In summary, Esperenca's getting on the show is a major blunder by the BB recruiters. She had no business being on the show from the word go. GOLDIE: I will have to get back to this one. I wan cool down BLAST this girl ni. I no wan rush at all at all. I dey come. NAFE: In one word, BORING. This guy personifies boredom. I don't even know what his voice sounds like? i hardly ever hear him speak. i wonder if some people realise what their business is in the house? They actually think they have come there to eat, drink alcohol and smoke cigarrettes or weed. i wish i had the power to get into the house and physically drag this guy out. i dont want to wait until he is nominated for eviction. WATI: The gangstar.Perhaps not in conduct but in looks. I doubt if this guy can ever have a responsible look. It doesn't matter if he puts on 1000 suits at once, he will still have that gangstar look. I have imagined him in low cut and in suit but still, I cant picture him without that gangstar mien. A certified alchohol and cigarrette Even though, i dont enjoy watching him, he has got by far more tv presence than his contemporary. EDITH: Naturaly pretty. With minimal make-up, she'll stand out. I love her cos she's vocal about her sexuality. She has professed her desire to bed one of the bouncers at their usual weekend parties, in one of her diary sessions, she also said something similar about Messi, the Bsarcelona superstar. A little bit of the alchoholic & confrontational type. But i think africa will send her packing this weekend in sacrifice for her sister and i wonder why this has to be so. Edith is more prominent than her sister and even prettier cos without make up, she'll be something to loook at. The same can not be said of her sis, Eve. Even though she is vainer (probably a thousand times more so) Edith is heard more and is more active in the house than Eve. Why africa would then prefer Eve to Edith is something I would really like to figure out. EVE: A sharp contrast to her sis when it comes to vanity. It will be a very close who will make it to Upville this weekend between Eve and keita. I expect her to secure the SADC while i expect Keita to secure West Africa. The decider eventually will be in East africa. Roki and Zainab would be ecstatic to have her in Upville. Most definitely can't win the moola. At least that much i can tell. MILDRED: The ghanian star. Another pretty chic in the BB house. But then which chic isnt pretty in that house? Some argue she should have been in upville instead of DKB. Many housemates descibe her as sweet. But men, sweetnes isnt synonymous with entertainment. I expect her to take a walk this Sunday. KEITA: I for one do not find this guy entertaining. He is quiet most of the time, he aint fun, aint naughty, matter of fact he's got nothing. Or is it just me? does anyone have a contrary opinion? Howver, he might just make it to upville where Zee would be waiting for him with open arms. @ Safari girl, please take it up from here but meanwhile leave out Goldie. I would be back for her as promised. |
ayobase: The working together is theI don't quite agree that the working together is a challenge. There are many repeat many nigerians that are not corrupt. I even have many of them as friends. The deal is you dig into the nominees past. Find out codedly from their past colleagues what their opinions of the nominees are. The screening should be both intensive and extensive not the rubbish, time and resources wasting exercise called screeing. Then to your last question, Buhari and Murtala Mohammed. i guess you know absolutely nothing about him. You may consult with elderly guys. |

@ BEEF. If anyone hired you as GEJ's PR official on nairaland, id.iot, you have failed woefully. People come on here to highlight GEJ's failures and all you do instead of highlighting his successes (if he has any) is to keep screaming winsh this, winsh that. Mind you, that winsh line is so stale and dry. You are so predictable, downright disgusting, stoooopid, immature and insensible. OK, I ASK YOU IN SIMPLE TERMS, PLEASE HIGHLIGHT GEJ'S SUCCESS IN THE PAST ONE YEAR. |
b]******THIS IS FORK ADDICT'S PROFILING OF THE HOUSEMATES IN BB STARGAME (2)****** DALPHINE: Although she might, just might not be much to look at facially, this girl is real sexy. Big, kissable lips, big asss, big jugs, not so big tommy, i really wanted to see more of her. I think i find her a little egoistic although not as egoistic as her team mate is. She would rather drink a bucket of raw eggs than to do 'something' with a guy in the house anytime they play the truth or dare game. Pity that she had to leave soon. YADEL: She reminds me of Meryl of the BB all stars. Both in looks and demeanor. Sexy as hell. She was getting dangerously close to Alex of Kenya before she aws evicted. LUKE: I don't know why, but i dont seem