They always run from there country sighting many issues from bad government to lack of human right. At the end what they endure in the strange lands they visit can not happen to them if only they put the airfare money and other expense together and start a legitimate business in this country.
Since they didn't kill him it is all fair!!!! I am sure they didn't pick him at random or for fun of it rather because of what we are so known of or his attitude. There is certainly criminal involved!!! Can you folks just come home and stop disgracing us internationally for the love of God. Wetin nah!!!!
Tired of f feeling sorry for this bunch and also tired of being disgraced by the shameless activities of this folks.
Politics › Re: "New" Tanks For Fighting BH Being Transported to the North? by hakanai(m): 11:18am On Oct 03, 2014
As for me no need to cry foul. Actually the Nigerian state has alot of military hardware rusting away in different formations. If its painting that we need to to restore it for combat service,i see no pain. If they can serve the purpose, why not. I still maintain that the war being fought is not that sophisticated that we need more than what we have to execute it successfully. Revive what we have now and kick start a gradual upgrade/overhaul of the hardware in the future years to come. As it stands we can't have everything in one day and we can't change the situation over night. We need to place particular interest in reviving what we have to execute the war as we sort for upgrades. The momentum should be sustained. QED!!!!!

Ozonna: If this came from the Gwarzo of Abacha era, then we should take this serious. He should be arrested and detained by the SSS.
Its actually a two way thing. The thing is the person reporting can provide proof or be treated as someone trying to cause national disharmony and should be dealt with. Some matters such as this are not to be played with, if peace is what government aspire to provide. How true is this?where did it come from? What are the evidence? If true examples should be set but, if a lie then why lie to share or cause disharmony? What do you stand to get in lying? How much harm and to what interest local or foreign ? In case someone must be held responsible. QED!!!
This FFK is like sent to hate or attack muslims, any political element he opposes or northerners! What is his problem? Its time someone takes him up against his comments and falsehood.

Well with the transport network he commands and the need to ensure his goods reach the markets. A lot of vehicles will be needed at all times. If true then I can say such incidence remain inevitable. He is not using trains or planes for moving goods around. Only thing which I know he should have as an international company is best standards and maintenance. So are the vehicles roadworthy or the drivers trained efficiently to manage this company assets. Before now we also heard Julius berger had same issues. I mean you use a lot of vehicles, there are bound to be accidents. Now just how much accident is acceptable Or how much is preventable? becomes the question!

Well if you move around Abuja you will realize that even the number of bill boards and so call pro GEJ campaigns are gradually flooding the streets and roads. I doubt you have a surviving road they did not post his campaign bills. Now you know that money is seriously being spent or wasted. Lastly I ask myself if you had put a similar illegal bill board on any side of the road in Abuja, what happens? Will FCDA mark it as illegal or leave it. Nigeria is obviously not a just place or fair place.
They say campaigns never start! Hmmmm Una never see something. I told a friend someday we shall eat rice and beans crying ads on the grains and doctors will wear there coats with campaign ads on them grin grin grin

Kundagarten: Its APC/Boko haram who're roping him on PDP. As long as he's not hostile to GEJ the opposition goes crying to there media houses.
Well I strongly doubt that ! Rather he is the one roping BH on the opposition same way PDP is acting. You see if you follow the nations events, then to a large extent CAN leadership is resentful of the opposition on one hand and tolerant of the ruling party. Anyway one is left with one thing in mind.probably they can't bite the hand that feed them. Coming to the plane matter. I see out right business matter there. We never hear the amount the plane was chartered if truly that's all they were in for! We also know the PDP at present is doing all it can to enrich all her PEPs and deprive any element they perceive as anti PDP. Chartering his plane is not by mistake!

