Mr Aboki: Its revenge time?!
Nzogbu! Nzogbu! Enyimba, Enyi!!
Lets go round up all the Yorubas that we can find in Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi, Amawbi and Ekwulobia, Bundle them into a Tipper and deport their black, dirty asses back to Lagos.
If it has tribal marks on its face, deport the darn thing.
If it shouts when it talks, deport the murrafuckka.
If it eats, cooks, likes and/or enjoys oily soup and peppered stews, deport the punk..
Lets revenge!! Deport them and drop them inside VGC at night and bail.. Please be fast. Don't waste time, it might deliver your Biafra dreams sooner than expected. |

chino24: We change with the changing time, while you guys are stock on the shanties built by your great grand fathers..
I keep saying that yurubas being educated remains a tales-by-moon-light-story since the so called education cannot change the way you guys live. Am still shocked that there still millions of mud houses in the state capitals of yurubaland.
Am not boasting here but, my home town Uga is 100% devoid of any such mud house, although most towns in Anambra and most part of SE are like that. What you will see at every corner of my town are mansions that dotted the entire landscape. My problem with most of guys is that you people hardly travel, which is the core of education.
I know a yuruba colleague in federal secretariat here in Awka, the first time I went to Onitsha to shop with him. He was so amazed to see the structures, the ingenuity and above all the advancement of an Igboman. He frankly told me that outside lagos which was developed by FG, that there no such other place in the SW that is worthy of calling a city. Nice story. but how come there are more igbos in south west that yorubas in south east. Self deceit is the best way to console a frustrated man. |

Onlytruth: But I saw them begging for FREE LAND in Onitsha. LOL
Have you EVER seen an Igbo man beg for land anywhere in Nigeria? Igbo investment in Lagos alone is enough to sustain the whole SW. The same Igbo you see selling gala today is going to build a house and PAY TAX to the government tommorrow, while a Yoruba tailor in Nnewi will not as much as buy land talk less of paying tax. In fact they contribute ZERO to the tax base of states in the East. One Igbo businessman's tax can cover care for 1000 Igbo destitutes in Lagos. I know one Igbo man whose tax amount to N11 Million ANNUALLY in Lagos. There are thousands if not millions of such people. It is the height of wickedness to not take all these into consideration while detaining and deporting IGBO from Lagos. I don't really know about other tribes, but Igbo have PAID more than their fair share of tax in Lagos.
Ok sir, well said. May you please go back to your land and pay all those Taxes and develop your own economy? we shall be very grateful if our humble request is granted. Thank you sir. We oil the Lagos economic engines, and Fashola knows it! He has sealed his political fate in Nigeria because of this. Mark my words. |

Sincere 9gerian: I just saw a thread that reported the deportation of another 70 Nigerians by the Lagos State Government. https://www.nairaland.com/1371505/lagos-dumps-70-beggars-others
My blood boiled over the moment I confirmed the deportation happened recently. A similar incident of deportation was reported less than a year ago.
Some questions readily come to mind. Which law empowers Fashola and agents of the Lagos State Govt to deport Nigerians within Nigeria? Which law states that the poor and destitutes cannot reside in Lagos? Is deportation of Nigerians in Nigeria Fashola's solution to poverty? Is Nigeria no longer one and indivisible entity?
As far as I'm concerned, this deportation by Fashola and his team is barbaric, thoughtless, evil and satanic. That Nigerians could be deported in Nigeria is simply unbelievable. That this barbarism could be repeated further CONFIRMS that the first incident was not done in error. This is man's inhumanity to man. This has finally confirmed that Fashola is despotic, evil and heartless. Fashola cannot be a Nigerian.
We cannot overlook this act of barbarism this time. Fashola cannot MUST pay for this. Personally, from this day, I'll call into and write every programme on radio and tv, that I have access to, and place a curse on Fashola. The war on Fashola will also be felt on this platform. I'll keep doing this until the curse on Fashola reverberates in the whole country. I'll do everything humanly possible to make Fashola PAY heavily for this barbaric act including mobilizing for street protests. The NASS must organise a public hearing on this matter. I implore every patriotic Nigerian to join me on this war. This is WAR I do not support Fashola for this unconstitutional act, but i thought there are no " IGBO beggars and destitute in Lagos as they are all entrepreneurs living far and above other Nigerians, in terms of basic standard of living". duhhhhh Fashola just put a lie to that assertion. You see there is good in evil at times. |