to be taken in by this guy's 'Mr nice guy' bullsheet. I dislike this guy to the bone. He had the guts to fork the babe I am dieing for in the house not once but twice or even more. And he was so irresponsible as not to dispose of the used condom containing his rubbish sperm properly. Call it jealousy or whatever you like but i was glad to see him go. He'll know better than to fooool around with my chic if ever he has the opportunity to feature in a future edition of the big brother. Luke, get it into your thick skull that you do not mess around with my chic. He was one of the hardest hit by Ola & Chris' voluntary exit. Who can tell for sure? Cos he was busy forking the $300,000 away. MAMPI: The undisputed QUEEN OF GOSSIP and one hell of a dancer. The crazy thing is that her dance moves aren't common. Like one day when she stunted and was still shaking her asss while dancing.I have not seen such a dance move anywhere by a chic all my life. I really enjoyed watching her dance all the while she was in the house. But she came across as the quarellsome type given her numerous rancour with DKB. i will miss her though. MANETA: Nikki Minaaj look alike. i guess she owes her being in upville and maybe her still being in the game to her beauty. But then, that's all the positives i can say about her. She is so full of herself and is hard hearted and vindictive. Case in point, when she was evicted from downville, she was in such a hurry to leave the house and her housemates without as much as saying goodbye. Furthermore, she is contemplating nominating Rocki just because he nominated her last week. She should just have let it go. If Rocki was too immature and stoooopid enough to know that you don't nominate your contemporary at this stage of the game, should you also display the same level of folly? She als enjoys seeing other people in misery. She butressed this point yesterday during Goldie's demo. She was the heiress to the throne of gossip and she had no issues whatsoever in ascending the throne following the eviction of the rightful queen of gossip (MAMPI). Personally, i dont evny her boyfriends cos apart from her beauty, what else can she bring to the table? But then i guess even that is more than enough for many guys. |
******THIS IS FORK ADDICT'S PROFILING OF THE HOUSEMATES IN BB STARGAME (1)****** HILDA: She had a very early exit. I was still getting to know her as of the time she was evicted. A very pretty chic. She somehow reminds me of Paloma of BB All stars and BB The revolution. Their voices sound alike and they even look alike. I'm noe sure she would have done anything differently to produce a different poll result. I guess maneta was only able to beat her to Upville because of her beauty. But even then, Hilda came close to causing an upset. Anyways I wish her all the best in her future endeavours. JULIO: Just like his compatriot, I aws still getting to know him when he was evicted. But the little i remember makes me feel he was a sweet guy particularly with the ladies. But all in all, I knew he stood no chance from the outset. TECLAR: A sharp contrast to her sister Maneta. This chic was so desperate to remain in the show. She allowed her nomination for eviction get to her. She had plans of rocking the BB House for a long time. She even had plans to celebrate her birthday in the BB house which was to come up sometime in June? I can't say that i enjoyed watching her though, but who knows if she was the type that took a while before exploding. I guess, the poll result for that first week was influenced majorly by the beauty of the housemates on nomination. CHRIS: Clearly a victim of circumstance who had to voluntarily quit the game because of his team mate's ailment. He had very bright chances. He might not have won eventually but he would have gone very far. My guess is if they had stayed on, Big brother would have devised a means of getting both Ola and Chris into Upville cos its all about more money. Chris was not only entertaining but was also well liked by the housemates. I really admire him because all thtu Ola's departure, he stood firmly by him and showed no bitter emotions unlike what we are currently experincing with Seydou and Esperenca. I personally would like to have him in the BB house sometime in the future if there would be a second edition of BB all stars. OLA: I love to refer to him as the gentle giant. Ola with his very imposing figure and also like Chris was very well liked by his housemates. he never bullied no one which would have turned out too easy a task had he so elected. I have not shed tears while watching a tv program or movie in the past twenty one years or even longer. But i shed tears when Ola announced his voluntary exit to his housemates. I shed tears becuase i felt he was africa's annointed candidate to the grand prize and also because of