As a statistician, I've always believed in the powers of deductive inference based on sampling.

INEC has uploaded over 94% of the Presidential Results on the IREV Portal. Now there are people who believe that the result announced by INEC is significantly different from the result uploaded on IREV. I decided to randomly select result sheets from IREV and collate. The sample size was 314 result sheets. That sample size was gotten from an online sample size calculator. The result is very interesting.

RESULT
So after collating the result sheets from randomly selected 314 polling units, APC got a total of 15394 votes. LP got 10430 votes. NNPP got 2613 votes. And PDP got 11533 votes. So APC got the majority of votes followed by the PDP, then LP and finally NNPP.

This means INEC declaration is in tune with what's uploaded on IREV. However I noticed that the result for Rivers State is very strange. My collated result shows LP has more than 4 times the votes gotten by either APC or PDP.

So in conclusion, the IREV result is almost exactly what INEC declared. The only discrepancy is that of Rivers State. I might have to inspect that of Rivers State even further in my next analysis. But despite the Rivers State discrepancy, APC won fair and square based on the results on IREV Portal. I say this with 95% confidence.

Whether the results from IREV is authentic or not is a matter for another discuss. My focus was just to use the results I saw on the IREV Portal.

What's all this analysis for? Case is already in court, why don't you take this analysis to court and explain for now all is rubbish to me, after rigging you're coming to analyze.

You saw what the REC lady did in Abia state, you will experience more of such people with good conscience will turn down there offers.

If Tinubu won the election may he be sworn in as president but if not may 29th would be like another day for him.

In what may be described as the biggest upset of the general elections, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate Dauda Lawal has unseated Zamfara State Governor Bello Matawalle.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Lawal the governor-elect with a total of 377,726 votes, after he defeated Matawalle of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who polled 311,976.

He was announced as the winner in Gusau, the state capital in the early hours of Tuesday.

This came after some mild drama over the presentation of the results for Maradun Local Government Area (LGA), where allegations surfaced that the Collation Officer, Dr Ahmed Kainuwa, had been abudcted.

However, upon arrival at state collation centre at the INEC headquarters in Gusau, Kainuwa gave the reasons for his delayed appearance.

I am so happy for this results, this was someone that got the position on a platter of Gold under PDP and later left to join APC.

Please tell them, most of this landlords built this houses from their life savings hope to manage with it till they die, and you come with your home problem to add to it, not fair.

the way ypou guys reason baffles me, somebody took the pain to build a house and rent out, you owe him, you take him to the police, now you plan to beat him, has he don any wrong by building a house and renting out? Why cant we just respect oursleves and do the right thing.

how do you want the landlord to survive if every of his tenant owe him and take him to court for refusal to pay rent, it is really not a good practice, before you rent was over due you should have spkone to him and if he refused then you make arrangements to move out, taking your landlord to court over money you owe him is not good.

Do you understand what they call conflict of interest? The contract can't even be given to her relative because she will be taking part in the election, but her on company, INEC must scrapped and a new organisation set up, don't they conduct due diligence before awarding contracts ?
