Good morning sir, I had a dream that a lady who happens to be my neighbour stole my sisters scarf, my sister complained to me that the scarf is expensive, it was a white scarf with beautiful embroidery on it. I got so angry and confronted the lady to return it but she laughed and said no she wont, I ended up going to her house and got more aggressive shouting at her to return my sisters scarf. My sisters enter the house not looking bothered and told me to just leave it that the more I get angry the more she would say no, i felt more angry than my sister who owned the scarf. ( the neighbour is someone we are friendly with and I just saw her on Saturday morning)

Second dream I had, I saw a man I used to like a while back in a suit and I was told in the dream that he was getting married, but to my surprise I saw him with a man as his wife. I have known him and have mutual friends never heard of him being gay. Pls could you interpret these dreams thank you.

I don't know what this thread is meant to achieve as different group of people face worse stereotypes and discrimination everyday. Imagine what fat people go through, people considered ugly, albinos, people with disabilities, skin conditions and the list goes on. And you expect people to cry for you because of you are "extremely beautiful " whatever that means, knowing fully well that it comes with more privileges. Infact this post is an insult to those who face real problems.

I agree that the idea of having a "fixed" spec is problematic. It has a way of creating a psychological turn-off towards people who don't fit into those specifications.

The consequence usually is that;

1. We miss out on relationships that may have been much more fulfilling.

2. It causes us to tolerate excesses in those so-called "specs." Excesses that oftentimes dent or completely ruin the relationship in the long run.

Because your "spec" would blind you and you wouldn't notice their flaws. You would make excuses for your specs shortcomings and idolise them while the plain Jane down the street might be the best person for you but you would never see it because you put attraction over connection. There is nothing wrong with being with a beautiful lady but you have to be more careful not to get carried away, because most times the scales fall off your eyes when it's to late and you married.

Why not give it a try? Try and talk to a white girl every forthnight. Don't be concerned about rejection. Just do it for fun.

anyone that has lived abroad even for a year would know that you dont live abroad, I would advice you stop talking too much about things you know nothing about and wait to experience it yourself. People always say good girls like bad boys, but from my observation it seems the cool gentle guys like the bad girls more, a couple I know where a similar scenario played out, the husband is soo calm and gentle to make matters worse she threatens him with a knife when they fight. If you are a gentle guy it's better you get a girl who is calm also to have peace of mind.

Am sure you are a young guy, dont worry with time and maturity your eyes would clear, and sense that comes with experience will finally fall on you, I just hope by then those women wouldn't have stripped you off of all your self esteem and make you hate women. This advice here should not be ignored by singles, I had the same distorted logic before that since I was a gentle girl I needed someone of opposite temperament, little did I know that I was soo wrong! It's just the excitement and thrill at first, after a while you realise it's all superficial, their drama would weigh you out, you might even suffer from low self esteem at the end. Opposite dont work out in the long run.

I cant even take credit for the wisdom. Its all GODS wisdom. I have just been privileged to be given access to it. The thing with Taurus women is that they are very combative and strong headed. They only bow down to alpha scorpios and alpha sagittarius and alpha pisces. with every other men not in these 3 categories its a battle of will. They are very confrontational and battle ready. you have a point, but the real reason less attractive ladies seem to showcase more is because they are desperate with self esteem issues and would do anything to keep a handsome man, they can go as far as giving him money to keep him while the handsome man thinks she is soo "supportive" they tend to pretend alot. How women stay with men that beat them up baffles me. I once dated someone who verbally abused me and I know the effect it had on my esteem it took me months to overcome, i still hear the abuses in my head till now and I get emotional about it, then I now imagine a man beating me up and staying in the same house with him. Wow! How time flies. Reading through this journal just makes me realize that everything in life is transient. Mountains and Valleys, Ups and Downs etc. In all, one must remain thankful and always be positive.

Earlier this year (before the lockdown), I received a call in the wee hours of the morning. My children's mom (ex-wife) had a home accident, was taken to the hospital and had died. I jumped on the next available flight. I recall crying all the way from my apartment to the airport and on the plane. On one hand, it was such a personal loss - I ensured we remained cordial post-divorce. I had just attended our kids' christmas party at their school. I never reneged on my obligations and i always asked myself if i was doing right by her, which i always answered in the affirmative. So being informed of her demise was such a shock and a loss. On the other hand, i was thankful that i wasn't in the house when it happened, i can almost hear the stories and accusations flying... "pointing fingers at me". That would have just been another whirlwind.

Showing up was such a relief for my kids. That was (and still is) the most important thing on my mind. With wisdom (thank God), I was able to get the kids to travel back with me to my base, got them enrolled in a new school and also have family support in raising them. They seem so much happier. Everytime i look at them, i realize how blessed I am. We discuss about their mom once in a while and i just check to see if they are well adjusted (thankfully, they are). It has been one heck of a journey. I can just imagine if this had happened during the lockdown, I would have been a nervous wreck!

Life can sometimes take us through turns that we never expected, but there is always light at the end of the tunnel. We just have to keep living, be positive and take it one step at a time. It is well.

Nothing wrong in marrying someone close to your age but I tend to notice I normally have a friendship vibe with people closer to my age and more romantic chemistry with more age gap as long as it doesnt exceed 10 years.