the emotion displayed by the fellow housemates as he was leaving. Every single housemate with the exception of Zainab shed tears. Imagine a macho man like Keita weeping like a baby when Ola was about to enter the diary room. i am sure that that day was a black day for african television. Although his reason for abandoning the game is non-negotiable. I take health issues very seriously. even though I couldn't help but think that if only he could hang on for a few more weeks, he certainly would have been $300,000 better of and that Satan just wanted to robb him of his heritage under the cover of ill health. But then, health is wealth. I stumbled on a footage of an interview he had post exiting the BB house where he mentioned that even the BB crew members shed tears on his depature. Ola would have won the game nice and easy. Even Zainab shortly after arriving the upville told the upville housemates that once you hear Big brother's announcement that you are up for eviction against Ola or Chris, just pack your bags, say your goodbyes and get ready to leave the house the Sunday following. He played the game the way i loved the game to be played which was very much unlike the past two winners of the show. Ola, if ever you get to read this, I wish you a very quick recovery and i don't mind if you could holla at me via my yahoo addy. *** Eyin temi, e je ki a gbadura pe ki Oloun ma se gba esu laye ki o ji ire wa o*** |
M-net have obviously upped their game this season. BB Amplified is most definitely no match for BB Stargame. We have far more good looking contestants on the show this season, more interesting characters, more vocal contestants so no one has the monopoly of shouting others down (like that maniac Luclay and Karen beach in BB Amplified). All in all, we are in for a fabulous time with Big Brother this season. On this same forum, about this time last year, Fork Addict spoke. I'm glad M-net listened and heeded. However, I don't understand why the hell the big guns in M-net just can't figure simple things out. I assumed (and how wrong i was) that each contestant would have been subjected to a very rigorous medical check before being brought on the show. I expected the tests to screen all the organs, blood, urine and stool to ascertain the overall state of health of the prospective contestant. The mental, psychological and in some cases physical stress of staying in the Big Brother house necessitates this. Case in point, OLA. How on earth can M- net take a hypertensive patient into the house? To further emphasise their stooopidity and fooolishness, Ola's case wouldn't be the first in recent times. It also happened with Sammy of the Big Brother all stars who also had to opt for voluntary exit due to high blood pressure. Ola's voluntary exit and Chris' also due to avoidable circumstances actually made me shed tears. I apologise for dwelling on stale gists but it is in this light that I make the following recommendations to M-Net directors: 1. Incorporate a rigorous medical check up as part of your screening process. I have had enough of contestants opting for voluntary exit due to ill health. Let no more of this sheet happen in the future. 2. What is this sheet about Esperenca also contemplating voluntary exit? Your future contestants should be certifed emotionally sound before you bring them into the house. Don't bring grown babies into the house. This same sheet also happened when jennifer of the Big Brother 'The Revolution' opted for voluntary exit due to undisclosed reasons. It disrupts the flow guys. We need housemates that can and will play the game till the very end I will be back with my profiling of the housemates in due course. |
chiover: As a police officer i knw is nt easy to do al u expect 4rm us. Buh i must confex dat non of u wil fare beta if u hapen 2 be in d force. So f**k da hell offNo you fork da hell off. Are you so stooooopid? As a police officer, you see evidence of gross misconduct by your contemporaries on the web and all you can do is come on Nl and spew crap? If you were responsible, what i would expect from you is to take responsibility and tender an apology on behalf of your IG. Besides, because you sleep on duty does not mean that if everyone else were to be policemen, we all would sleep on duty. That is a big lie guy. Why don't we see soldiers or airmen sleeping publicly on duty like this? The answer is the discipline (if there is any at all) in the police is nothing compared to that in the armed forces. |
ayobase: How I wish u (as a christian) canLet me tell you, it is very very easy to rule nigeria. The only problem is we need an honest, responsible, firm, brave and impartial leader who represents A national figure and not a sectarian. A corrupt presdient will at best achieve only partial success. This is where the problem is. All and i repeat all our past presidents have been corrupt with the exception of just two. Once we have such a leader, the next step is to surrond himself with focused, equally honest advisers with proven sense of direction. Let them start working together and let us see if they won't make a major, positive impact on our national well being. |
