kamdyjenny: Yeesss!!! Like am doin now, d guy am dating now I can't marry him
Na your own I hear joor. All these epileptic liars and scoundrels showing off their hypocrisy. Dating need not lead to marriage, it only leads to courtship which is, barring any new developments dug up, should lead to marriage. Part of seeking for compatibility includes forking, else you might end up in a crashed union arising from se.xual incompatibility. Let he/she that have ears hear
Always making noise and retreating to their dents like dogs.
Reason is simple, we do not want to make mistakes of the civil war, better to be ready before taking any step. Readiness here includes managing your people who will always sell out at the cheapest price. Recall Awolowo and his promises and what became of those covenants when the chips were down, and all that sabotage because of a mere promise of porridge that he never tasted.
Family › Re: Abuja Club That Fines Members For Adultery by hardbody: 2:45pm On Mar 18, 2013
Amya: What is the proof of adultery?

**will both parties be caught red-handed? (Which is almost impossible)

**will the man confess?

One of the reasons why adultery is not actionable in court is just for the simple fact that it's one of those things that cannot be proven without a reasonable doubt except when those involved are caught in the act.

That law in the club is kinda pointless. In a situation where a member refuses to pay, what's the worst that could happen?
Even when caught in the act, I can plead a lot of defences as provided in the law, like accident, insanity, delirium tremens, amongst others. Indeed a whole section of the law provides for general defences . Interestingly I can plead any of those and go scot free. But for reals, why make a law on such matters? It only , makes men more brazen. Its some fun to act and watch how you are going to get caught. Funny club, funny law. If the dragnet is Abuja, we fly to Sokoto, do IT and fly back, it's a round trip of about 2 hours.LMAO
Romance › Re: How To Make Him Understand That I'm Not Interested? by hardbody: 2:32pm On Mar 18, 2013
sorry, it was just to give the context.

Last year, one of my friends told me that he loves me and has been in love with me for several years (we've known each other since 2006). I told him I didn't see him that way and I thought it was clear. But apparently I wasn't because I saw him this week end and he tried even though he knows I have a boyfriend. My question is: what can I do to make him understand that I'm not interested in a relationship without hurting his feelings and ending our friendship? The thing is that I travelled quite a lot for my studies these last year and so it has been difficult keeping in touch with my friends, so I don't wanna lose another friend....
U behaved like the DOLT that you are. Even if you wanted to hang out with a male folk, you don't give that low down to another male. You have just etched an impression in his mind that you are wayward. No amount of clarification will change his view. Men are always defending their territories and here you have stepped out and announced that you are foraging other neighborhoods. Better you rearrange yourself for another relationship, your boyfriend has since that discussion taken a long walk......yes, away from you.

The fact that they go to Ekiti State University doesn't mean they are from Ekiti state. #justsaying
Ever heard catchment area? The state is a primary catchment area especially being a state university. The ratio of other states to ekiti indigenes will be 1:99. Take this further applyingbthe law of probabilities and you will understand where he is coming from

Why are we always parading our criminal tendencies and orientation to the world without realizing that the global nature of the world has turned all states in the committee of nations into a gold fish. Now there is no end to the penalty and odium that Nigeria has become in the committee of nation states. In an era when there is a global fight against money laundry and financing of global terrorism, our people just acted true to type by blessing the acts of these launderers et all. Again, God, you owe me a personal explanation why you created me a Nigerian.

Which reminds me, I drove to Ojo Alaba today and I realized that all these talk about eko o nibaje is rubbish, I spent a cumulative 6 hours to and from barracks and I regret every minute and hour I spent on that road with near misses by other road users.

ebdib: What about Miz beach? That's where I got mine
I did mix beach, micro station, amongst others too numerous to mention. Indeed a certain lady offered to go get it for me, I knew the cost implication, but I was willing to pay the extra, after about 20minutes, she came back with X350, I told her it was X450 I wanted, and warned her never to ever waste my time again in her life, I left the market. Any further suggestions? It is the claim of hotspot wifi that is really pushing me

CohenJane: No, lectures should have known better.

in saner climes, you are expelled for plagiarism
I am sure they reviewed their cases and dealt with them in line with the circumstances. It was in my first year in year 1987 that prof Pruitt was sacked for plagiarism, his wife was then teaching us use of English in GSS. I remain proud to be associated with this no nonsense university. It was the only university in my days that will advise you to withdraw if you fail three out of five courses and that includes carry overs. Sadly with the decadence in academics, it has become near blurred to determine the wheat from the chaffs in terms of core academic achievements and people just fall back on names rather than achievements.

