Lagos heat and bustle is not for me. I've seen enough of Port Harcourt as it is and although it's alright (the weather is nice compared to the other two) I prefer Abuja. The major downsides of Abuja I can think of are the fake life and poor transport system.

Not to disregard your experience, but I feel it's a localised something. I know some people can be major d!cks sometimes by mocking them --their eyes mostly-- but avoiding them and treating them badly is not something that I have noticed in my part of Nigeria. I think She should've been let in as she didn't threaten violence or level insults. That's the definition of "live and let live". Except you're insinuating she should take action by assaulting every gay person she comes across? She does not need to hide the fact that she is conservative in her view of homosexuality.

You should also understand that many countries are becoming increasingly secular. The Bible is not a threshold of morality for governing their states (as should be the case). It is very hard for me to take any black American serious when they complain about racism. I see them as very weak emotional baby adults. Always crying like victims while me a foreigner was making cool cash within my short 4 months I spent there.

It was done all over Igbo land. Heck, Ifeajuna was killed for being a Sabo. Many people found harbouring or aiding Nigerian soldiers in Igbo land were also killed and in many cases their family houses bunt.
Ifeajuna family members became endangered species in Igboland, their family houses were burnt.
The Igbos simply don't cry about sabos killed in their hometowns and the Sabos themselves are so ashamed of themselves to speak up.

There was nothing that happened in minority areas that didn't happen in Igbo areas.
My mum told me of how some unruly Biafran soldiers invaded where they were staying as refugees in another town and forced the man hosting them to give up his goats, when the man refused, he was beaten to pulp and suffered injuries.

If this happened in minority area, it would be exaggerated as Igbos maltreating them and the man would poison the heart of his children against Igbos rather than see it as soldiers indiscipline.

Towns were relocated steadily in Biafra during combats with Nigerian army to reduce civilian casualties.
