Why not build those things in the South first and tackle North's high level of insecurity, then when peace is restored, you can start building those infrastructure there. That's common sense 101. Common sense 101 is the most difficult GSS course that Buhari failed and carried over for almost 60 years. He is still struggling to write a resit. |

remi1444: For the sake knowledge sir, what's chloroform? Google's result is not satisfactory. The random knowledge i have about it is that it is that substance they use at the morgue to secure corpses from quick and fast decay. I recall once while serving (here in Lagos) I was staying with my uncle at Fola Agoro. Some guys came and painted the house (it was a duplex). They identified a small window upstairs in a tiny room that my uncle used as his library. In the night I was jerked from sleep when my uncle came downstairs to wake mu up and inform me that a thief came into the house and was leisurely carting things away and he woke up and the thief fled and jumped through that little window. Days after the event we continued to notice missing items..especially items that they could have been passing to some other person downstairs. Our relation in the army told us that they must have used that item to induce deep sleep and my uncle possibly woke up when it had worn off. I hope this helps. |

Penflame: Early this month, unknown thief/thieves entered my room through the window late in the night and stole phones, device and laptop totally worth 132,000 naira.
My greatest surprise was I didn't or was unable to wake up throughout their operation until day break, and I'm someone that easily wake up from sleep at hearing slight sound or noticing slight movement.
Is it that there's a charm they do use for this kind of operation? If yes, how can it been neutralized to prevent such occurrence next time?
In what way can I apprehend this thieves? I've been unable to track the items.
Someone should please give me advice and suggestion.
Help move to front Page biko. It wasn't any jazz. Why are we Nigerians like this. They used chlorophorm to lace your environment and you slept until the effect wore off and by then they were done and away. Ensure your house is secured enough such that it can't be assessed easily. If the items cannot be tracked then they are lost. If you had insured your house and items inside it, the insurer would have replaced all items. You may consider taking some of these steps going forward. Sorry for your loss. |

Some fool that every right minded person had called out on his stupidity on a thread makes a comment and you think the comment is epic. Dumb idiots will never be in short supply. Why am i even surprised? A story is not necessary, the moral is not, only an unconnected response is 'epic' and to only you. No other person sees how epic the response is. Inability to either read or comprehend remains the greatest challenge to dummies of which you, madam, is their chief. Keep wallowing in stupidity. |

Human Right seem to be the only option but i need there contact or office. Google the office of the public defender in Lagos.... I have not had a reason to interface with them but they exist and have been bringing sanity to some devilish husband's. Ignore all these people asking you to mind your business, that is how they support a decadent system to die completely when something can be done to rescue the situation. Reports to the bodies will be kept anonymous. God bless you Oops... Do I understand this to be happening outside Lagos, well you may have to work with the police in your jurisdiction but you have to be very careful. Make your report anonymously or give fake names and address to the police to avoid stories that touch. |

My dad and my aunt wants me to study law because of some reasons best know to them. I am a Civil Servant in a State High Court reason why they want me to study law. I am tired, i don't have the passion non zeal for law.
Right from my sec school days i have always love and dream of being a Banker or an Economist but my family members want to "put sand" in my future
Please guys help me, i am in my early 20s and i don't wanna waste 4-6yrs studying what i don't have passion for.
Pls i need more audience. So what course will you study that will make you be a banker? There is really no such course. Of course you can study economics and get a Bsc. However for your information, i studied law and worked in a bank sometime. So follow your mind but don't come across as if studying any course precludes you from being a banker..whatever that means... Check all the bank MDs and come back with how many pf them studied banking and finance. You will still understand by and by. |
