Politics / Re: Outrage Trails Presidential Directive On Tinubu, APC by FrankC3: 4:02pm On Apr 03, 2013
People really think that Presidential Directive is like this piece of paper. I think that this government's attitude of allowing free, unlimited freedom of expression is being abused. In some countries, including Iran, NK or even US all her democracy sermon, forging a document and claiming that it emanated from the highest office in the land, no matter how ridiculous is a serious offence. Even when it is true, such documents are classified and can only be declassified after sometimes, 10 years.

I think that the present Nigerian press will feel the heat when GEJ is done with his tenure because few leaders can tolerate this nonsense.

Politics / Re: Sleeping With The Enemy: Huawei & The Nigerian Government by FrankC3: 10:03am On Mar 28, 2013
Don't be caught up in the propaganda. I suggest that you read between the lines. Yes, companies like Huawei have taken over the Nigerian telecoms market to the detriment of major European and American competitors like Motorola and Nokia Siemens but the question is this- if Huawei and ZTE poses security risk, can we absolve Motorola and Nokia Siemens or even Alcatel of same? We do not presently possess the technological muscle to midwife home made telecom infrastructure, so what are our options?

How are we even sure that our Nokia phones, blackberry phones, HP laptops and other myriad internet active devices do not have scripts running on them that thoroughly compromise our privacy and confidentiality of our transactions? Are the Americans and Europeans presenting this argument against Chineese coys because they are Chineese or is the argument against using foreign telecom infrastructure? Are we sure we are not in the middle on business space struggle?

This is why i demand that we should read in between the line. Today, all our major telcos are foreign coys apart from Glo and they take business decisions daily with their eyes on cost and profitability. Why should you (in the shoes of Adenuga) reject a deal from Huawei for multi billion infrastructure at almost zero professional cost and payment regime starting from next 3 years (when you would have made your returns) and go for Nokia Siemens at double of Huawei cost (while delivering same service) and very high professional cost?

Politics / Re: Nigeria May Disintegrate If Jonathan Contests In 2015 – Shuluwa by FrankC3: 7:26am On Mar 08, 2013
Yes, it is understood that after every war, the 'winners' of such war sit down to share the spoils. We know that the North got political power while the west got economic power. What people like Mr Shuluwa don't understand is that such sharing does not last for ever. The war 'winners' are too are too lazy to look beyond their nose. The Niger Delta and SE are back to the table demanding for their fair share of the very nation that you say they must not leave.

Any smart 'war winner' need to understand that that portion that once accrue to them because they 'won' a war can no more be theirs in today's Nigeria because the 'losers' are back. The real revolution will happen when people continue behaving in such a way that the war just ended yesterday. For the first time, Ita Enang said something that has never been said in the Nigeria senate. He lost the war too. The message is clear, the 'winners' need to smell the coffee. And nobody is really afraid of a divided of Nigeria. Actually, if any section of Nigeria attempt the kind of 'revolution' this man is suggesting today, he should be ready to welcome the JTF, the same tool that was once used to 'hold' the country together.

Democracy is all about consensus building, not threats. A new Nigeria is emerging, beyond the divided we once recognize. Should the President decide to contest in 2015, he will and nothing will happen. Kaita once said worse things but he learnt the hard way that this is 2013!

omonnakoda: KPMG are an employee of the current FG and so cannot be viewed as objective or reliable.Currently they are payed millions of dollars by Nigeria and are involved in the management of the $1 billion sovereign wealth fund. Therefore what else would they say. We need to hear this from a neutral source
This your submission sound too foolish. Open your mind and read wide. The world is bigger than your little village or the size of your hatred for GEJ.
If KPMG have said that Nigeria is a failed State or that Lagos is the best investment destination, i am sure your position will shift.
This NOI led economic team will thoroughly disgrace you people. Check her records, she is never at home with failure.
With what is going on, our metric can only go up. The investment burden are lifting and our country is getting on her feat as the giant she really is, forcing her way to live up to her potentials amidst bombing and lies and propaganda from your likes.
Politics / Re: Jonathan To Empower Ministers Against Governors by FrankC3: 9:57am On Feb 26, 2013
Believe any thrash Punch newspaper and sahara reporter throw at you at your own peril. You really believe that the President's political strategy for 2015 is available to the Punch?

What if this news is planted by GEJ team themselves to confuse their opponents further.

What if this news was planted by APC strategists to create an impression of internal problem in PDP power axis or even to set the powerful governors against the president?