rolchi: Sir, the way you responded shows you are a "young" Nigerian. Yes, I understand your feelings of disgust but in your long post, I failed to see how you "rocked" my boat! Let me talk about Uniabuja because this is what this thread is all about.Like i said in my post, you don't tackle issues in isolation as a good manager. You adopt a holistic approach. Besides, for God's sake who told you that mere expulsion of unqualified students in Uniabuja from the institution will automatically make other VCs sit up? Even if you had suggested prosecuting the erring VC, that would still not be enough. Cos what other vcs would simply do is to be more creative in devising means of covering their tracks. You grossly underestimated how prevalent corruption is in this country. Which prompts me to ask, are you resident in naija at all? FYI corruption and corrupt practises are a normal way of life in naija. Second, UniAbuja is at best a third generation university. Why should a president be so focused on what goes on in a third generation university for Christ's sake? He shunned first generation universities. Shunned second generation universities but chose to dedicate precious and unavailable time to focus on what goes on in a third generation university. And you come here to attempt to justify that crap? FYI a functioning president (and i dare state that GEJ isn't one in any way)should spend his time on trying to tackle more pressing national issues and not poking his nose into what goes on in a third generation university. |
Beaf: Don't be jealous, bro. Fhemmy is not like you, he is well brought up, well mannered and always balanced. To prove that you don't have a life. You are unarguably, the most despised and disliked nairalander. As such, on most political posts, people hurl insults at you which in my opinion is only normal given your unimaginable level of stooooopidity. But then you have more than enough time to reply everyone. and on every post. Do you know how many man hours we are talking about here? Like i said on some other post, i ALWAYS feel like throwing up on your face anytime you show up on any thread. |
Osario: I have travelled around the world, I can tell that Nigerians are very loud, raw, brash, and very socially unrefined. We have no sense of public decency. Its only a brainless nation that produces the kind of stuff we read on nairaland. Goodluck Jonathan is the best president Nigeria ever had.LMFAO. Number One. Na how many countries you don reach wey you come here dey brag say you don travel around the world? Number two. Goodluck is the best president naija ever had? If i swear for you ehn? |
Beaf: So how come I have never ever seen you insulting GEJ (neither can I imagine you doing it)?Na so you jobless reach. You know everyone that insults and all those that do not insult GEJ on nairaland. Dirty niggah, you need to get a life. Seriously speaking |
rolchi: Having followed this thread from the beginning till now, I now add my "2 kobo"Thanks so much for your post. I am sure you must be feeling real good with yourself for your newly acclaimed status as a public commentator. here is my rejoinder to your post. Paragraph for paragraph. I personally find your first paragraph insulting because you insinuated therein that I don't have a reasoning power of my own. At my age,(and you don't have any idea how old I am), I adopt a 'follow-follow' mentality on national issues most of which affect me personally either directly or indirectly. Your position is akin to someone who gets slapped by another and waits for a third party to react on his behalf before he expresses the pain he feels consequent upon the assault. I mean who does that? So Mr Rolchi, you don't know me but i tell you that i have got my own independent will.Whatever sentiments I feel about Jonathan which i dare say are mostly contempt and disgust, are very much justifiable. Any attempt at justifying such sentiments will only make me veer of the purpose of this post. I very much agree with you that democracy in a heterogenous society like Naija is a slow process. Since you want to play the blame game, then i dare say that the slowness of the whole process can be attributed to the goons who copied verbatim the democratic process from the western countries that are largely homogenous in composition and expected it to work in a heterogenous society like ours without any modifications. That apart. Who says we still can not devise our own system of governance that will make thigs move faster and at a