For you guys to be thinking of IVF after only one year could mean only one thing.....your two tubes are irredeemably lost. Maybe you had an ectopic pregnancy they removed one tube and the other is blocked. Otherwise most people don't just start talking of IVF after one year. I've seen it all. A lady had her two tubes removed while single and refused to tell the rich guy. She was pressing me to tell the guy they would need IVF after 6months of marriage. When the husband discovered the tubes were gone the lady called me saying i betrayed her trust by telling her husband. God is my witness I can never do that as a doctor. NO 1 FACT....THERE IS NO WAY THE POLICE OFFICER WOULD KNOW IT WAS THE SAME THIEF INFRONT THAT WAS ALSO AT THE BACK. NO 2 FACT....the guy's ammunition got exhausted. As he ran out , he only shot once and ran while the robber kept shooting. ordinarily if he had enough ammunition, he would keep shooting while running so the robber wont be able to properly aim the gun.
No 3 fact....this was a real life situation. After killing one of them, they were expected to unleash fury so the three other robbers would likely overpower him in that position . so until you find yourself in real life situation without opportunity to rewind and watch over and over again, you dont understand what it means to take a life and death decision in a split of seconds. That is why the first place to go when you are sick is the hospital where you can see professionals to treat the condition holistically and then a pharmacy where the pharmacist can council you and give you the right drugs.