Well if the opposition is doing all that, it questions the neutrality of CAN leadership. Considering opposition parties never took swipe at the religious bodies. When you have religious elders make it a duty to turn one way and remain bias in national matters and seem to offer solutions that suggest endorsement of a political group regardless then you are simply saying you have vested political goals. Meaning you are also open for political slander and a suspect to/ for manipulations. Above all, we as a people know how and what religious entities have become. For me , I remain vigilant and scrutinize there opinions. As time continue to show being elders or leaders really has no thing to do with being saints.
One troubling part of it all , this leaders are not humble one tiny bit.
Politics › Re: See The Monstrous Armored Tank Captured By Nigerian Troops From Boko Haram by hakanai(m): 7:52am On Sep 28, 2014
congrats!!! but surely the arms captured and called sopisticated are indeed the same weapons seized from our military. It is good news to hear they were recovered. because they never should have fallen into the hands of this monsters in the first place. it should also be a wise thing to learn to sabotage or incapcitate army weapons if the army feels its about to lose it to the enemy that way.if such was done alot of the steam gained by the insurgents would have been none existent.
Anywayz we love our army anyday anytime. una do well!!! God's speed. good thing your gradually making a come back. Also in as much i would prefer jungle justice this killers. i will.advice the army to collect more intel on mmbers caught than always killing even after surrender. sometime to live for critical intel. it is needed to understand and better deal a killing blow to the group. because the group operate as one largely. not smaller covert splinter cells. meaning you catch one person alot of information will be acquired.

ducii: The world does not work like that there is a coalition of world power, as a country u choose where you want to belong. The US, UK, FRANCE AND GERMANY have their own coalition, while China, Russia, Iran, Syria and Libya(under Gaddaffi) have theirs. So you have to choose wisely and bear the consequences if you choose wrongly.
In the current situation i don't think we pose any security challenge now or after buying weapons, to any of the western interest. To a large extent Nigeria is mainly Neutral in most international issues and affairs.Highly pro-west !!! We did not support there enemy against them. Now that we are in need and they didn't provide any help due to there own policy. We will not take the heat and continue to swallow human right restrictions excuses. If i most remind you when Mandela snubbed them over his arms sale to Libya, what happened? Nothing! Kindly Note there are situations i would have said will put us at logger heads with them. In the current situation they simply are saying we have human right issues and they will not help us.We are not chanting down with USA or Europe nor are we saying we need advance arsenal to wage war against them neither are we changing our current foreign policy. We simply need hardware to tackle a situation that affects our Nations existence. !!!!
The Egypt political crisis made them turn to Russia for hardware. Iraq is doing the same after they refuse to provide weapons to Maliki Government and yes it includes IRAN!!!. The two countries turned to Russia and other allies in the middle east. Yet USA is not calling them communist or haters or enemies. Today they still find common interest and areas of co-operation with both countries.I mean if OSama can be caught in Pakistan and Nuclear weapons can be developed in Pakistan against west opinion then we should be pardoned for our small miss-road.So i say let the foreign ministry do her work and let our Ministry of defense/ military acquire hardware jare !!! We shall discuss the differences on the foreign ministry table and smooth the minor bumb in our relations later. QED !!! Let the diplomats talk and let others do there Job !!!!