bloggernaija: Stop posting rubbish. Y Fashola -apkabio ..............not even close. Comparing a strategic thinker to a village headmaster. In fact apkabio cannot become a commissioner in Lagos . You have to compare him to obongo of Equatorial Guinea or other ND governors. What they have in common, Too much money but without a clue of what to do with it.
Now let me summarise the strategic actions of fashola and other SW GOVERNORS in a few words
they are trying to isolate the southwest from the rigours and instability of the nigerian economy. Basically a state within a state. 1 tourism -lekki airport, eco Atlantic ,developments on the island-as the recent video shows, you do not need to go to the rest of the country. You can visit Nigeria without stepping out of the island.the potential returns from tourism is huge. Forecasted to be the hub of african high society and business headquarters of many multinational .
2 badagry development and badagry expressway-tourism,free trade zone like Dubai
3lekki free trade zone -hub of petrochemical and other industries ,market- the west ,central and South African regions
4Ok free trade zone(OGUN and ondo) -export oriented ,value added services-dangote refinery will be constructed here.
You see , an "intelligent" (emphasis on the word intelligent) Niger delta governor would have invested some of their huge resources on building refineries and power stations thereby cornering the market. However,it seems the southwest is running with that ball already. Like the southwest already does with poultry and very soon rice.
Dude, all these things you keep referring to are still in the pipeline, they are not yet achieved, i hail from badagry and live in Lekki, there is no such thing like badagry tourism or expressway, they are all lies and deceit, infact that expressway is noe much worse than fashola met it, and taht Lekki free trade zone stuff remains what it has always been, a political Gimmick aimed at hoodwinking the people of lagos to continue voting ACN or APC. its unfortunate we are very gullible in lagos, even the Lekki - Epe expressway is yet to be completed years after it took off. |
Politics › Re: Why Fashola Is The Best Option For Nigeria Come 2015. by huptin(m): 8:10am On Jun 26, 2013 |
abokinside: Nigeria at the moment is heavily polarised along ethnic / religious divides. Gen Buhari is not acceptable to many southerners, President Jonathan is not liked by many northerners aswell. If either of these two candidates emerge as president in 2015, the nation will be further polarised and might perhaps plunge into deeper crisis. Since the religious/ethnic tension in the land now is majorly between northerners and south easterners / south southerners, I suggest that to douse the tension created by religion and ethnicity we should look away from champions of the two primordial sentiments of ethnicity and religion that has held us down as a nation for several years. Fashola is a moderate, religion wise, he is so liberal that he married his wife as a Christian though he is a muslim and she remains a christian till date. If Fashola becomes President a lot of the tension in the country majorly caused by ethnic and religious sentiments will give way because Fashola will not patronise such sentiments. Secondly I think the time has come when the president of Nigeria should be shosen purely based on merit, only then can we expect development. Fashola is a performer even his enemies admit this fact. I believe Fashola is the best performing public officer in Nigeria at the moment (Pls if you know any better pls state with facts ). We have been plaqued with too many mediocre leaders, this has been the bane of our under development. Fashola, Buhari and Jonathan of the trio, I strongly believe Fashola is best suitable and most competent. Another critical asoect we have missed out lately is charisma. Nigeria needs a very charismatic leader, we have missed out on this for a while now and its affecting us negatively at the world stage. Fashola is a very charismatic leader, just imagine him addressing the UN general assembly or his first visit to the white house side by side president Obama. Can go on and on but I am sure most people dont like to read long articles. Lastly why I think Fashola should be the next president, because he is a man United fan.lol But really I think its time we do away with sentiment s and vote for a competent, charismatic and courageous leaders with great vision that can change the lot of the whole country. It was not easy for the Americans to vote in a black man as preident but the did they abondoned setiments that had ruled for centuries. In closing Senegal is predominantly muslim about 80% muslim yet they voted for a christian President Macky sall. We can also break this barriers once and for all in Nigeria. If you believe in this noble dream pls click like. I have never made front page but I hope this does. NO FASHOLA IS NOT THE BEST OPTION FOR NIGERIA, THE DUDE IS OVER HYPED, LAST TIME I CHECKED LAGOS IS YET TO BECOME AN ELDORADO. DESPITE ALL THE HUGE INTERNALLY GENERATED REVENUE AND ITS INDEBTEDNESS UP TO THE TUNE OF $600 MILLION. |