What if you are told today that GEJ have the best of relationships with Gov Amaechi? Only a foolish governor involves himself in political struggle with a sitting President who have a chance to return for second tenure and Amaechi doesn't look foolish to me.

What if Amaechi is acting a script designed by PDP strategists to give Northern interests some hope while the real game goes on? Check the sound of it, Gov Amaechi of Rivers State, at the very backyard of the Presidents Home State, where the President commands tremendous follower-ship reaching having a fight with him. GEJ's boys in SS will swallow up Amaechi before he even get serious. GEJ doesn't have to give the order for that to happen.

I will not be surprised if Amaechi even runs against GEJ in the party primaries, that is if it will serve any political advantage to GEJ. 2015 will be interesting. Lets just watch and see.

As i will always say, i pity folks who think that the President is foolish and careless. Trust me, if GEJ wants to return in 2015, he surely will. He knows what to do and he has the balls to do it. Believe otherwise and risk disappointment.

No State PDP Chairman will EVER miss the opportunity of sitting in the same room with the President. Not in this Nigeria. Not even the @OP will do that if he is a State PDP Chairman. All these propaganda to portray the PDP as having problems is just childish.
The new party should go ahead and do their thing. My only mandate to them is to keep the PDP on its toes, it is good for every body. I can imagine the effect of a strong opposition in Ekiti or Abia. Taking the seat at the center is out of their brief from me for now...

Politics / Re: Jonathan Can't Sack Maina – Presidency by FrankC3: 8:39am On Feb 15, 2013
A very powerful man once said that power is deemed more powerful when sparingly used.

The Senate only have powers to summon and issue arrest warrant, not to convict. If Maina is arrested and dragged to the Senate house today, the question is what next. There are far more intelligent ways to handle certain things. Does it mean that Maina's present office is shielding him from prosecution that he must be sacked before being prosecuted or is sacking the punishment ad-JUDGED adequate by the senate as the right price for his offense?

The Presidency is very correct, at least on paper. Every right thinking person knows that the civil service is one of the toughest places to sack a confirmed employee, not even a cleaner. This was built in by the same Senate to shield civil servants from political victimization. If Maina is sacked today, he will go to court and will easily win his case unless he is disciplined by the civil service following the established procedure.

I've got no love for Maina but our Senators should stop behaving like the lower house. They are meant to be more mature and less exuberant. First, refer their case to EFCC/ICPC, mount political pressure on these executive agencies to get quick results. These agencies will then charge the man to court and possibly convict him if found guilty. But no!, they want their ego massaged...and immediately!!!

But more importantly is the way the Senate is going about this whole issue. They are being unnecessarily emotional and taking it very personal. They have now opened themselves up to more loopholes. One civil servant- Maina- has held a 109 member Senate captive and they are crying like babies to the President to help them save face by pushing the police and sacking the man as if we are in the military era. Next time they want to use their powers of summon, they should first seek better and more mature ways of handling the issue. Again, power is deemed more powerful when sparingly used.

Michaeljones36:

According to this government...

Visiting international bodies spending money in the local economy (by paying rent) is bad.

Spending 4 billion naira of public money and even more public money on maintenance, food, etc for foreigners is good.

How can you be this st.upid and run the economy?

How old are you? What does it mean to host an event? Does Super Eagles pay for the field they are playing on in SA (which is an equivalent of a conference center) or is it South Africa's responsibility? Some of you are just so surprising proudly ignorant, even broadcasting it in the public.

The point the guy is making is simple, if you must criticize the government, don't fabricate lies to achieve it. Do it based on facts and do it with maturity. 4billion was budgeted to finance the construction of something like a mission house, an AU strategic idea that is also being planned by member states. You want your country to remain a regional power, yet you cry when they want up on the metrics.

The opposition claimed that FCTA is spending 4billion to rehabilitate sexworkers. Records has shown that to be a lie. 4 billion is just the total amount for Social Development Program of the FCTA under which you have rehabilitation of facilities for the vulnerable including the sex workers among others and the cost attached to it is 150million. Why the lie that government will spend 4billion on sexworkers?

All these lies continue because people believed the former one that the President budgets 1billion naira for his food per annum. This so called opposition is taking you for a fool. They are manipulating your emotions against your government. You are the pawn in their chessboard. If a man outside government can tell this much lie to get in, imagine what his lies will be like if he eventually makes it. PDP may not be perfect but this so called opposition people are proving to be desperate with their lies.