I don't need to tell you the nation is losing territory,Investment ,people are dying and it is turning desperate every passing day.USA and human right is not enough excuse. You are either with us or we should face front !!!
Abi until the BH capture half the country before they come and help.I say we should learn from the Irag matter. We should not wait or keep using excuses or being obedient always. Once in a while we need show small strong head. The US will join us later when they realize it.
Politics › Re: This Is El- Rufai's View Of The Nigerian Military (Pictured) by hakanai(m): 1:46pm On Sep 23, 2014
Will someone cry foul if there is nothing to cry over. It simply shows the Army is doing enough now to counter any lapse at the beginning. People complain when they have an issue about certain things they perceive as wrong and in any case if the issues are straighten then it is only fair to be quiet and enjoy the positive development.
You people choose they keep crying foul despite the achievement or what. Well, the Opposition is always known as the people who look for problems in the ruling government activities and use it for political gain. In any case if there is none then they simply move to another or remain silent .So they don't have to say all is well or they agree or share in the joy. undecided undecided undecided So the silence says volumes in terms of progress.
Politics › Re: US Blocks Nigeria’s Purchase Of Chinook Helicopters From Israel by hakanai(m):
I am still baffled by the comments from Nigerians and her government. At present the Nigerian Government has countless allies to buy from and willing sellers even in the illegal market. We don't need US high tech to beat BH. A moderate level weaponry can do the magic. Left for me if not that BH has continuously seized weapon, which they use to fight the same government army there is nothing sophisticated about the BH weaponry. Can we Do the Abacha things, Acquire weapons anywhere legal or illegal. Stop the begging and hoping that America will be our friend forever.
We have the Russia made helicopters that can do what the chinook can do. We have the Chinese, the south Africans,Koreans (north), the Iranians and lots more. We should put our interest First Jor. Anywhere the solution can be found lets go there!!! We are not the first to deal or trade with rogue countries!!!!! If they have it, lets buy it because of our urgent needs. China can give us everything we need to counter the BH problem. Even the drones! yes at cheaper rate. Some will say its substandard. Considering what we have and the last procurement from Israel,i will take my chances.
We continue to be ripped off by the so called west when we need armament. Its costly and they just put silly restrictions all around it. We are in Africa for God sake. People we fight here , simply use the typical small arms. All we need is some freaking planes and armored vehicles up there sending it back to them.I am tired of all this begging the west for help. We need to move on. They put it on the doors of human right violations and yet without providing the weaponry, the bad guys are continuously violating other peoples right at humongous proportion! which is better huh?
Naija wake up and is time we even look inwards. Pull some profs and foreign Naija gurus. Get them cracking and patronize there inventions. Share the challenges with them and allow them time to develop or respond with solutions. We need to allow our system locally grow. Innoson,ANAMCO and PAN should be given specifications for amour vehicles. if they can meet the requirement they should be patronized.
Lets buy planes from Russia and China. Meanwhile i know we have plenty Air force jet allowed to rot on the runways?hangers. Mostly MIGs we should have more than 10 units. Get the Russians to come revive them and upgrade them. So we send them to combat while we sort out the procurement of there replacement.