much cheaper rate? Why can't we have a constitutional conference where these issues and a host of other issues can be ironed out? Who says we must stick to western democratic norm even though it has clearly failed us? i have said it here time and agin that i don't give a fork what kind of political system we practise in naija so long as our leaders are honest, transparent, responsible and sensitive to the plight of the common man. If military rule can deliver on all these performance indexes, then maguy military rule it is. I couldn't make any sense of your third paragraph but for the fact that many GEJ antagonists only come here to rant about GEJ and not profer solutions to our problems. I advise that you search deeply and hard enough. Quite a number of us profer solutions to many pressing national issues. I have come across posts that prescribe how best we can tackle the Boko Haram menace for instance. I will merge your foutrh and fifth paragraphs. Dude, I was convinced that you either know nothing about how huge the roles and responsibilities of the president are or you have an idea but only chose to grossly underestimate them. If i may ask you, UniAbuja is not a first generation university and neither is it a second generation university in my opinion but here, i stand corrected. I ask again if you feel that admission racketeering is particular to UniAbuja alone. FYI, it is common to all first, second and third genration universities. I can't tell about the private universities though. Why then did your presido (the daft one) choose to tackle the issue in UniAnuja alone. Is it because it is a university located in the FCT? Is that a substantive enough reason? A more appropriate move would have been to set up the committe on a national level to investigate the menace in all federal universities. Now, that would have been a more insightful approach. It is stooooopid moves like this and many more that GEJ makes on a daily basis that disgust me. I wonder if the guy thinks at all. he should be busy trying to resolve more pressing national challenges rather than preoccupying himself with what goes on in UniAbuja even thoughit is a common menace to all federal universities in the country. Now to the big one, BOKO HARAM. You adduced that it is a political scourge. That Boko Haram is a faceless militia and what have you. Funny how nigerians avoid the main issues but choose to fight shadows. I ask you, is it not the same GEJ that has boldy told nigerians time and again that the main sponsors of Boko haram are highly placed in his regime? What has he done about those sponsors? He knows his enemies but elcts to ignore them at the expense of destruction of lives and of properties worth millions of naira and you tell me that the whole sheet is political? PL-E-A-SE. It is common logic that an effective means of fighting an enemy, is to starve it of that which nourishes it. For example when you fight fire, the most effective technique is to cut out one of the three nourishments. Heat, oxygen or fuel. It's your choice. The same technique can be used to fight Boko haram. Cut off their funding and let us see for how long they will last. So guy, blame Boko Haram on your clueless, and lilly livered president and commander in chief. God Bless nairaland. Fork President Goodluck Jonathan. God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria |
GEJ is now VICE CHANCELLOR, UNIVERSITY OF ABUJA, PRESIDENT AND COMMANDER IN CHIEF OF THE ARMED FORCES, FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA. He never function well as presido, he come dey add Vice chancellor job join. Omo, dis Jona guy daft no be small sha. |

Beaf: The man should be sacked if true.OK. But do you really think your mumu GEJ will do such a thing? Given his antecedents in corruption? Like mentor like protegee. The poor guy is only emulating his mentor. |

reflx: Well I have read all the news in the papers and other media and its shocking !!!and while I condemn the act..the news was blown out of proportion ...I work in the police clinic port harcourt and I treated james ameh and all he had were serious bruises, chest pain and a bite to his hand...no spinal cord injury or paralysis...he is still on admission because of the awareness of the incident ...meanwhile the six other guys are already in police net and set for trial next week after investigations...please the press should be truthful...I read with disbelief all I saw in the dailies...he had his bath and ate by himself...he is ok and those guys are set to be punished...fullstop!Thanks a bunch men for the update. Don't mind all those mushroom press men and newspapers that can not go the extra mile to verify accounts before going to press. With that said, I still put the blame on GEJ, the corrupt C-in-C that can not curb corruption in his police force. Mtscheeeew! |