You know, the climax of this hypocrisy is that when I demand to know how Fashola spend monthly income of N40b, they will shout me down. All these later day saints are not interested in how OBJ spent the $16b power funds nor how IBB spend the $12b oil wind fall or even how Fani Kayode spent the aviation intervention funds or how much El-Rufai spent on each demolition activity in Abuja or how much Fashola spent on 'cleaning up' Oshodi. The target is clear- shoot the President down because he is not from the axis of power. They forgot to look at the new political map and see how much things have changed.

Is this really about accountability or about political gains? Not even the ACN or CPC peeps in the NA are talking about drastic amendment to the Criminal Code.

Meanwhile, i urge the President to get the CBN to publish the account statements of the Foreign reserves. I also urge him to push for fast track of the criminal cases in court including the ones against Fani Kayode and El-Rufai. Halliburton scandal should also be reopened. We need to know where this rain started beating us!

Ndigbo, while berating this piece of propaganda, NEVER lose sight of the the real price - 2015 PRESIDENCY. GEJ is the real target, we just seem to stand in the way and hence must go down too. The oil bloc renewal from 2017 to 2019 are just too juicy to let go. This is also a wake up call for fellow Igbos that join the chorus. Look beyond the surface, the price may not just be what you think it is. You may just be a pawn in another man's chess board.

Some people want to get back to the Presidency via the VP backdoor. They seem not to be patient enough for other groups to lead hence all the incitement and gang up going on. From fuel subsidy protest to the chorus of 'clueless'and 'retardeen' and many others. They are actively swearing that an Igbo man will NEVER be president, even on this forum. This is not just about Ihejirika and some guy that care about the army. It is about 2015.

Choose you positions wisely. Look beyond the surface. The plot is deep. Judge GEJ and others based solely on what they promised to deliver to the SE and don't start doing that until at least the third quarter of 2014.

Peter Obi is doing it in Anambra and it is working. At the end, it is not about how much you opposed the President or FG agencies, it is about how you are able to attract development to your area with the aid of the federal might. Even Akwa Ibom with all her oil wealth still recognize this fact.

This appears like another Musiwa's attempt to defend the interest of Western Naija. I have no doubt in my mind that this is all an attempt to tell us how SW is not getting their due recognition in the Army. The last time, the complaint was about Aviation sector, few days back, it was about Super Eagles and today, it is about the Nigerian Army, the only surviving professional group in the country as i type. All striving to present the Igbo as the beneficiaries of the perceived marginalization of their kin.

Shame on the cowards that put together this article and the fellow that put it up here. Must we play politics with every thing? Yes, Igbo supports GEJ 100% and they will continue to do so until 2015 and WILL only review their support for him based on specific promises he made to them, promises that many others ahead of him has made and failed. It is clear that GEJ's only source of bloc support is the SE, hence all these attempts to taint the them and bring down the government. We know where this is coming from but they are bound to fail. By 2015, there shall be stock taking and Nigerians shall decide again.

How come about 90percent of the people that insult Nigerian President on NL and call him names, insult our military and call them incompetent and insult every symbol of Nigerian nationhood are KNOWN ACN supporters, the very people who in early 2011 ensured that Buhari won the Presidential election on NL by a landslide but lost also by a landslide on the field. The same handles celebrate any BH attack that kill fellow citizens as a God given opportunity to insult the President. The same very people that celebrate EVERY negative report and ranking about Nigeria but contest ANY positive news. The same people that believe that Tinubu and Fashola are right 100 percent of the time and than ACN is an ethnic group.
To them, it is all about the bitterness of the loss of 2011 elections and spreading the bitterness every step of the way till 2015.
GEJ may have his weaknesses like every normal human beign but i am sure he is getting the job done. And should 2015 come today and he decides to run, the people whom his good works affect directly will decide again on the field and Buhari will obviously have another landslide on NL.
I wonder how a normal human beign will contest this interview on how the President lips were moving.

What will they do to political opponent?

Why don't you go and curse Woles Soyinka who christened the Party "a nest of killers"? Abeg go and sit down somewhere crybaby. The PDP is using terrorism to murder Nigeria daily and you have the nerve to round on those who wish the Party misfortune. You are nothing but a brainwashed and indoctrinated tool.

