Nabhani: Kk. So, does that mean that no Tanzanian speaks his/her native languages as a first language other than swahili? If yes, then the native languages must be going extinct? |

Hati13: Thanks. Well, most neighbouring Nigerian countries do not really have a variety of African clothes like Nigeria buh they still do wear. Nigerians we developed ours far better than theirs. The man's upper cloth, hmm, well i'm not sure the material it was made of. Cos we have many of such materials n also import many. ****Here are some samples of cultural clothes of other west africans. Politics / Re: Middle Belt, Northern Minorities Seek 12 Regions, 54 States by genieluv(f): 9:45am On Jun 23, 2017 |
Guyman02: You have said nothing buh the truth. Most middlebelters n northern christians used to be mostly illiterate in the past just like most hausa-fulanis, so they knew nothing, but over the years we have seen great improvements. A lot of our youths are not happy about the stupid name NORTH CENTRAL which robbs us of our identity, and very soon we will form groups to come out, enlighten our people and fight against that nonsense. ****We have to develop something similar to IPOB. Hati13: It's a good thing that most Amharas consider themselves black n proud of it. **** I heard that most Tigrays n Eritreans reject black identity. True? What about Oromos? Most/ a good number of somalis also hate the black tag. |

9jakohai: Many northern minorities are still under Hausa-fulani dominated states and do not have a voice or political freedom of their own. The north-central tag also robbs us of our uniqueness and purpose. 2 Likes |

mrvitalis: Very true, but southerners are naturally dull politically, they are only concerned about politics of their own tribes and communities, then they later complain n cry of Hausa domination. 2 Likes |

Nonaira1: What kind of language is this? Are you encouraging unity or division? Did the same fulani herdsmen not deal with you Southerners? To the extent that your governor in Enugu was crying and telling the people to fast n pray against the herdsmen. |

ExInferis: Speak for Hausas alone and don't interfere into middlebelt issues. I am from the middlebelt and i am for restructuring of Nigeria. This continous system cannot work anymore. It only serves for advantage to northern elites while northern masses continue to be ravaged by increasing poverty n illiteracy. **** You hausas want to keep on dragging others in Nigeria backward, but enough of that. 23 Likes 1 Share |

Buh it differs, the ones we wear for everyday outings are less bulky n simpler, while the ones we wear for social gatherings, social events n festivals are usually very complex n bulky. **** Here are samples of the simpler everyday ones. 2 Likes

Hati13: Great piece. You guys really have some strong history. **** You see, this is one reason why Nigerian governmt has removed history from our academic curriculum because Nigerian kingdoms & empires in the past fought terrible wars, conquered n enslaved each other n many more bitter things. >>>>For instance, the kingdom i descended from (Kwararafa kingdom) n the kingdom someone like Ishalbash here descended from (Kanem- Bornu kingdom) were very bitter enemies in the past who attacked n mutilated themselves. N not to talk of how my people were continously attacked n raided for slaves by Islamic Hausa-fulani kingdoms (emirates) n some were islamized. Now if these kind of things are repeatedly taught to young Nigerians, they would grow up hating each other for no reason. Infact we are facing serious hatred already, not to talk if we add these bitter histories. Or is it the Nigerian civil war where over 3 million lives were lost? History is just very bitter. |
