I have read the scriptures very well, and I have not found any convincing evidence both in new and old testament that marrying two wives legally is a sin.

Modern Christians believe that after marrying one wife, if u add another one, then u have committed fornication/adultery. Now I have 2 questions

First question: What if after marrying the first wife, I saw a widow or a virgin, and I never slept with her until after I legally married her as second wife. How will that be term adultery or fornication?

Second question: What if when I wanted to marry my first wife, I instead engaged two women or two virgin, and they both agreed, and I never slept with either of them until after marriage ceremony was done for both of them same day. Is that fornication and how is it fornication/adultery?

I will love your answers with sound scriptural backing....and please read and understand the scenario I painted. Thank you

be it old or new testament there is no command that a man must marry, neither is there a command that a man must marry one woman.

For first question: it is not adultery, adultery is when a woman sleeps with any man who isn't her husband and any man who sleeps with another man's wife.

For second question: it is not fornication, fornicators lack commitment and are selfish pleasure seekers, who are immoral and unfaithful. You neither lied to any nor cheated any, but we're honest.

One thing both a prayer warrior and an Intercessor do is that they pray, but there is a difference between the two and the question I am going to be answering is what is the difference between being a prayer warrior and being an Intercessor.


The simplest way to define prayer is that prayer is communication with God, calling upon His name. And no child of God should develop a habit of getting others to speak to God for them while they themselves don't.

It is okay to pray for others and for others to pray for you but it's a bad habit to not know how to pray nor pray for others while you pay or get others to pray for you.

Now when we talk about Intercession, as children of God we have two primary Intercessors, Jesus, Heb. 7:24-25, Rom. 8:34 and the Holy Spirit, Rom. 8:26-27. Both are our advocates, one with us and one at the right hand of God. These are the two best Intercessors anyone can have, and if you want to win a case you get the best advocates, and to engage any of them you yourself have to pray.

Now the Holy Spirit intercedes through us when we pray in the spirit, in an utterance your mind doesn't understand, for those who have received the gift of God which helps us cry out to God. This is good when you want to pray God's will but you don't know God's will.

And also Jesus intercedes for those who come to God through him, you ask the Father in the name of Jesus, praying with understanding of God's word and according to God's revealed will, if not you are praying amiss and won't be answered.

And to do any of the two, you actually have to be a child of God, and it's God who through His word makes anyone His child. Now those are not yet children of God can still pray to God and ask for mercy, and honestly Jesus has already been interceeding for those who later become children of God. Honestly God hears every thought you have and sees every imagination of your heart. The hard thing isn't God hearing you, is you hearing him and knowing that God has heard you and answers you.

Okay so you have to pray and know how to pray, because even if others pray for you, it is you that has to receive the answer and verify that it is from God.

Anyway, Prayer warrior or Intercessor?
At the heart of intercession is reconciliation, and the purpose of the prayer of intercession is to make peace.

When we look at the term "warrior" whose purpose may be to wage war for the goal of conquest. We should ask ourselves what is the purpose of a "prayer warrior"?!

A prayer warrior can be seen as a person who prays for long, warfare prayers, battling spiritual entities for the purpose of victory. And at times vengeance prayers gets mixed in, when one goes attacking the enemies. Honestly vengeance should come from one crying out to God whom vengeance belongs to, and when you cry out to God for help and justice that's Intercession.
Now Intercession at times can be warfare where one commands in God's authority and in the name of Jesus that God's word and will be established in a situation or in a person's life. So a prayer warrior should be an Intercessor but not all "prayer warriors" are Intercessors. Because wars can be waged for different reasons and purposes. If you have to leave the covering of the almighty because you want to engage the angels of God and show that has a child of God you have dominion, you may not realize that you have been tricked by the devil to tempt God.

So your goal in being in a prayer ministry or being a prayer minister shouldn't be warfare but intercession.

Look a warrior's instinct is to look for a battle or war to fight, and if you get so engrossed in fighting, you can get trapped fighting demons you can't win in battles you were not sent to fight. It's also a demonic trick, one wastes time, could develop "pride of a warrior" satisfaction from praying, or better term, from commanding for hours. You see intercession requires a level of humility both from the Intercessor and from the one being interceded for. We have Abraham and Pharoah, Job and his friends. You see the humility of Daniel, Moses. And note that Intercessors do not enforce their will, infact they cannot change the outcome of God's decision but their Intercession makes God's mercy applicable to that decision of God.