You can b1tch and moan because you now feel duty bound to support the PDP, and it is obvious why, but don't patronize us insinuating Nigerians do anything wrong wishing to see the substantial weakening of that evil entity. You are the one guilty of everything you accuse others of.
oh!, i see the resident hypocrite is here. You so much want power for your ACN that even if it takes the death of a PDP member via assasination, then it is fair. Whose President do your party want to be? ACN president or Nigerian President? If really you are after a better Nigeria, then the internal dispute within the PDP should not be a source of sadistic pleasure for you. Why is it that people like you talk about killings and blood at the slightest excuse, killing of fellow Nigerians for that matter. You are not ashamed that you are envisaging or even advocating the assasination of men of different political stripes from you?
Grow up, you are too old for this nonsense!
Politics / Re: Crisis In PDP As Oyinlola Threatens Tukur by FrankC3: 1:42pm On Jan 13, 2013
Is it not pure ignorance that will get failed political party agents to wish and actually believe that the present internal dispute within the PDP will destroy the party. PDP has a strong record of conflict resolution. The have resolved worse disputes before with ALL parties to the conflict going home happy. That is PDP for you. Just few weeks back, Adamawa dispute seemed capable of swallowing up the party. Tukur took tough decisions and resolved it the way he did and people within the rank like Oyinlola was sure that Tukur was on his way out because by his estimation, he was the candidate of the Governors forum. Just few days later, the Party axis of power concentration (PDP governor's forum) passed a vote of confidence on Tukur.
Just know that the PDP is really tested in this game. PDP power lies with the President and the govenor's forum and they almost always have their way. Tomorrow, your Oyinlola could be on his way to Jamaica as an Ambassador while praising PDP, Tukur and the President to high heaven.
And for political parties that hinge their sucess or popularity of the failure of the ruling party to resolve her conflicts, it says a lot about their mindset. One of them even 'prophesy' assasination. It shows that they don't care whose father or mother is killed in the process. They just want power. And i know Nigerians will always see through them.
Politics / Nigeria Records $12bn Trade Surplus In Q2 2012 – CBN by FrankC3: 8:34am On Jan 09, 2013
LAGOS — Nigeria’s foreign trade improved sharply in the second quarter of 2012 with $12 billion surplus occasioned by 42 per cent decline in imports. The surplus represents 43 per cent increase when compared with the surplus of N8.62 billion recorded in the second quarter of the year.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) disclosed this in its External Sector report for the quarter posted on its website, yesterday.

It said the sharp increase in the trade surplus was occasioned by 42 per cent decline in aggregate imports and 8.2 per cent increase in aggregate export.
The report also showed that foreign investment rose by 87.39 per cent to $6.07 billion in the second quarter from $3.43 billion in the first quarter.

The apex bank, however, expressed concern over the continued domination of portfolio inflows (investment) in the foreign investment in the country. According to the apex bank, portfolio investment accounted for more than three quarter of the total foreign investment during the quarter.

The report stated: “Nigeria’s trade balance improved significantly from US$8.62 billion in Q2, 2012 and $1.60 billion in Q3, 2011 respectively to US$12.37 billion in Q3, 2012. Aggregate exports rose by 8.2 per cent from US$22.53 billion in Q3, 2011 to US$24.37 billion in Q3, 2012 while aggregate imports (CIF) declined by 42.7 per cent to US$11.99 billion in the review period

“The trade balance position improved due to lower imports of goods and services and increased exports earnings. The external reserves exceeded the international benchmark of three months of mports cover. However, the rising external debt stock remains a major concern. Most importantly, the debt service payments should be monitored in order not to constrain the financing of key development programmes.

“Also, the slow global recovery continues to dampen world demand for commodities and possibly lower prices could cause adverse trade shocks. Government, therefore, should address gaps in domestic production and investment in critical infrastructure in an effort to curtail the nation’s heavy dependence on imports. Finally, the observed increase in the inflow of foreign direct and portfolio investment over the last two quarters suggests the need to put in place measures against capital reversal.

“The estimated current account balance posted a surplus of US$5.03 billion or 7.61 per cent of gross domestic product (GDP) compared with US$5.0 billion in the pre-ceding and against a deficit of US$3.86 billion in Q3, 2011. The performance was largely explained by the lower import bills, increased export earnings and decreased out-payments in respect of dividends and distributed branch profits to foreign investors.

Imports of goods declined by 21.67

“Further analysis revealed that imports of goods declined by 21.67 and 45.29 per cent below its level in Q2, 2012 and Q3, 2011 respectively. While earnings from exports of goods rose by 4.15 and 8.16 per cent when compared with the recorded levels in Q2, 2012 and corresponding quarter in 2011, respectively. The export earnings was largely driven by oil receipts which accounted for 97.4 per cent of total. The non-oil exports continued to underperform owing to high cost of production.”

