grossintel: Schools in the east should shutdown, especially IMO and Abia state. What the military and police are doing now is expected, they don’t know who and what they are fighting with so they turn on the innocent unarmed citizens and assault them as usual. Don’t go out carelessly! Especially today 31th May. Because when UGM strike and disappear the Nigerian Army will flex muscle on you. This is the reason i did everything possible to catch a flight and leave yesterday. I refuse to be used as a number. God help those that missed their flight. |

1) PLANTED GUNS 2) STRIPPED THEM DOWN TO PLANT CHARMS. LOOK AT THE LAST ONE ON THE RIGHT. THEY COULDN'T PULL OFF THE PANTS SO THEY LEFT IT LIKE THAT. 3) TAPED AK47 MAGAZINES. CLEARLY BELONGS TO THE POLICE 4) PLANTED IGBO HATS. IPOB MEMBERS DON'T WEAR THAT 5) NO POLITICIAN (FORMER OR PRESENT) GOES INTO A STATE OF ANARCHY WITHOUT SECURITY DETAIL. NO ESCORT, NO CASUALTIES, NO EYE WITNESSES WHEN GULAK WAS KILLED. SHOWS THAT IT WAS HIS SECURITY DETAIL THAT CARRIED THE HIT OUT. MOST LIKELY THE POLICE OFFICERS THAT WERE ASSIGNED TO HIM 6) THE GUN SHOT WAS A CLEAR SHOT THAT HAPPENED WHEN THE CAR WAS STOPPED. NO BULLET HOLES ON THE FRONT SEATS OF THE CAR GULAK WAS SHOT IN. NO BLOOD SPLASH ON THE FRONT SEATS OR WINDSHIELD EITHER. THE DOOR WAS OPENED OR THE WINDOW WAS WIND DOWN AND THE SHOT WAS TAKEN. NO SIGNS OF STRUGGLE. 7. NO STAIN ON THE CAR AT ALL OR BULLET HOLES. IF IT WAS IPOB OR ANY GROUP, THEY WOULD HAVE RAINED BULLETS ON THE CAR, BURNT THE BODY AND WHATEVER THAT CAME WITH IT 8. GULAK LAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR MEANING THE CAR WAS PARKED, HE CAME DOWN. AND SOMEONE TOOK THE SHOT 9) CLOTHING WAS STILL NEATLY IRONED WHEN HE DIED MEANING NO SCUFFLE, STRUGGLE OR RESISTANCE. AN ANGRY GROUP WOULD HAVE PULLED HIM OUT GRIPPING HIS SHIRT AND OR PANTS.
This is simply an assassination. Police could have never caught the killers in less than 24-48 hrs with no evidence, information or proper equipment. This hit was done to have a proper excuse to wipe out the Igbos. Something Shehu has been looking for, for a very long time. Go listen to his videos 8. GULAK LAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR MEANING THE CAR WAS PARKED, HE CAME DOWN. AND SOMEONE TOOK THE SHOTThat car was almost in the middle of the road. Some persons at the airport said the driver was asked to come out and run, some other 2 occupants were also told to leave the car and run away. Obviously the dead man was brought out and shot by the side of the car. Sad indeed. |

https://politicsnigeria.com/breaking-police-capture-neutralize-ahmed-gulaks-killers-photos/ I cannot speak to the purported arrests but i doubt the man was shot on Saturday. I saw his lifeless body and fresh blood by the side of an un-numbered Toyota Camry muscle on my way to sam mbakwe cargo airport on Sunday morning. I had a 9.20am Dana flight to catch back to Lagos ( i did not want to be caught in the sit at home brouhaha starting on the 31st of May) and was rushing with my cabman. There was no policeman or security personnel on ground that Sunday morning. Even the shooting caused a stir at some point inside the airport (my flight was moved to 3.55pm so i spent time inside the airport) as every movement was suspected and people constantly ran from any suspicious vehicle that drove into the airport. I strongly doubt there were any arrests of anybody going by this claim that the incident happened on Saturday night when indeed it must have happened early on Sunday morning, given the account of some of the airport workers and drivers and the fresh blood when we drove past the point at about 8.30am on Sunday morning. |

iamuyiekpen: Nigeria has outlived its importance in the grand scheme of things. The rampant corruption & insecurity in the country is enough for the South to demand its freedom. The amalgamation of Nigeria should never have occurred cos from all indications it’s obvious we can never be one and will never be one. I have no problem with the Yorubas, Igbos or Hausas but I feel we’re better off on our own.
We must not live together as one nation. We can still be good trade partners even without living together. The people of Niger Delta are willing to fight with the Igbos & the Yorubas for the actualisation of Biafra & Oduduwa but I want to make it clear that when we eventually break away from Nigeria, we don’t want to be part of Biafra or Oduduwa rather we want our own nation. Our nation would comprise of the 6 states of the South South (Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo & Rivers). We want our own “Republic of Niger Delta”. I have great respect for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu & Sunday Igboho for the their doggedness & determination but we are better off without Biafra or Oduduwa.
God bless Biafra
God bless Oduduwa God bless Rondel Which voice are you representing? Do you have a profile that can be reckoned with? if No, then what you said amounts to nothing. |

