There is universal healthcare for all in UK, just as in Canada that is funded by the government. But in the US healthcare is privately funded. Only kids below 18 and elderly is guaranteed healthcare by government. America practice extreme capitalism.

Take note of the part in bold. I know there was a crime at the time. I can't remember the name. After the abolishing of slavery, they needed workers on plantations. Think of half of Nigeria being farmlands with blocks picking cottons. All of a sudden, they are free. This farms would collapse. The crime simple arrested you if you were jobless or seen in a group doing nothing. Maybe playing cards. You would be arrested and returned back to the farm. Just imagine that paranoia and fear among blacks. Their self esteem and confidence would be completely eroded.

Let's fast forward. In the 1990s, Bill Clinton in collaboration with lobbyists built prisons all over America worth about $30b. The problem was, they did not have that many prisoners to fill it. They conjured a new law called the 3 strike rule. If you are arrested three times for a misdemeanor, you would get a long prison sentence.

It costs about $50k to manage a single prisoner in America. It's and out sourced service to the connected. No prisoner, no 50k.

I just gave a summary of the problem. Some of the crimes black commit are conjured to fill up the prisons. They have no confidence in themselves and according to the 13th ammendment, slavery was not abolished in totality.

In the UK unlike the US, there is healthcare for all, so everyone have access to take care of their underlying conditions. Blacks in the US only have access to the emergency room and when that happens, it is rather too late.

Also, because income inequality, blacks tend to eat poor quality food; it make absolute sense to buy a bucket of fried chicken that will feed the whole family, than some pounds of broccoli which is more healthier. Years of accumulation of these decisions leads to underlying health condition and with no access to healthcare, they start nursing these condition until a disaster like this happens.

Out of that 200 million, how many can easily afford just 1 million naira?

out of that 200 million over 60% of it are either in poverty or living pay check to pay check, what we call hand to mouth here in Nigeria.

The other ones(say 20%) are just struggling to stay afloat, many can conveniently feed and maintain theit families but can't afford 'the luxury' of owning a car or would have to save for ages to do so. The last 20% are the ones who can afford to buy cars and stuff... that leaves every business such as the auto industry with roughly 40 million people as against your initial 200 million. Note that these figures are rough estimation and very certain the remaining who can conveniently afford a good car are much less than 40 million, infact the last 5 years has drastically reduced the figure.

The 200 million people population count would make sense if we're talking about businesses that sell food items or other commodities, not cars even airlines won't be stupid to do their calculation with 200 million people