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/01/nigeria-records-12bn-trade-surplus-in-q2-2012-cbn/

The country is on steady rise. Foreigners are investing and taking business risks which guarantee high return and the Nigerian youths are busy criticizing the government. They are busy criticizing the cassava flour policy while many Nigerians are busy making money from farming, processing, packaging and logistics support for cassava flour value chain.
Politics / Re: Ahmadu Ali Is The New PDP BoT Chairman by FrankC3: 7:24am On Jan 09, 2013
Funny how ACN members celebrate over any perceived failure of the President. GEJ is the President and he presided over that meeting. How on earth do you think he will lose out in the power game so easily without exacting a comfortable deal? Remember that the relevance of the party BoT chairman depends solely on the level of support he gets from the President and the governors. That is the real axis of power concentration in PDP. OBJ is presently on the outside, struggling to be relevant again. Have you asked yourself this question: If OBJ is that relevant in PDP power structure, why then did he 'voluntarily' resign from the BoT chairmanship? OBJ is an ardent student of power to understand that he can change the system better from the inside than from the outside. He first of all voluntarily excised himself, then want to bring in another person. Where is the sense of logic of those celebrating?

If ever a character like Ahmadu Ali becomes the BoT chairman of PDP, it can only be because GEJ endorsed him. If GEJ wants anybody on that seat out of those 12, the 11 others could just find themselves talking to EFCC in that meeting venue if he wants it enough. Ask Ogbuluafor.

ANyway, the news is fake. There was no discussions about elections. Only the preliminaries were discussed- issues bothering on who is even qualified to sit on the board. This determines who votes and who doesn't.

For ACN folks, let me give you a link that will satisfy you:

I listened to Soludo's lecture the the NA invitation on the CBN act amendment and he succeeded in impacting a very important message- All arguments of under regulation and over regulation or conservative and liberal economic policies has always been aimed at reducing the effect of this cycle but history has shown that it has never succeeded. The most important thing is to take the right steps according to the prevailing economic school of thought to minimize the impact of the burst while retaining the sharp focus of wealth creation during the bubble period. Isn't strange that Lagos state is held so high by these goons, that it is expected to deliver what the FG couldnt? Whereas Lagos gets a large chunk of its revenue from the same FG.

Since the FG crew have nothing to show for being power, they are now so fixated on the only state where significant progress is being made.

No body is making Fashola look bad. People are actually trying to hold LASG accountable the same way folks try to hold the FG accountable. This is what normal people do in democracy.
Have you wondered how much Fashola spend on feeding per day, his security vote and why the FOI bill has not beem domesticated by LASG? It is everybody's responsibility in a democracy not to see their leaders as gods but as imperfect mortals hence the need to always remind them of their responsibilities, question their priorities and demand accountability.

koruji: What SURE-P funds? - is what I am asking the OP.
I can wake up in the morning and ask you what you did with the N1 million I gave you last night. Won't you want me to proof I actually gave you that money? How is that shifting goal posts?

Now, that is a new low. Are you saying that LASG does not receive funds from the subsidy savings? Or are you saying that the LASG should not be questioned about the use of funds they receive? What exactly is your position?
Politics / Re: Nigeria May Join Global Economic Powers In 2030 – US by FrankC3: 7:02am On Jan 03, 2013
Willy7: Thats goodnews. But i hope they wont include this in GEJ's next speech, because he's fond of seeking such unsubstantiated approval rating to make his govt look busy and progressive.Btw is Nigeria not breaking again?Thought d same US predicted it.Or has it suddenly bcom d case of 'D mouth that spoke evil against u will speak good of you?'.It is well.
The problem of folks like you is that you hate GEJ more than you love Nigeria. You are too afraid of his succeeding and hence, so willing to dissociate his efforts from any ray of hope in the horizon. You people sell hopelessness and hatred and bigotry and this has practically nothing to do with getting Nigerians a better society but expanding the empire of your sponsors. Who will not see this information and urge the government to work harder to make it before 2030 but you are more preoccupied with making sure GEJ doesn't take any credit.

