I don't know about the NWC...but the DSS and INEC officials were on ground during d primaries on Tuesday...Even the NTA Network News just confirmed Akinlade as APC Gov Candidate in Ogun State...so with all these in play, d NWC will eventually announce him too, just like it played out in Lagos.

There was, it was generally peaceful. Though the other candidates most especially dapo abiodun boycotted. They somehow knew before the election that ballot papers would be brought in from abj and told their followers not to go out. the party leadership in the state were not aware and went on with preparations for A4. Ballot papers eventually came for real, but it wasn't supposed to be so because APC guidelines state that ballot is to be used only in indirect primaries while A4 should be used in direct. Meanwhile the gov wanted indirect in the first place but instructions came from ABJ for it to be direct.
Schools were even closed impromptu when the nwc said they were ready only to change mouth.
NWC seems to be toying with the party leadpostponing and changing instructions and this has led to suspicions
The main battle is between dapo abiodun (and he is from ijebu) and the gov candidate from yewa. By zoning principle the next gov should be from yewa, but it has been flouted in the past so it might not hold

There is this news going round that Osinbajo along with d Osoba group are the ones behind this dangerous game; he wants Dapo Abiodun to emerge as APC candidate in Ogun at all cost. And this was affirmed by a member of d NWC sent from Abuja. He said he and another member, a Prof were expelled from d NWC because they stood by what is right. He said they were bn punished because they did not follow orders from APC HQ that a certain aspirant must emerge as APC candidate at all cost.

A Dapo Abiodun that couldn't win a Senatorial District in 2015 now thinks he can win a Guber Election in the whole of Ogun State...what a day dreamer.

Every attempt by these saboteurs to thwart Ogun West Governorship aspiration will fail...we know their plans and we will be waiting for them.

Take note that PDP was only able to record those votes due to Federal Might and cash inducement...now, all that are gone...How will PDP manage to do it? Abeg tell me. And remember that GEJ's candidature played in Agbaje's favour in Lagos in 2015.

With the figures Sanwo-Olu got in APC primaries (close to a million votes from party members only), you still think there will be a re-run in Lagos...with which party sef...PDP? If Osun Election is a flash of what we should expect in 2019 general elections, then I can tell you that we are in for serious troubles. Never in our history has an election been so rigged and derided by lack of freedom and fairness.

I hope that our supreme court shall be just enough to return the mandate to the rightful owner.

Though i wasn't on ground in Osun to know whether d election was rigged or not...but what i do know is that 75% of elections conducted during OBJ's administration were brazenly rigged...Maurice Iwu comes to mind...what about Ekiti 2014?

The thing is that both parties rigged in their strong holds according to news in circulation during d polls, but d party in power just had an edge due to federal might.

PDP in Ogun State is funny...they have 2 factions...one is led by Adebutu...the other by Kashamu...While Kashamu's camp is recognised by INEC as a result of a court injunction which favours his faction... Adebutu's camp is only recognised by Secondus...so this speech of his is just child's play. If PDP forwards his name to INEC, he won't be accepted, as INEC was only present at d primaries held by Kashamu's group at d party secretariat.

Funny enough, this Adebutu's faction does not even have access to the PDP State secretariat.

This is really sad but come to think of it I think the deceased (the Father) ought to have been prepared and ready for intruders knowing fully well that he lives in a deadly area like ibeshe (The Hotspot of these badoo gang). I'm not blaming him for his death but I think he should have armed himself with all kind of weapons. You can't live in such an area with both eyes closed. If you can't afford to move from the area, get a better burglary window, a security dog, arm yourself to the max, I don't believe these badoo gang must have disappeared into their room, at the slightest sound, get up, alarm your neighbors, get your arms and ammunition and get ready for whatever comes your way... But i heard their victims rarely notice their presence until they are in the house...Maybe they blow a substance (JUJU) to knockout their victims before entering their apartments.

Look at the posture of the victims, you will see that there is no sign of struggle from anyone of them (likewise most of the pictures i have seen in the past), seems they were murdered in their sleep.
