According to the report which I can't substantiate, it was a case of misunderstanding between the late woman's husband and Chijioke. The consumption of mb is the same. What matters is that there's an active subscription in the main decoder.

You don't connect with your decoder per se. No.
You just activate it with your decoder so that you can watch with it whenever you're not close to your house or whenever you feel using a phone gives more comfort.