Israel is Blessed by the Most High GOD. So God built the Dome? By the way, it is not this Israel that God blessed in the years back or in the Bible times. Read Jeremiah 31Vs 31 and 32. The new covenant is not with this Israelites but with a spiritual Israel of God he will make those his people and they will make him their God. You may wish to know that the destruction of 70CE was the last destruction that affected Israelites. God has since moved on from them and is not supporting anyone in wars these days. |

There should be massive security surveillance in those states that border Cameron. Nigeria customs should search any car and truck that is going out and coming into Nigeria.
Let us see how ipob will achieve that. Foolish organization that does not know anything about diplomacy, tact and wisdom. But everyday they will be carrying trailer loads of dark smelly abokis and drop some at Berger and other positions where they will get inside the bush, be well received and trained so they come and kidnap you. In all these it is the Igbos that is your problem. It will hit all of us in various formats. |

I feel for him sha And the woman cannot be sued for attempted murder, assault and and battery and emotional distress (by a guardian ad litem to the small defenceless and below age girl)... Action can be brought against her and sustained both in criminal and civil courts. Meanwhile, a judge will look at the slap from the lens of action taken at the spur of the moment. Do not think judges are not humans. All they need do is attach the girl's picture as an exhibit in the process they are filing in defence and also lead evidence in support. Anyways, what do I know |

Did the slap resonate or was it just an ordinary slap? The rest na history. I am just reading tonnes of funny arguments from people who believe the slap was an infraction. Well maybe it is, but it is arguable. Actions taken in the heat of the moment may be grounds for lower penalty, if at all. I doubt anyone would do less in a similar circumstance. The only difference here is that this happened on public television/or radio.
The lady can sue for assault and battery while a guardian ad litem can sue her for damages and emotional stress on behalf of the child. Let us see who gets to pay more damages. |

Adaorababy: Although, I am a strong supporter of restructuring, but amidst a foolish talk is a little sense. Charity they say begins at home.
If Buhari had signed into law for local govts to be autonomous, why have the governors not implemented them?
Buhari led administration is not the only one guilty of this maladministration, looting and embezzlement, and complete disregard for the rule of law, our governors are to be blamed too.
Take for instance, despite the huge oil derivatives collected by these governors, yet there's little impact to show for the heavy monies they receive.
The whole system is corrupt even to the councilor level. Even our religious leaders are not excluded. In the past, when a child returns home with a strange gift or money, the parents quickly chastise such a child until they find out the source of such gift. Today, the reverse is the case, our parents and peers will even mock those who have decided to stand their ground on the basis of integrity. We have suddenly lost our values, morality, integrity, decency and empathy to others despite being the most religious people in the world.
Most people who complain of this administration will do worse when they're given the opportunity to govern. It is through this sort of blackmail and propaganda that the APC led administration rode themselves into power thereby dashing the hopes of everyone who believed them to make the necessary change or positive impact that they so prayed for.
I hope when the country is restructured, the same old, young and corrupt politicians who have corruptly amassed wealth belonging to the common mass to themselves will not yet b steering the ship. Beautifully encapsulated. |

90% of job seekers have been hoodwinked by your by this fraud.
With the recent outcry against this fraud, they're still not relenting They are busy ratting out IPOBs. On a serious note though, i do not know where they get people's details from. I received something similar to this sometime back. I decided to attend, but i was prepared to intimidate them. So I took along my SUV and had my driver, and i also got the protocol team of my company to give me a hillux truck with mopols (by virtue of my function i am entitled to these security details by the way). When we got there and i asked for the MD with the two gun totting policemen flanking me, the receptionist denied the office, she said she was visiting but had to sit on that chair to wait for her friend who was the real staff but went to toilet. I walked through the first, second and third floor of the building and when i got to the 4th floor i saw a group of people being briefed. I asked the man speaking to them, "is this XYZ Consultants", the office is at ebute metta but i have since forgotten their name, the guy said NO in low tones, I asked to see the MD, he said they had no MD, I asked again, this time with a raised voice, is this XYZ Consultants, he said No. The guys being briefed started looking and mumbling. I turned and walked downstairs. By the time i got to my vehicle there was so much noise behind me, people were leaving, i later gathered that the guy briefing them got rough handled by some of the guys that stayed back. I think this was at Ebutte Metta west, around Jebba street or something of that sort. So let's all be careful. Things may be tough, but life has got no duplicate, please. |

Omo, I have missed my flight severally because of traffic. I just get them to offload me (I usually check in online) and I pay the difference and get booked on the next available flight or where there is none, I try another airline.
These days I choose either to (1) Go and stay in the mainland (at Ibis hotel - which is less than 10minutes drive to the airport or (I leave at 4.30am and almost always get to the airport not later than 6am (I operate from the Island).
Missing a flight can be disorienting and usually the entire day gets messed up. I think it hardly happens to me these days though. The solution is to just leave earlier than usual. Better to spend 5 hours at the airport than to rush and still miss. That thing can paiiinnnn....
I have never missed my international flight oo. God forbid. If it is an international flight, I stay at Ibis on Osolo way, airport road. From there even if I am walking, I will get to the airport. |
