Oyetola is too calm and does not talk much, he is not charismatic like Aregbe who was a worse governor but managed to get a second term cos the man knows how to sweet talk and make his senseless policies look like a big deal. Sometimes I forget who the governor of my state is sef cos the guy no just really put himself out there. Aregbe many people who aren't from Osun knew him cos of his ways.

Oyetola didn't do any mega project in the state probably due to funding but then his term did not cause as much hardship to people as Aregbe.

Go for radiography, you have less exposure to people at their worst. You don't have to relate much with relatives, patients and other professionals which are one of the stressors in nursing. Humans can be difficult to deal with.

Incident report does not cause sack, hope you know. He/she will only be asked to do retraining and reflection. A nurse detaining a doctor, and being told by her matrons and other to open the gate and she refuses will both trigger instant suspension, as well as police involvement. In a sane country, she does not need to shout, once she has politely reminded the Dr to dispose the waste generated by them and they didn't, next is to write an incident report cos leaving sharps lying about is not normal. I trained in OAU and they have practically turned it to a norm to leave behind wastes after doing anything on the ward. If you are not careful while changing patients linen, you could get pricked by a needle stuck into the bed by a careless Dr while putting in a cannula
The clinical waste bins and sharps box are easily accessible on the ward but the demi-god status has made them forget basic infection control policies.

One had the guts to document in a patient's case note that he did not review a patient because the nurse on duty said she was busy and cannot go and pick up stethoscope for him. This is something that he can be struck off and lose his license for in a sane country but the average Nigerian will even be the one to support him that he did right as a whole Dr who did not have the sense to have his own stethoscope he should not descend low to go and pick a stethoscope up from a trolley.

It is when we travel we see this life no hard, there should be team work not rivalry and the patient is the most important person in healthcare not the Dr not the nurse or any other health professional. We all treat ourselves with respect and dignity not I am too big to do this cos it is the patient that will suffer last last.

And these stupid Drs doing stuffs like this will also plan to japa, go to civilized World and look for maids to clean up after you. They get to UK and have brain reset.
They dish out all sorts of nonsense in Nigeria because there is no system to check and balance things.
Drs relate with other health professionals with respect, and respect is reciprocal.

It is not so rare so don't doubt the other guy. Happened to me and many colleagues. They even deducted at first then refunded the deducted tax later and did not deduct income tax till I earned 12,500 or thereabouts.
