I'm miffed that we are turning this saga into a tribal issue. What does Lagos owe the mass of people who live there as part of the rot, crimes and paucity of meager resources available? From the docs posted here, Akwa Ibom was able to deport only 2 Lagos indegenes and I wonder, if Lagos deports theirs, how many dozens would be affected. Perhaps, it's time for all states to deport the miscreants in their societies and let's see who's got the max numbers. I would suggest that all of us should be considerate and go home rather than constitute nuisance to benevolent hosts. |
Oms26: I haven't spoken ill of anyone publicly irrespective of their posoitions, yet there are so many evil done by the society, some christian leaders are not exempted:possibly, they're uncontiously or delibrately controlled by their personal desire or devil their master. You wrote, "... I am a Christian and my belief doesn't say evil of whoever has been ordained bet it a pastor or otherwise, especially prophets...." I must point out that you are very wrong about that, please. We have to be careful how we criticize the words spoken and actions done by the Holy Spirit, no matter from whom it comes, because if we do, we sin against the Holy Spirit. To demonstrate this, Jesus said it is sin against the Holy Ghost that is unforgivable sin. We all, if we are truly Christians, are kings in this world, and priests unto God, whether ordained or not. It is a trap of the present leaders of Christianity' to perpetrate any and whatever they chose to do without challenge that led to your theory. We must be careful not to 'say evil' (which I believe what you mean is judge, because no one should say evil at all), about anything except we have judged it by the Spirit and word of God and found it untrue. We need not be officially ordained to be ministers. All we need do is search the mind of the Holy Spirit to know our spedific gifts and function in it. All of us have been given gifts to perform and to fulfill purpose by God and are therefore ministers of God. Your talent may be single, another's double and the other's multiple. The Parable of Talents show that you are judged by what you multiply it to. Don't let them deceive you that some are ministers and others are merely followers. Sow with your talents for reward in the Heavenly Kingdom. If they ask, tell them HollyHolla said it. And it's from the scriptures: " [4]I always thank my God for you because of the grace of God that was given to you in Christ Jesus. [5]For you were made rich in every way in him, in all your speech and in every kind of knowledge - [6]just as the testimony about Christ has been confirmed among you - [7]so that you do not lack any spiritual gift as you wait for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ. [8]He will also strengthen you to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ..." I Cor. 1: 4-8 Adressed, not only to ministers, but the whole Church. |

HolyHolla: It's not only Cherokee that use the brand name. I've seen several others, like Bronco Jeep, Jeep Wrangler, Jeep CJ, Laredo Jeep (also made by Cherokee)...If I can recollect precisely, the craze for SUVs started in the early 80s, fueled particularly by the crave to create a new lifestyle by some young up-coming youth who wanted to differentiate themselves as nouveau rich. Earlier before this, the SUV was primarily a preserved use of the military, police as well as construction, agricultural and minning companies on site. During the Biafran War, small type jeeps were allocated to Second Leutenants in the army as official vehicles up to the late 70s. The everyday use of SUVs was at first exclusive to the sons of the truly rich in the early 80s. It was soon followed by copy-cat youth engaged in foreign currency peddling, a crime was that also known at the time as "Arrangee". Next was the drug peddlers who also wanted to be associated with the growing hordes of the rich. The Laredo Jeep, made by Chrokee in the U. S. was the first craze in the early 80s. It soon became a vehicle everyone must own to be tagged as rich and young upward-moving (yuppie). From then the SUV became a status symbol and remains so till today. |
Chillisauce: The end.Well then, I'll cut you some slacks. Cheerio. |

You'll get so envious that you'll wanna go for a face lift, boy. |
I love Nairaland... What a laugh. To be sincere, OP, you look good. Many a'girl wouldn't mind dating you. But you will only find them if you had lived a couple of million years ago.♥ |
zig2ryme04: to be sincere with you, i am catching fun also.U.S.? No o. Naija la'wa o. I don't have to become a run-away to slave in a foreign country before I can make a success of life. |
zig2ryme04: look at this slowpoke! what concerns me with your stupid unconfirmed profile. you are a monkey and you will always be called a monkey in the USA. Who told you i cant go to the US? its because i dont see any big deal going there. moreover, the picture was taken in the morning, i had not taken my bath then. i am sure you must have cleaned the toilet before making your way through as you have claimed. i am very okay in Nigeria and i dont need to migrate to any fucking country. you are just an alien there. OUTCASTAfter reading the post that says you had not had your bath before taking the pic, I understood better. What's that smelling? Igbo, crack or just BO? |
zig2ryme04: you are what you just posted... monkey! If you are not matured enough to receive the flaks without feeling bad, why did you post such a nauseating pic? In fact, I finally saw the pic reposted by one commentator and I can authoritatively confirm that it looks exactly like that of the Neanderthal, not a Nairalander. Bashing you is so much fun, isn't it? |
What a shame, the pic has been deleted. From posts here, it would appear that the likeness on that pic would have been an exposure and replica of how scientists claim humans looked like millions of years before evolution into homo sapiens. |
Senator Yerima is right on some points. Truly, I believe, he lives in a city (society) where things have gone awry enough to make the girl child turn wayward. What bothers me is that, "Has he ever considered the fact that he is one of those who turned things to be the way they are?" He governed Zamfara State for 8 years and all he was known for was the institutionalization of Sharia Law. What legacy did he leave behind to improve the lots of these innocent girls and children who are now forced to become prostitutes and wayward other than that he too, after he left the governor's seat to becomr a senator converted the daughter of his driver into a wayward child sex slave? |

