patanjaly: I dönt see anything abnormal about this stuff remember marriage is not all about sex. Remember jesus, pope, priest, nun dont indulge in sex.sex is part of our animalistic desire which everyone should runaway from.
Slapping, hitting and abuse of co-workers only happens in Naija
you must be a dummy. Abuses and violence happens everywhere, how it is handled may be different from clime to clime. It is never acceptable and has never been, but making it look like it is peculiar to Nigeria says a whole lot as to the low life you are. SMH. would people like you ever see or say anything good about Nigeria?

debomb: Do they have a clue what this might have caused to some people? I was already shaking like a leaf cos my brother likes BRT! TSSSSSUUUUUU!
Guy, i feel you. I was so scared because i have a few people who would individually be doing the BRT going out from the island and i had been so mortified especially as none of them had been taking my calls. It is refreshing to hear that it was a hoax much as it had generated higher adrenalin level in my system. I do not expect that anything will be done to the officer that generated this bad news, in Nigeria, anything and everything goes.

webaplanet: Circumcision Turned Amputation: Doctor Sued For Removing Man’s Penis Without Consent

Frankfort, KY — A Kentucky man that went under the knife for a circumcision only to wake up with an amputation of his penis has asked the Kentucky Court of Appeals to overturn a previous verdict siding with the doctor who performed the operation.

Phillip Seaton was supposed to undergo a standard circumcision as a treatment for an inflammation in October of 2007, but instead woke up to find his manhood missing.

The unscheduled amputation was necessary according to Dr. John Patterson, who discovered during the operation that Seaton had cancer in his penis.

Seaton contends, however, that the amputation of his penis was not necessary, because other options could have been available to him, reports The Huffington Post.

The lawsuit contended that Dr. Patterson should have received consent from Seaton before performing the amputation. Seaton’s lawyer, Kevin George, stated:

“The point is … a patient has a right. The doctor does not have the right to do whatever he wants, even if it turns out to be reasonable.”

If this were to be in 9ja now, all sorts of innuendo and direct attack will be fixed both on the country and the doctors and then extended to our educational and a failed system.

Career › Re: Which Location Is The Best For Your Head Office? 90% Says Lagos by hardbody: 12:22pm On Nov 21, 2012
The question is tailor made and the answer should be tailor driven. Various businesses will ordinarily require head offices based on the nature of what they do. In your primary case, being an IT firm, you need only to be online anywhere and your clients should be able to do business with you except you are relating with cavemen. Head offices are no longer in vogue, you do your business wherever you find yourself especially if what you sell is 'service'.

Of course for the sake of documentation, you may designate any address as the head office of your virtual business.

Eby22: My dear, I used to argue about this gold and jewery stuff, make up,broided hair and all what have u until God gave me a revelation some days back.

In that revelation i was told that i will go 2hell, not because of unrighteousness but because of the things i attach 2my body (Gods temple). I had 2sell off my gold, removed my weavone and went natural.

All my life, i have used jewerries, my church approves of it but making heaven is an individual thing. Ask God for revelations concerning any controvercies and He will reveal His mind 2u, as there is no prayer He does not answer.

pls don't follow the crowd, lots of christains (true children of God) are heading the wrong way without knowing it, let d Bible guide u and submit completely when He convinces u. It is only ur personal convinction that will stand the test of time.
In summary, you possess a fish brain.

Point of correction @ Y'll, neither beer nor softdrinks cause diabetes. Diabetes is hereditary, if your folks never had it, chances are you would not.

Bank to the question, both beer and softdrinks contain sugar, at what level i am not able to confirm, however, faced with dangers arising from both, i will rather live with beer because it makes teh heart of mortal man merry

Car Talk › Re: Why Do Driving Schools Use Volkswagen Beetle To Teach Driving? by hardbody: 12:11pm On Nov 20, 2012
I guess two reasons, that car is very rugged and the manouverability of the gear is such that if you can handle it, you can handle any and every other vehicle. I recall my dad used both the beetle and peugeot 504 to teach myself and my bro how to drive. Needless to say, it is only articulated vehicles that i have not bothered to drive since then. I can move virtually anything on wheels. And i miss the beetle.......

BodyKiss: I started noticing since yesterday, whenever I finish making call, MTN will show me my last call charge as the total call I've made for the whole day. At first I couldn't believe it, but after many calls, it was certain. Called a friend of mine and he confirmed to be experiencing the same thing.

I've spent more than my daily target today, as I did yesterday, but never got anything. This SIM is going back to where I brought it out from, no doubt.

Anybody experiencing the same thing?
It might sound silly but they stopped handing me the agreed freebie so I sent them a text calling them fraudsters and cheats and demanded that they give me my fair due. I got a response that my text went to wrong place or something of that sort but guess what.....I started getting my bonuses almost immediately
Jobs/Vacancies › Re: All Third Class, Pass Graduates Should Read This! by hardbody: 11:39pm On Nov 06, 2012
oadah: I came out with a 3rd class, I felt the world has crumbled on my head cos I narrowly missed 2.2 and to make matters worst my girl friend of 3 years left me because of that. I scouted for job all over 9ja from 2006 after my service, I wrote a lot of banks (finbank, unity bank, gtb and former afribank) aptitude test and I never failed ANYONE, but I was always told to leave after the first interviews , but I still never gave up, in 2008 I wrote a test and passed the aptitude test and interview with one of the largest telecoms company and that was my first job as a Key Account Manager, in 2009 a white man took so much interest after a presentation and took me to schlumbeger, early this year I left for a government appointment after recommendation from the presidency through a colleague, In between these years I have done PGD and gone for professional courses in Uk, SA and US.

The truth is every man has his destiny, amongst my former course mates in The University, I am the most successful and richest, even my former lecturers call me to assist with connection and also solve personal/financial issues.....most of my 2.1 and 2.2 former colleagues that were employed in the Banks have already been sacked,

I don't encourage laziness but if you find yourself with a 3rd class or pass, it's not the end, God has better plans.
What a splendid reason to make a third class. Auspicious words of encouragement, dummy. Look at it differently, if you had a good grade and got a job in 2006 when you graduated with your silly grade, you would have been miles ahead of where you are today. Think. Use your brain, which I suppose is also third class by the way.

2sizzlin: currently i'm on my i.T, an engineering student.probably i may graduate with a 2.2 or 2.1 i don't really care.If i graduate with a 2.2 i can boast of being very much ahead of most of my classmates in terms of engineering knowledge.Presently i know relevant books i need to read (a lot doesn't yet) after graduation which no one has ever mentioned in the school, you only hear about them from practising engineers.90% of the time grades are just masks, it's unfortunate that's what the white collar companies care about they need to start looking beyond that.
Most ppl attended soft schools, while some were lucky to be in a department with sane and true lecturers (lecturers who can pass the exams they give us if they should sit for it).sometimes girls wanna go through school looking ugly because of some dirty old men and some insane young lecturers who mistaken a university for a free red light district.Girls i feel for some of una the good ones. It's even funny some gay lecturers have started showing up, real funny, well i recommend they listen to M.I's somebody wants to diehuh Well Jesus Christ taught me not to be anxious of tomorrow, i don't let it worry me and it has never failed me. Exam has never been the true test of knowledge.
I hear you loud and clear, exam has never been the true test of knowledge, but as yet, no one has come up with another or a better yardstick, so what gives? Or what goes? Better study hard and make a good grade so that the steep gradient would not be too terrible to climb. Just an advise