Politics / Re: ACN Accuses FG Of Deceit And False Statistics by FrankC3: 7:22am On Dec 31, 2012
seanet02: And how do you expect ACN to provide electricity when its an exclusive listing? Am sure your dunce head can comprehend that.
That is no more an acceptable excuse, GEJ has also blazed the trail there. It is now off that list, Delta, Rivers and even Nnaji, Shell and Chevron are non Federal entities presently producing electricity. Apart from Federal efforts in the ACN controlled states, what is ACN party policy on electricity generation let us compare it to PDP's.
Is ACN a political party or an ethnic group? Sometimes, i get confused.
What ACN is selling here is hopelessness. I pity anybody buying it because even the 'national leader' (still don't know what that means) made efforts to buy into GEJ's power reform programs after the ferocious attack against same by Lie Mohammed in the media.
This is not about getting us a better Nigeria. It is about expansion of empire and ofcourse, pocket.
I will consider ACN a political party when they love Nigeria and Nigerians more than they hate President Jonathan.
Nigerians, be wise. Here is ACN's message to you - there is no hope. There can only be hope with us in power. How, we will not tell you but to let you know that we will 'develop Nigeria'. And the President's message is that if we keep working hard at it, block by block, step by step, with the right focus and determination, our efforts at nation building will pay off. You have a choice. To choose hope over despondency. Faith over mistrust. Hard work over insults and abuse even aimed personally at the highest office in the land and the most visible symbol of our sovereignty.

Business / Re: A Millionaire At 29, That’s Five Years Late! by FrankC3: 10:19pm On Dec 28, 2012
how exactly does this strategy help a youth who does not know how to write a business plan? People are making it in this country. When Mark's idea mature, he sat on the boad of his young coy with clear idea of where he was heading to and took some financing decisions, including employing some US graduates to achieve this.
Bank of Industry is there for industrialists. If you want to test my logic, find out how many youths that have really approached these banks with smart plan and meet the procedures for accessing credit line but failed. Majority of the Nigerian youth will prefer to dismiss BoI as government propaganda without doing any work to test the usefulness of the information he has. That way, they feel that the blame goes back to the government, not them.
How many Nigerian youths have really shown interest in farming and accessing the already active credit lines and facilities by taking farming as a business.
It is easy to blame another person for ones failures.
Here in Nigeria, there are many smart Nigerian young people who can write codes or design websites. How many have the discipline to articulate their business plan and talk about financing. Some complain that their business plans are being stolen by banks. To me, this would have made them millions if they took the right decision. What happened to involving responsible lawyers at the right time and squeezing the balls of that bank dry?
Nothing good comes easy. Many want easy, monthly stipend because it is easy. Few want to take risks. These totally depends on individuals, not government!

Rubbish!!! So development and job creation has now become a 'bolekaja' uncoordinated approach? Then we do not need development programmes and projects around the world, let everyone go and hustle and bring something out. However, we know this is absolutely impossible, there is the need for a conscious and coordinated approach to problem-solving given the magnitude of the unemployment crisis which Nigeria faces. I can take 10%, 15% or even 20%, however, in our case we have 50% unemployed with many more underemployed, it means the economy is not just working and there is a need for a properly coordinated programme to solve the crisis.

Listen to yourself, "I know one, I know one", of course in a situation like this, one lucky one will always come out, however, like I stated earlier, to solve the crisis demands a coordinated approach directed by leadership and not this 'bolekaja' approach which will always produce one. We want many and not one!!!

But how do you do it, when Jona and Ngozi done carry N5 trillion run.
I understand how you feel as i appreciate that sucess is not meant for everybody. Some people must be salary earners.
Entrepreneaurs actually thrive on tough and inadequate environment. Tell me how exactly the government aided Mark's sucess in his facebook coy.
Some of you critics are wasting your time and talent. You need to focus what you can do with your time to create wealth, insulting GEJ and Ngozi doesn't just do that for you.
Yes, government provides the environment for entrepreneurs to create wealth by introducing tax regimes and proper business climate but the society need youths with guts to stick out their necks and take business risks. Government doesn't create jobs, they provide the right environment and that environment is presently making many people rich. That is wealth creation.
Presently, we have a favorable business tax regime and lots of waiver which foreigners are taking advantage of while the Nigerian youth is busy criticizing government. This is a failure on the part of Nigerian youth, not the government. The same way our inability to win medals in olympics is a marked failure of this generation of youths.
Lebanese youths, Chinese youths, Indian and Pakistani youths and very many other nationals are here making money and taking advantage of waivers and Nigerian youths are here insulting the GEJ and carrying files for these foreigners to employ them.
