I use to have a girl like that too during my undergraduate days. I don't just get it while a lady won't be able to cook...as in what have you been doing during your teenage/early adult stage....some of them are in the habit of running from home when it's time to cook or going out to irrelevant places...most secondary school sef do teach student home economics and again YouTube is there where you will watch videos of how to prepare different delicacies. If you can't cook as a lady despite all the tools available for you in this modern era, that means you are not serious and ready to build a family

I'm glad u realized the misconception bn planted n nurtured into the heads of many shallow minded ladies who believe ur feminism movement is a call to arms against men.
There are some aspects of gender equality that I am not against, which includes employment discrimination, inheritance and some other inhuman treatments women pass through cos of their gender. But wat I will NEVER compromise is the aspect of husband and wife equality cos that will definitely bring an end to d marriage institution. This is so touching. Idk if you'd see my message but i had to say something as I hardly participate on this forum.
Okay, first of all, I'd advice you stay put in that house, you ain't leaving for any woman, instead your husband should leave if it's that bad. Don't be the first to quit. Be strong. Take care of the house as yours.
Secondly, find something to do, a job or better still a business. He gives you money right? Gather all that you can and invest, buy lands, start a business, invest your money and please don't depend on him. One of the reasons he fell for that Lady is because she helped him financially.
You have a baby to make you happy and please go out, meet up with your friends and family, don't be a loner, show him your happiness doesn't depend on him. Live your life girl. Take good care of yourself girl, you still have a lot to achieve. Set goals for your self.
Don't give him the impression that you're sad about his extra marital affair, act like you don't care, always keep a cheerful countenance, stop checking his phone and all, be your happy self. If you still want the marriage and a happy one at that do all these and lastly get on your knees and pray to his creator about this. Never confront him about this matter. Lobe yourself first.