How did Jesus defeat death? It is by submiting to God and dying while trusting God to raise him up. Do you pray because you trust that God is faithful and just, or because you are worried, scared or angry (if you feel like this don't fight the enemy instead cry out to God). Only fight when God has equipped you for it, when you go in with shoes of peace.

Warfare is when one goes against principalities and powers of darkness, and one doesn't go into such without the armor of God which is mainly for defense and protection by the way. The one who has is the one who defends and protects, but the one who steals is the one who attacks. We submit to God so we RESIST the devil who then flees back to where he came from. We RESIST because he is the one coming against us, and because Christ builds us up they do not prevail.

Intercession comes into play when people mistakenly leave God's protection, via disobedience knowingly or unknowingly and find themselves needing to come back. Ministry of reconciliation which goes with prayer of Intercession becomes applicable. There are elders in the body of Christ you can open up to, there are prophets who pray, okay, but still if one is like Saul, Esau, or Judas, hmm it is well.


As children of God, who are royal priests under the priesthood of Christ, we are to be Intercessors for ourselves, for each other, for those around us especially those who are yet to repent from their ways. Intercession should be Holy Spirit led, and one has to be sensitive to the leading and be watchful for it so as to cry out to God for mercy and grace and peace against every storm. There are people around the world you don't yet know that pray for you, and those prayers help you when you can't pray or haven't prayed. So also when you pray in the spirit as well, other lives are helped and touched.

An Intercessor needs to be patient, the long-suffering kind of patience and also peaceful, a peacemaker, go out of your way self sacrificially so that there is the peace of God which pulls down wickedness and silences storms.

So whether you wrestles against the kingdoms of darkness or you cry out for souls and the harvest. Receiving God's answer and leading is the key to binding and loosing victorious.


May God grant us all the grace of Christ as we pray in Jesus name. Amen.

God sending the Lord Jesus to come and die for sins of the world doesn't make the Lord Jesus a messenger. This is very simple to understand. Jesus set you free from sin, is to set you free from the power of sin, it's influence and control, and from the consequences of sin which is death.

Because we are no "longer slaves to sin" doesn't mean we cannot sin, if we are set free from sin then we do not have to be conscious and watchful not to sin.

I want to share a powerful testimony to the glory of God and the shame of the devil. Early this year, I was deeply moved by the story of a teenager who was struggling with dyslexia. Despite her efforts, she was told to leave her school due to her disability.

Her mother, a member of my church, was heartbroken and depressed. The teenager herself was on the verge of giving up, even contemplating suicide.

I was so emotional upon hearing this story that I almost cried. I knew I had to take action, so I brought this situation to our prayer altar. I asked our members to pray for this young girl.

And then, the miraculous happened! Just last week, the mother shared with me the incredible news that the school had called, inviting her daughter to return. They offered to provide a special class and all the necessary support to ensure her success.

I'm overwhelmed with joy and gratitude as I share this testimony. Our God is the God of restoration, hope, and new beginnings. He is the One who brings light into darkness and turns hopeless situations around.

To God be the glory! I'm so thankful for the power of prayer and the love of our prayer community. May this testimony inspire and encourage others who may be facing similar challenges.

I'm here to testify to the goodness of God over my daughter Treasure

Sometimes in early December 2024 my daughter suddenly discovered a sharp pain on her left side breast which later became very hard with excruciating pain everyday so I took her to the hospital where she was being examine and was diagnosed of breast lump and was advised to come for surgery (Removal of the lump) I got scared because I know when they remove it, they'll say they want to test if it's cancerous so I pleaded with the doctor to give her some pain killer or something to manage it for that moment which he agreed and gave her some medication to use for a week and asked us to come back for the removal. Brethren, when we got back home, my daughter refused to complete her medication cos she'll always forget to take them so she didn't even use half of the drugs so few days later I was invited to join THE END TIME ARMY PRAYER ALTER
I joined and requested that they should please join me to pray and agree that my daughter will not undergo any surgery which they did for me.