Mintayo: u dnt say d truth by judging somebody and condemning somebody!Whenever someone says a "man of God" is above criticism, I just want to get back to my Bible and delete those 'critical and condemning' characters like Elijah, Isaiah, Jeremaiah, John the Baptizer and the other prophets sent by God to correct, reprimand or even condemn anointed men of God like the kings and priests. I implore people to be careful what you believe or say. You might be condemning God Himself if you condemn those He truly sends to speak out against misdeeds and evil. Sure, not everyone speaking is sent, but how do we know the difference? |
scholes23: Jeep is an SUV brand of Cherokee product. Pple prefer to refer to SUVs as Jeep cos they're familiar with the name and its easy to pronounce. How many pple call their vehicles SUV in Nigeria? It's not only Cherokee that use the brand name. I've seen several others, like Bronco Jeep, Jeep Wrangler, Jeep CJ, Laredo Jeep (also made by Cherokee)... |
It would take time before all the dust settle, but I pray it does bring out a better and stronger church group devoid of all legalism, cos it appears to me that this is what it is meant to achieve. It remains a controversy when the Overseer in Jamaica is suspended due to legalism and the GO only "offers to resign". I am hopeful that Deeper Life would take this opportunity of correction offered by God. |
drnairalov: lol, dunno but Nairaland, is so not it in looking 4 a partner or whatsoever u may call it, the atmosphere is bad, wellsome peeps might meet, but d settings of Nairaland aint it to me, some gals dnt even ve dia pics on here.. nairaland is preferable in learning how to argue, insult...and learn more about Tonto DikehJust watch your back. Many of those 'girlfriends' on twitter are scammers in disguise. I have so many of them penning me, even on FB too. I just ignore. |
abohrandy: dafuq is that? thought drones were alot smaller!!The Americans are now making drones to be smaller, but it's not yet common all over the world. Now, they have drones of the size and shape of a mosquito or dragon fly, equipped with surveillance cameras, microphones, loud speakers and even deadly stings which could be laced with poisonous substances. They are also making other types like small bugs, ladybirds, etc. Some of the drones have ability to manuever in small rooms by smart tech without crashing. Some, on their own, can identify and assess their victims without direction from base. |
solomon111: It still dosen't matter if the chinese have 500 of them, what matters is that they have them in their inventory as a fighter aircraft.I won't compare any attack chopper to the Apache. It retains the title of the best tested in wars so far! |
homesteady: LOOOL!! Amebor 1,2 and 3!! LOOOLI can't think of a better Wazobia name. We all know 'Amebor' to be eavesdropper and information monger and that's what drones do. |
I once saw a documentary on the origin of the word. 'Jeep', is a name given to a type of rugged terrain transport vehicle manufactured by the U.S. auto-makers during the 2nd World War. Its utility was praised as one of the factors that helped the allied manouver the hard terrains of battle fronts to win the war. Later, some car manufacturing companies began to use the name or brand for their vehicles, which were improved versions of the war jeeps. In modern parlance, the name is still used to brand some vehicles like Cherokee and other products, but loosely used in Nigeria and some other countries to refer to a type of sports utility vehicle (SUV). SUV, as explained by several posts is the general name for types of vehicles that could not be classified as cars or merely as buses. As the nomenclature implies, they are generally compatible for conversion to certain uses, like mass transportation, load bearance, etc. I remember when I used the term 'jeep' and my American friend couldn't even get a clue as to what I meant! |

No matter what you say about this man, I personally, have a very high regard for him. While many splash wealth, he spends his on the needy. While they are incapacitated to work the wonders of God, he performs miracles that edify people and glorify God. Many say he uses evil powers, but I challenge them to any real proof of that, or just keep mute. 'Won'pe were ni, were ni, o n'fapa ewure jiyan', meaning, 'They call him a mad man, and he continues to enjoy the good life'. |

I'm sorry to question the authenticity of your claims on this video. I do believe in angels, but I've had the unedited version of this same video on my tab for over a year. There is no such claim on the original video, which is rather titled "illusions", posted on 05/09/2012 by Cyberts with a different background music. True enough is that you reduced the speed more than in the original, but there are word tags on the videos sides, bottom and top which have also been edited out!!! Could you post the original to challenge my claims? |
What a sad looking beautiful young girl. To me, it seems like she was forced into the marriage. |
