Any lady that is past 30yrs of age and still single are due to the following reasons.
1. MOST ladies on these categories are not wife material. There attitudes will discourage you about marriage.
2. They are either too materialistic, irrespsonsible, proud or arrogant.
3. Not yet ready to be under the control of any man. These category are called "The Boss Ladies"
4. Only but a few are under a spell or bound down by spiritual/diabolic powers. They are the list of about 3% of the catagory of ladies past 30yrs and still single.

When there is an issue in my life, I start asking myself serials of questions. “Is this thing my fault?”, “What am i doing wrong”.

I am currently working as an accountant in an oil company based in Nigeria. I have been with this company for three years but initially started as a contract worker for two years before being promoted to the position of assistant supervisor last year.

Now, my boss is learning the job from me, and the newly employed lady is also at the same level as I am. However, my boss claims that I cannot be promoted because I am not superior to the newly employed lady. The issue is that both my boss and the new lady are learning the job from me, and I believe that I deserve to be promoted since I am already good at the job.

I have talked to my boss several times about this issue, and he still refuses to promote me, stating that there is no superior among us(myself and the new lady). Please, what can I do in this situation?

My childhood friend is based in Texas, USA. He traveled out 12 years ago. Actually I work with government in Nigeria with a salary of 180k per month. It is becoming increasingly tough to take care of family responsibilities so early this year, I started making moves to relocate to US or Canada.

But the issues surrounding japa are quite enormous so I reached out to my friend to seek his advise, suggestions and possibly financial loan which I will pay back. He gave me some important reasons why I shouldn't migrate. He spoke about my age, no technical skill, finances, leaving known for unknown and difficulties faced by new comers in America. I didn't agree with these reasons even though he sounded genuine. I left him and started making other moves but eventually realized I still needed him.

8 months later, I spoke with him again, he repeated the same reasons why I shouldn't relocate. I am not 50 yet, I know a 56 year old man who relocated to Canada late last year and today his family members have started faring well here in Nigeria. Infact, his son who is presently rounding off his NYSC will be moving by march next year so what is the fuss about my age? I have made up my mind to stop seeking his support and carry my cross myself.