I'm here today to testify that indeed God answers prayer on (TETAPA) cos in less then 2weeks, I've even forgotten about it since she wasn't complaining about it any longer, one day the group leader call me to ask after my daughter's health, it was at that point I quickly rushed to check/examine her and discovered that the lump had disappeared, I asked my daughter where's the lump she said mummy it's no longer there I said no it can't be, how, when? And I asked her to lie and let me check, I checked again and again but couldn't find it anymore till today and forever the breast lump has gone back to hell. PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Around November 2024, I came to the alter to raise a prayer point about my Dad's workshop and an ongoing court case with his landlord's who after increasing his rent per annum from 60,000 to 120,000 to 250,000 then to 600,000 naira all within 6 years( he has been there for over 35 years and these people just came in one day and insist that they're the owner and requested these payments all after the death of the Major General who gave him the piece of land without ever taking a kobo till his death)they insisted that he completely vacate the land but as he was planning to relocate to his hometown, God stepped in through the Ministry of Transportation who took up the case and as of today 4th of February 2025 the case has been won completely with the judge ruling that the said piece of land belongs to the M.O.T and nullifying the claims of the supposed landlord's who has been taking this exorbitant rent these past years, it has been ruled that he pays directly to Lagos state MOT sum of 150,000 per annum. Exactly 1/4 reduction in the amount the previous landlords were saying no to. Hallelujah 🙏

God has been merciful, healing someone's baby child, restoring a missing child, giving fruit of the womb. Glory be to God for answering our prayers in Jesus name.

John 3:16 popular biblical verse, for God so loved the world that He gave, before we finish reading this verse, know that you were either in the world or are still in the world. Paul even writes in Romans 5:8 God shows us His love that while we were still sinners, while we were still in the world... and you may say well, "I am no more in sin, I have no sin to offend God so God should bless me and make me prosperous" is that really what the contents of God's love and promise entails. Verse 9 of Romans 5, says and we were free from God's wrath because of that love that brought us Jesus.

So John 3:16 God so loved the world, filled with poor people and He didn't give them riches, He didn't give them money, but He gave them Jesus. One may say, well Jesus is the bread of life and that life is not life in this world but eternal life in the world to come.

God sent Jesus to you who are poor, so that you can have eternal life. Look God knows that you are poor, and He anointed Jesus to preach to the poor, Luke 4:18 & Isaiah 61:1 so did Jesus come to preach wealth and prosperity to the poor? No he came to preach the good news, the gospel.

You may ask how is that a solution to your poverty? Well it is not, it is a solution to your death which all men die for one reason or the other, yes God loves you even though he lets you or anyone die poor. If God wanted to solve your poverty He would send and anoint Jesus to make many wealthy, but then in the short few years of Jesus ministry and even the decades of the apostles added, how many testimonies do you read of Jesus making anyone wealthy and rich? 0, NONE.

Well if one says the gospel will make you rich, beware before you use God's word and name for vain things. This is what Jesus taught, and proclaimed to the poor, Matthew 5:3 & Luke 6:20, blessed are the poor for they receive the kingdom of God.

You are blessed because you are receiving the kingdom of God, and not a fat cheque to fetch you what you eat and drink. Infact, Paul wrote in Rom.14.17 For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit,.

So you are not even receiving what you can eat and drink, but power that gives you peace and joy even in your poverty because of the promise of God's kingdom that is to come.

This is what James writes in Jas.2.5 Listen to me, dear brothers and sisters. Hasn't God chosen the poor in this world to be rich in faith? Aren't they the ones who will inherit the Kingdom he promised to those who love him?

The only reason you may believe or think, God hates you because you are poor is because of the lie you were taught, from the same people who steal and collect the little you have in the name of God selling to you false promises God never gave.

Instead of saying your poverty is proof God doesn't love, you see that it doesn't proof anything other than that God loves you even though you are poor.

Matt.6.33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Which things? The things Jesus mentioned that we need to survive. Things that Jesus taught we should not worry about even though we need them but to trust in God's love and provision for OUR DAILY NEED AND BREAD

Matt.6.31 So do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?'... Matt.6.34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

The purpose of seeking the kingdom of God is not for wealth nor for money, it is to find the kingdom of God, seek and you shall find and those who seek are those who can actually see the kingdom of God. So the reason you are born again and can see the kingdom of God, John 3.3, is for you to find it and enter.

Listen, Jesus said

Matt.6.24 "No one can serve two masters. Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Money.


My brothers and sisters, God loves you even though you are poor. Do you not know it is easier for you to enter the kingdom of God than it is for those who are rich, Matt. 19:23.
