Popular Nigerian rapper, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun better known by his stage name Vector has called out agent for cheating old women.

The rapper took to his Instagram handle to call out an agent who did something wrong to some old women.

Vector said they were on set shooting a music video for one of his songs and during the break, he had a casual chat with the old women acting in his music video.

He further stated that during the chat, the women disclosed to him that they were to be paid N9,000 against the N30, 000 each budgeted.

The music director also expressed shock that the women were paid so little amount of money.

Autumn Spikes, American mistress of Nigerian Billionaire, Aliko Dangote has fired back at him following a defamation lawsuit filed against her.

A soldier identified as Sam Ineni has assaulted a photographer identified as Most High in Abeokuta, Ogun State after he demanded a refund for his pre-wedding photo-shoot following his break-up with his fiancee.

The military officer was called out for his ruthless behavior towards the photographer.

Sources state that Sam had paid for a pre-wedding photoshoot only to return days after to demand a refund stating that his introduction to his girlfriend had been canceled.

“The pictures we took for him had already gone into circulation as his girlfriend had posted it on social media. We were shocked when he came to our store to demand a refund because he called off the wedding.
“We refused and he caused chaos hence destroying our equipment. He also assaulted our staff, collected his money and demanded that we pay for his t-fare. It’s disheartening that an officer of the law could do this to a small business owner,” a source disclosed.

A rare twin suicide bombing on a bustling commercial street in the heart of Baghdad on Thursday killed at least 28 people and wounded more than 70, according to Iraqi officials, in an attack that ruptured months of relative calm.

The first suicide bomber had rushed into the market and claimed to feel sick, so that people would gather around him, according to an Iraqi interior ministry official. He then detonated his explosives.

As people gathered around the victims, a second attacker detonated his bomb, the ministry’s statement said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.

Center for Disabilities Issues (CDI), a non-governmental organization has called on the government to draw up a conducive modalities for people living with disabilities to register and get their National Identification Number, NIN.



The convener of the center for Disabilities Issues, Mr. Kehide Oshilaja made the call in a news release issued to Gistongist by the center.



Mr. Oshilaja who lamented that the current process of acquiring the NIN is corrupt, cumbersome, and time-consuming for able-bodied Nigerians, said the people living disabilities cannot survive it, especially in the area of monies collected by the registration centers.



He stated that as demanded by true democracy, the importance of the NIN can never emphasized, hence the government should make acquiring NIN easier and accessible for all at no cost, especially for persons living with disabilities.

Akwa Ibom state Corps member, Princess Odume who was arrested for killing a man on Sunday, January 10 has revealed she killed him in self-defense.

The suspect revealed that she killed the young man identified as Japhet Akwaowo in self-defense during an interrogation by the Police.

Akwa Ibom state police spokesperson, Odiko Ogbeche-Macdon said Odume claimed Japhet threatened to kill her upon her refusal to oblige to his request for her to remove her clothes so that he could have sex with her.

Recall the Onyinye took to Facebook recently to accuse her husband of sexually molesting their son.

US House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi said Sunday she would push ahead with efforts to remove President Donald Trump from office during the final days of his administration after his supporters’ violent attack on the Capitol.

Pelosi, the top Democrat in Congress, said there would be a resolution in the House of Representatives on Monday calling for the cabinet to remove Trump as unfit for office under the constitution’s 25th amendment.

If Vice President Mike Pence does not agree, “we will proceed with bringing impeachment legislation” to the floor of the House of Representatives, Pelosi said.

“In protecting our Constitution and our Democracy, we will act with urgency, because this President represents an imminent threat to both,” she said.

“As the days go by, the horror of the ongoing assault on our democracy perpetrated by this President is intensified and so is the immediate need for action.”

Trump was already impeached once by the Democratic-controlled House — in December 2019 for pressuring the leader of Ukraine to dig up political dirt on Joe Biden.

He was acquitted by the Republican-majority Senate.

Though time is running short, Democrats likely have the votes in the House to impeach Trump again and could even draw some Republican support for the move.

But they are unlikely to muster the two-thirds majority needed to convict Trump in the 100-member Senate and remove him from office.

Trump’s successor, Joe Biden is due to be inaugurated on January 20.

Shuaib spoke at a press briefing by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 in Abuja.

He said, “On Tuesday, I had mentioned that we will like to see a situation where Mr President, the Vice President, the SGF, critical leaders come and take the vaccine in full glare of the public to demonstrate that this vaccine is safe.

“So, we have to make provisions for those. But even in developed countries, what we have seen is that apart from the prioritisation of health workers, you have to also identify critical leaders that you don’t want them to be wiped off by the virus.

Residents of Bridge street , Idumota Lagos Island are calling on management of Eko Disco Electricity Company to restore electricity to the area.

A community leader in Idumota , Mr Hakeem Thomas said that the community don’t have electricity for over four months now due to fault transformer.

He said that when the company refused to repair the transformer unless the community pay for the repair residents were alleged forced to contributed five hundred thousand naira for the repair and for over 2 months now the don’t return the transformer and the community is still in total darkness.


Mr Thomas called onn the company management to return the transformer and the money collected or else the community will take the company to court.

Atiku Abubakar, Nigeria’s former vice president, reportedly received the Pfizer vaccine in the United Arab Emirates.

The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party in the 2019 general election is now based in Dubai, where the vaccine was taken.

In a tweet by a member of the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Media Team, Abdulrasheed Uba, said the former vice president had become one of the first Nigerian leaders to take the COVID-19 jab.

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had in December 2020 tweeted about the vaccine being expected in Nigeria.
