Has to be said that, being humble matters, because, if anyone is humble nothing will affect them, neither praise nor disgrace, because they already know who and what they are.

It's great we finally get to celebrate our fathers not that many of us don't do so personally on other days, but it's wonderful fathers finally get a day where we thank God for them.

For me I remembered how much he loved us and loved God, how much he loved peace and tried to propagate it.

My prayer is that he is with the Lord he died serving.

We have a father in heaven, a father we can pray to, our father who is in heaven. He may not be with us here on earth but he cares, he loved and gave us his son, and what good thing will he withhold from those who believe and who have the spirit of God, crying out abba father, bearing witness in them that they are children of God.

You may not have had a father while growing up but you can receive the Holy Spirit and call God father, and He will be a Father to you more than any earthly father would.

Believe God, believe and do his word, love, trust and obey and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ the son of God. For God is spirit and they that are born of spirit are spirit and worship Him in spirit and pray to Him in the spirit.

Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful, correcting his opponents with gentleness. Atheism began in the garden of Eden when Satan told Eve that it's possible for humans to become their own gods {Genesis 3:4-5} from that moment the couple wanted God out of the way so they can see themselves as gods.

Note that both of them heard God's voice yet they went into hiding not because they were repentant but they want Him to desist from engaging them in words so they can do whatever pleases them instead of pleasing God.

That's why God sent them out of the garden He prepared for them and told them they will die since they're no longer under His care.

So to discuss with atheists you must know the source of their problem, these people aren't arguing because they can't see God or hear from God what they don't want is anyone setting standards for them on how they will live their lives. But one thing God want them to know before they expire is that He wasn't trying to control them on how they must live their lives but preventing them from setting standards for others!

Each atheist has a secret altar in his heart that is where he bow (worship) himself/herself each time they wakes up. God wants them to realize that since they have to deal with fellow humans there must be someone who will set rules that will serve as guidelines between them and their neighbours.

If you observe carefully you will see these guys aren't here to say they're no longer interested in God but they want to tell others what to do regarding matters having to do with God!

So are they seeking freedom for real or trying to control others?

the very nature to dominate and desire to rule is still there but without the submission required for such dominion to be established is because a farse they try extremely hard to hold.

So is it really a question of "or" and not of "both", that the delusion of self freedom while enslaving/controlling others isn't that the reality. To believe they are free from God but act as gods over others. They make rules but deny the rule above them.

God also said in Deuteronomy 30 vs 15 - 20 that only those who are of the blood of Israel and living as part of the Nation of Israel in the Land of Israel are bound to that agreement which He made with His people in the desert. Those are the same people who later on damned and scattered to all the ends of the earth - Deuteronomy 30 vs 1 - 6. So, how can you, a damned soul — assuming you are of the blood of Jacob — say you worship God under the Law which you have been damned under? What do you hope to achieve by such exercise?

As it turns out, that same curse — in red — sits at the core of the judgment that came after Adam sinned against God.
The curse of the Law not only details the sentence that awaits those damned by God's Law, it also details the end that awaits them as a result of being damned by the Law. So, back to what God said in Deuteronomy 28 vs 15 - 57 all of Israel has been judged and damned under the Old Law by God Himself. So, why do you continue to live under the same Law which now works to ensure your destruction as stipulated by God in that passage?

3. Which Son? The same Son, Jesus Christ, who stated that in order to benefit from Him you have to abandon the Old Law in its entirety to become a follower of His? The Baptism of Repentance proclaimed also by Jesus Christ is a ritual to mark an abandonment of the Old Law of Moses — the Old fountain of living waters — and a beginning under the New fountain of living Waters, Jesus Christ. So, are you saying you have never undergone this ritual at all or was it a farce for you when you did?

Worship the Lord your God and him only shall you serve.

Deut 28:15; But if you will not obey the voice of the Lord your God or be careful to do all his commandments and his statutes that I command you today, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you.

This doesn't sound like a statement of judgement but a repercussion and consequences of ones actions according to His law.

If redemption was absolutely impossible the Father wouldn't have promised to send His son. So how can I worship YHVH, because he doesn't lie, he revealed the very consequences of our actions to us and gave us the option to choice whom we would serve and worship.

So I prefer to serve God freely and be bound by Him than to be bound by sins. For my sins will bring death, and it is impossible for me to free myself from sin or the consequences of it. But he who the son sets free is free indeed, so God so loved that he sent that son to me, to set me free.

Jesus Christ is introduced as the Passover Lamb of God, and in Exodus 12, the people were commanded to eat the flesh of the lamb and paint the doorway into their abode with its blood, I wonder if that is the right term here. Also in his epistle, John claims that the blood serves as one of 2 or 3 witnesses for those who belong to Jesus Christ in 1 John 5 vs 5-8 again leading me to wonder if the term "parabolic" is the applicable term in this case.
