And decent guy who I thought was reasonable enough to handle things for me, I sacked the motherfucker, the new one I employed is even worse, he thinks I'm a small buy kus I'm 22 and maybe he's feeling Intimidated by the portfolio of work I'm handling....

so many instances I can't even mention, after showing them love and care, allowing them to eat even when you are paying them well, they'll go at any length to rip you off...

please always open your eyes ooo, most of these worker's but not all are fond of acting crazy and take people they work for granted on site, they feel they are always smarter than. everyone else in the room and know how to cheat their way around you.... we have to do better and more as human, greed is unnecessary a d won't define breakthrough .moment for anybody...

What prevents you from using solid blocks, it depends on the type of building, for a building not more than 1 floor 9inchs solid blocks is appropriate, bungalows can accommodate 6inhs solid block
Your foundation concrete Insitu should be allowed 21 days to harden or cure before laying any blocks.
In water log area or any other earth situation, the 1st to 4th foundation block coaches will be laid flat, convince the owner why it necessary to do this instead of standing.
This will prevent cracking as the building took the full weight of the roof.
Most importantly the foundation concrete must be allowed to cure, cake or harden for 21 days or more during raining periods.
But you didn't state the kind of structure you erecting

So-called "Signs of the End time" in the book of Mark 13 which many Christians are always talking about are either too vague or redundant or signs right now actually point to the opposite. Let's examine them, shall we?

The problem with the above "sign" is that there's absolutely NO Messiah that's claimed to be "he" and gathered massive following at least not recently

2. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.

Not only is the above "sign" totally redundant since there's always been "nation/kingdom against nation/kingdom" even in the time of Jesus but also objective signs point to the fact that the world is actually getting MORE PEACEFUL and historians say this period is the most peaceful humanity has ever been

3. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines.

This is also redundant cuz earthquakes has been happening since time immemorial before and after Jesus, also this civilisation and enlightenment combined with humanitarian aids has ensured the devastation wrought by earthquakes are now more manageable than ever; also, Jesus also seemed not to be aware of Earthquakes happening on other planets; Famine? that's also redundant cuz The most terrible famines in history are past famines with the most recent being the North Korea famine which happened in 1994

4. Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child. Children will rebel against their parents and have them put to death.

This is also redundant as it has always been happening even before Jesus reportedly said they're signs of endtime

One thing you people didn't understand is that, Muhammad (SAW) has nothing to say on his own in the holy Qur'an. Everything he says comes from Almighty Allah. Another source of Islamic jurisprudence is the Hadith which conveys the sayings and actions of the noble Prophet. To cut the story short the prophet stated it in his Hadith.

I don't have the Hadith, thank you for this clarifications that's my reason of asking.,
But the Koran or the Hadith, which came first? But I think the Koran is superior to Hadith, it then mean the Hadith is like putting words in the mouth of Muhamed, just like false representative of Christ often put words into Jesus mouth like Dust to Dust, Ash to Ash, which many professed Christian will quote thinking it is written in the Bible.
I don't understand why marrying of three daughters will grant one a place in paradise, even if the person is unrighteous and lacked total submission to Allah. Because Allah stated , "Only my righteous ones will be driven into companion into paradise" it means this statement conflicts with what is written in Hadith. Do you think so?