With all the rave review, I went to otigba, computer village today and walked through all the Shops I could including the ones recommended online but couldn't get this phone. Is it in such high demand or they are hoarding it to make sales at a higher rate in a future date? Meanwhile, jumia, slot, konga and all the online shops don't stock it, so what does that say about it's genuiness or the veracity of it's brand, just asking

otipoju: Hmmm,Sunday Oliseh... Rejected by NFA recognised FIFA...A prophet has honour except in his own home...Why swim in a pool when you can surf in the ocean? You knew your worth, stood your ground and refused to be tossed around by some imbeciles. That goal against Spain in 1998 has been etched into my memory forever.Your long range pass to Aghahowa in 2000 when you came on as a substitute against Senegal to rescue Nigeria even when you were down with malaria was the epitome of patriotism..In years to come your forthrightness, courage dedication and competence would either see you become the Minister for Sports in Nigeria or FIFA top executive. You have always been my role model and that is why I wear no jersey than the number 15...Sunday Ugochukwu Oliseh, doesn't drink ,doesn't smoke,I am following in your steps in my chosen field. Congratulations.
So what is it about drinking and smoking? Hop heads will always find ways of diverting from the main topic of discussion.

Romance › Re: I Feel Like Stabbing My Wife For Sleeping With Another Man by hardbody: 8:07am On Mar 15, 2013
okon007: The rate of infidelity in marriages these days is quite alarming. Read this man’s sad story below:

I found out my wife of 11 years cheated on me with her boyfriend. This was last year June. She confessed to me after I confronted her with the facts. I decided to forgive her and stay married to her because I have cheated on her in the past too and I didn’t want to destroy our family because we have four small children together.

The thing now is; I don’t love her anymore. I can’t stand her and can’t even bare to touch her…
When she talks to me I get so angry I feel like stabbing her in the eye but I’ve never laid hands on her. I don’t talk to her much except when we want to talk about the kids. We live in the same house but as strangers.

She’s really tried to make it up but it’s not working. I actually hate it when she’s around me, and haven’t touched her since I found out about the cheating. I thought my anger and disgust at her would fade with time but it’s been 9 months and I still feel this way.

Will this anger ever go away or should I just end things with her?
For the kind of traffic Benin airport sees, it is kinda small......unless of course it stretches way back. It's the next busiest airport after Lagos, Abuja, Warri and Enugu.

For heavens sakes, does someone have pics of inside the terminal?- toilets, gates, shops, etc; i'm tired of seeing only the entrance hall and a parking lot in need of some major landscaping work.
Really and truly, traffic to Benin is minimal, I have used that airport severally. However, when last I was there, a coupla months ago, it hadn't attained these standard, however, what I love most about the airport is the fact I just stroll out of the airport and there are bikes to fly me into town at minimal cost, same service I get in Lag but hardly from any other airport in Nigeria.

I can't respond to this, I will be influenced by the fact I almost dated omawunmi, almost met her in person in the course of online stuff, fortunately for her and maybe for me too, her time allocation coincided with that of another babe. I have really never thought she was that good, but certainly, she came across as brilliant in the course of my interactions on line with her. That was when she was studying law at abraka. I missed stuff sha.

As for Tiwa, I neither know her songs or met her at close range.

If you believe in prayers, just keep at it. Try not to aggravate him whenever he seems to have made those calls, let him be until he gets back to his senses. If you make an issue of it, you will be creating a greater chasm and that is the least room you want to give him.

Try and go out a lot with him, find out some of the things the other lady did and try to replicate those things while introducing new dimensions to it. At the end of the day, whether you get him completely out of that mould remains in your hands, all the best.