People say nah possibly fake army. So now that again it has repeated itself would you say it is some rogue military men possibly doing the usual extra judicial or better still seeking revenge for colleagues killed by both sides in this crisis. Politics › Re: Why The South West Should Not Vote For Jonathan by hakanai(m):
ovadoze: Thanks for the 'schooling' so called student of history and govt.
Now let me tell you that Shagari’s regime (1979-1983), incurred Buhari’s wrath when it decided to investigate the US$2.8 billion that disappeared from the Midland Bank, London account of the Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation, (NNPC), during General Obasanjo’s era as military head of state that preceded Shagari’s.  Dr. Olusola Saraki, Turaki of Ilorin, was the majority party leader of the Senate at the time and he headed the Senate Committee set up to trace the stolen money after some three years of clamour for such an investigation by members of the civil society.  The money was traced to the Midland Bank London branch fixed account of Obasanjo’s appointee as military head of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company.  The Committee’s report was presented to the Senate during the tail end of Shagari’s regime in 1983, so the House decided to deal with the matter and expose the rogue military head of the NNPC soon after the 1983 general elections.
Then you 'saint' Buhari struck with his cohorts, now ask yourself 'history student' who benefited from the coup and as you and I know the report was swept under the carpet. Quote me again, I'll give you details of how he went about imprisoning right activists, banned freedom of speech etc
Good sir, do we then compare that to what GEJ is doing in terms of corruption from NNPC,CBN,SEC etc the shielding and granting of amnesty to convicted felons. Enabling the reversal of conviction for political gains. As Gov and deputy gov can we please check his current wealth accumulation?Even the military is so corrupt now than ever! The crisis brewing in the nation has created avenue for senior officers stealing. We don't even want to check contract allocations and other stealing currently
being offered to polical elements and ex militants. The current drain on the funds in the FGN purse is now at an all time free!!! Even the subsidy drive is riddle with corruption and all sorts of allegation. The flood relief fund is a story of its own. The military campaign and current mutiny due to equipments and allowance is happening now.As C in C the military has lost any semblance of functionality because of diversion on priorities and corruption. Its not about prolong decay, is about managing the current so called scarce resource and managing crisis efficientl .Between when BH started and now its more than a enough time to have acquired enough hardware to reverse the decay or at least tackle one crisis to a hault. Unless if your excuse is to issue money and go to sleep, never to ask where are things and gains made. If Cameron can do it ,We should call it a piece of cake for the mobilepolice.
Press freedom had a taste of FGN,when the army targeted papers critical of his government under the guise of fighting terrorism.Did they find anything, I mean bush and Iraq comes to mind! publicly apologize. Currently we have Intel and allegations of BH sponsors flying around,we are yet to see the army storm there homes in like manner or challenge them publicly.Again so much con incidence Azazzi had to die for it after getting the instant booth. The Australian has spoken again and we are waiting, shall it be in vain or shall we ask him like October one to pick his names from a particular party or ethnic group?
If someone can stand aside watch his wife conive with the FCT to illegally snatch property from belonging to his former boss wife and he remains mute then that's some awesome greedy family.
please what of the pension scam/fraud ? What of Otedola and Farouk ? What of the Ribadu report sent to him on the NNPC and funds taking a walk?
For me it goes beyond defending his position!GEJ as president stands on power and the peoples mandate to deal with anyone caught destroying the nation! Some GEjites will rather accuse his subordinates than blame him . Men that are hired and directed from the top by him.If he was running a failing business, caused by his employee will he do the same?. If he could wake up one morning and reshuffle his cabinet just to flush out people that are no longer loyalist then that man has the power to sack incompetent ministers or government workers for any wrong doing or negligence or not following instructions or due process.
We could compare this dispensation and see who tops the chart. They claim he is providing more infrastructure than all past government ,I just laugh.Did he build the Niger bridge,Benue bridge or third mainland! Someone before him did and he merely is renovating a part of it. He didn't bring railways to Nigeria someone brought it from zero in the past and it flourished. He is not the first to bring universities to Nigeria nor the highest number of universities, I mean his school was built by some before him and he went to school despite no shoes, can you that under his goverment? The federal highways were done by someone from ground Zero before he got renovate a hand full of them . The FCT Aso rock, Abuja and all infratsructure.More airports were built before his government by some other leaders. Abuse Obj but even looking at the telcom sector I mean you attest to something he brought from Zero to something today!!! He is not the Longest or shortest serving Nigerian Leader nor the first Democratically Elected!
Every government had its draw back and achievements and he is no better. Its his time and from records he is not the best.Insecurity- For the records militancy, terrorism or crisis did not start from his government.Different challenges came with different leadership and the leaders ensured it never spiraled out of control through wisdom, courage and foresight. He lacks that seriously and choose to lay the blames on others. I know leaders that because of there position you know just how much you can push them to test there limits. And you surly don't want to go there. But the trend of BH keeps testing his resolve and at every stage his actions and response has made it rather worse and embolden them further. Yaradua quelled the first sign of insurgency and while he GEJ choose to dangle around same resurgences and let the flames burn. Yar dua also manage the ND militancy crisis despite inheriting it from the past.Obj tackle the numerous interreligious and ethnic crisis in his own way and we never had it this bad. Today animosity has grown amongst the tribes, religious divide is terrible and all he does is blow his silly allegations and political maneuvers.
Truly sad and pathetic that he choose to play victim with the power he will still use against any political opposition

305. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer! By Allah, he is not a believer.'' It was asked, "Who is that, O Messenger of Allah?'' He said, "One whose neighbour does not feel safe from his evil".
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Another narration of Muslim is: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "He will not enter Jannah(paradise) whose neighbour is not secure from his wrongful conduct".

