2006 when buhari became a president. I know i studied his body language and advice Nigerians on how to survive on this thread. https://www.nairaland.com/2811049/how-survive-2016-expected-economic

Some called me a prophet of doom, but when Buhari started dealing with them, the started to edit their post and called me a prophet. I am not a prophet. As an igbo business man, I only have the ability to see the future base on data available to me.

This year January told my oga a Yoruba who is a nairalander here to store food. He said no that he want to use his money to buy a contruction equipment for rental. I tried all I can to discourage him because I know in time like this contruction will not move but he refused. I even beg him to store the food 3and resale it by July and still buy the equipment with change he refused and went ahead to buy the equipment. Till now he has not rent out this equipment. Cement has increased and no chance breaking even the cost of this machine in the nearest future.

I told him I want to buy food he started laughing at me. Even jokingly called my wife to discourage me. Their laugh did not move me. I came online to start learning about food storage. I spent 2 day and night to study food storage. I can in contact with a good hausa friend on this nairaland. His user name is shariff84. Who help me buy food from. The north. I also get another woman from benue state to by for me. All my storage cost me about 5miill

I bought this food last month and within this January/ February some of the food have double while my friend is yet to make any rent. eg beans garri, rice, yarm etc.

What am I trying to say

We Igbos are mostly traders. As trader you are very closer to market data and trend. A trader can easily analyze and focast the likely future price of good unlike a civil servant. A hausa man is also in a good position to focus the future price of Agriculture but they don't because everything is the will of God, and beliefs that When the time comes God will provide.

To average igbo man everything is about business
To housa man everything is about religion
To a Yoruba man everything is about entertainment.
U are a smart igbo man...pls,remove Sharifs name and keep it away from these wolves and vultures.

I have stored food in my house, tomatoes, beans, rice and now,I need a bag of milk to complete what I want.

It is foolish to say it may not affect Igbos. We buy from the same market, we operate under the same economy and we are all facing the economic realities together. The only difference is the average Igbo man will adapt without complain
U don't buy under the same market...that is what he just told u now.

He buys and stored which one did u store ? How is it the same market?

U are lacking brain. The first national armed robbers in the history of this country is from ur tribe. Google can be of help on this matter.

Collectively,u and I know we don't need to compete to say who is smarter and more intelligent using HDI.

Keep ur soul and face ur front...ikpeazu as bad he was,we called him out,I mean we the igbos we called him not yorubas and that shows we don't discriminate.

When last did u guys call out Ogun state governor who was a criminal in the US and who can't be compared with the kerosene governor whom we personally called out?

U people prefer to push faults to others after having failed to take responsibility.

Ttalk:
Let me tell you, before Tinubu or APC SE people have been trooping en masse into SW and the North, searching for what is lacking in their backyard.

See people that voted Ikpeazu the Kerosene merchant who gave eba and egusi soup as campaign bribe are talking of intelligence.

Intelligence that could not make you survive in your region unless you enter Obodo Lagos or travel to SA with powder.

Oh intelligence that produced Chinaza, Evans, Ekpa, and MNK but could not produce Nigeria's president, that type of intelligence can only be found in cockroaches.

It was a close call between apga and pdp in igboland
Then,u dontbknow what u are saying...I was on ground and I can tell u for free that Igbos rejected both Ojukwu and Okadigbo with Buhari thereafter.

U lack sense,if there was any politician in Nigeria that has been declared and certified clean,it is Peter obi and u don't know anything about Investment that is why many of u who don't know how money works call him thief without evidence.

Who gave u the effontery to call him a thief when the law of the land has declared him very clean.

Man,u lack sense.

Pls,go back to school and stop spilling propaganda aimlessly.

LandMann:
Don't compare yourself to people outside your region.

Peter Obi is a religious bigot who stole Anambra state money to invest in his family business, his company Next International and the rest stashed where it cannot be easily reached. Peter Obi supervised the extra judicial killing that took place in Akwuzu Sars because he's the CSO of his state and did not prevent it or bring the culprits to book. Now, is Peter Obi peter than Dave Umahi and other SE leaders apart from the goblin called Ikpeazu?

They will tell you Igbos are tribalistic

But these people overwhelmingly supported Obj a Yoruba man (who even led a division during the war)..but then Igbos saw his potentials, yaradua a core Fulani from Katsina, Jonathan an ijaw man..

But rejected buhari 5 good times.. twice when he even had Igbo running mates..because they easily saw through him...

Igbos will happily reject their own if they see a hint of incompetence in him..for Igbos detest incompetence.. it's a taboo in their culture. Any trait that stands in the way of prosperity and the Good life is totally and promptly rejected
Igbos rejected Ojukwu when he contested under APGA too

How much is 2.5million?

8years ago,I spent 1million above for my wedding. If one adds inflation and cost of items in the market,we would all agreed that, this amount is simply nominal.

Then, a bag of rice was less than 10k but today it's about 53k.

The reply above shows how poor many nairalanders are.

Person wey never make 100k in his lifetime shouldn't talk about millions.

Nice one.But the govt should ensure the poorest of the poor get their own fair share too because like only 1million people/civil servants alone are benefiting from the trillions budgets of the federal govt.the little that should have been going to the poor people is what the humanitarian ministry officials are stealing with reckless abandon
In the eyes of politicians,we don't have poor people in Nigeria.

And they don't care.

I think she is too big for this kind of appointment.

There are Yoruba and Hausa names on the list. Those who say Igbo should not vote in Lagos State, how far?
She is listed as "an honorary adviser...Read it again. She may not be appointed but her advice would be needed.