Commentary: This Hadith reveals that hurting or troubling a neighbour is such a serious offence that it causes Allah's Wrath, and thus punishment in Hell.

A gang of wild-looking men in some vehicles painted
in military colour and motorcycles chanting Allah
Akbar ! (Allah is great) was reportedly sighted by resi
dents of Dikwa, headquarters of Dikwa Local
Government Area on Thursday, forcing many
residents to flee into the bush.
“Reports indicated that there was commotion every
where as people fled into the bush until the men
stopped and told some people they didn’t come for
them but for security troops,”

^^^^^The above speaks volume of where they stand !!!! If your presence sends, the innocent scampering for safety and seeking protection from your presence then surely you have wronged yourself from the hadith its Obvious. They clear are signs.

I am from Borno and it will be unfair at the moment unless if it is something we are not aware of that the former COAS will want to support the insurgents. I felt the former COAS could have done more. But like we all know it may have being tired to logistics and encouragement. He did well with in his means and I fault GEJ for removing the duo of CDS and COAS in the midst of such a crisis. It was premature and badly timed.
Also I think his short comings then was the political climate that bedevils the nation. Where all parties are out to make each other look bad even where the citizens are dying. You see PDP being nonchalant and APC making too much noise. About Sheriff he is a BH patron. It makes me wonder why after the number of people and years of accusation of his involvement PDP led FGN continues to patronize the fool. Sheriff fled Maiduguri for months to avoid the youths who accuse him of involvement. His key allies in Maiduguri were mostly not lucky. Now he keeps getting FGN protection and endorsement. Particularly the airport opening issue was a sure shocker! Because he is promising PDP Borno they have swept all under the carpet. It goes to shows just how the politicians continue to hinder the successful quashing of the insurgency.
The former COAS recorded more successes than the people in power now.

mind you that oil is the major chief economy of Nigeria which the ss and three states from SE have in large quantities plus other Igbo areas in the SS.

As for Agriculture, the core north should stop fooling themselves cause it is the middle belt states like Benue and jos that are the food basket of the nation even the Se states like Enugu and ebonyi produces more agricultural products than core northerners.
The core northerners are the parasitic region we have in this entity called nig
lol if you dont know ask. it is so obvious you dont know what is produce in core north state as against middlebelt. Beans is mainly from the core north, lifestock cattle and sheep. thats hide and skin. is mainly north east. cereals core north exceeds the the middlebelt except for kaduna. onions is largely core north. kebbi, gombe ,borno south and bauchi. ginger like wise is north. middlebelt boost of vegetables and solid minerals. jos is mainly vegtables and acher. benue is yam. even nassarwa does more yam and solif minerals. dude go figure dont just conclude because most commodites from the core north transit the middlebelt is a middle stage enroute south markets.

emiye: Religion played a major role in the 2012 adamawa bye election between PDP vs ACN. It was a relatively close election.

If it will be a christian vs muslim , a lot of intrigues will play out.
Honestly with the current state of things religion will play a significant role. thats why i see PDP winning. even the Nyako and deputy impeachment was done to ensure muslims are on board. otherwise Nyako will still be there. The issues currently happening is that of supremacy between religion. take it or leave it. with whay pdp offers, Atiku is simply trying to cash in on the xtian votes to give APC a chance in the state. It could be a hard one. cos at the end of the pdp battles. the religious face will surface and people will be aligned according to faith. The side with the power players take it all. cos people in that state are most likely to vote according to religious lines.

That is why there needs to be some sort of rotation arrangement at state levels. Else the issues will keep growing until someday it turns to violence. The Idomas maybe asking nicely now but it will come a time they will resort to force out of desire and desperation. I hope the major ethnic groups could spare some sense and allow others a chance. Imagine 36 years and still they(Idomas) are begging!
